Abstract

一种滑盖式电子设备包括本体和滑动地装配于本体上的盖体,盖体上设置有滑槽,该本体上设置有与滑槽滑动配合的固定部,该固定部上设置有固定孔,该本体上还设有转动地装配于固定孔内的滚轮,该本体通过滚轮与该盖体接触,从而将盖体滑动地固定于该本体上。上述滑盖式电子设备的本体通过滚轮与该盖体的滑槽相接触,从而将滑动摩擦力转换为滚动摩擦力,降低盖体与本体之间接触面的磨损度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备,尤其涉及一种滑盖式电子设备。
背景技术
现有的滑盖式电子设备,如手机等,通常包括本体和滑动地装配于本体上的盖体。本体和盖体大致为长方体状。本体的两长边缘设置有两长条形的滑块。盖体的两长边缘上设置有两长条形的凹槽。该凹槽用于收容滑块,且该滑块可在凹槽内滑动,从而使得该盖体可相对于本体滑动。
然而,在使用上述电子设备的过程中发现,因盖体相对于本体滑动时,盖体与本体之间会产生较大的滑动摩擦力,使用者在使用一段时间后,滑块或者盖体上与滑块接触的表面会受到磨损,从而影响盖体与本体之间的配合。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种降低盖体表面磨损度的滑盖式电子设备。
一种滑盖式电子设备包括,本体和滑动地装配于本体上的盖体,该盖体上设置有滑槽,该本体上设置有与滑槽滑动配合的固定部,固定部上设置有固定孔,本体上还设有转动地装配于固定孔内的滚轮,本体通过滚轮与该盖体的滑槽接触,从而将盖体滑动地固定于该本体上。
上述滑盖式电子设备的本体通过滚轮与该盖体相接触,从而将滑动摩擦力转换为滚动摩擦力,降低盖体表面的磨损度。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,电子设备100包括本体10和滑动地装配于本体10上的盖体20。
请参阅图3和图4,本体10大致为矩形体状,其上设有两固定部13。两固定部13对称地设置于主体10上,其自本体10的两长边缘的相对两末端缘延伸而出。两固定部13为细长形结构,其中部131向下凹陷,且分别在两端开设有固定孔133(请参见图6)。每个固定孔133的相对两侧各设有两个卡勾135。
每个固定部13上还设置有两个滚轮15。滚轮15转动地设置于固定部13的固定孔133内。滚轮15的轴向两端各凸设有一转轴151,转轴151滑入并卡设于两卡勾135之间,从而固定于固定部13之上。且滚轮15的直径大于固定部13的厚度,从而使得滚轮15可通过固定孔133外露于固定部13的两侧。
请同时参阅图5,盖体20滑动地覆盖于本体10之上。盖体20内设置有显示屏、电路板、排线等组件(图未标示)。盖体20包括底板21和可与底板21扣合的盖板23。
底板21为一平板状,其相对的两边缘相向弯折形成两平行设置的长条形滑槽211。滑槽211分别用于收容两固定部13。滚轮15外露于固定部13的两侧同时与围成滑槽211的壁面相接触,从而避免固定部13与围成滑槽211的壁面相接触,减小本体10与盖体20的接触面积。另外,因为滚轮15可相对于固定部13转动,所以,当盖体20相对于本体10滑动时,滚轮15可在盖体20作用于滚轮15的摩擦力的作用力下转动,从而将盖体20与本体10之间的滑动摩擦力转换为滚动摩擦力,降低盖体20与本体10之间接触面的磨损度。底板21上还设有多个定位孔213。
盖板23上设有多个卡扣231,该多个卡扣231与多个定位孔213的位置一一对应,并分别装配于多个定位孔213,从而将盖板23扣合于底板21上。

Claims (7)

1.一种滑盖式电子设备,包括本体和滑动地装配于该本体上的盖体,该盖体上设置有滑槽,其特征在于:该本体上设置有与滑槽滑动配合的固定部,该固定部上设置有固定孔,该本体上还设有转动地装配于固定孔内的滚轮,该本体通过滚轮与该盖体的滑槽接触,将盖体滑动地固定于该本体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑盖式电子设备,其特征在于:该固定部的中部向下凹陷,该固定孔设置于该中部。
3.如权利要求1所述的滑盖式电子设备,其特征在于:该固定部还设置有用于固定滚轮的卡勾。
4.如权利要求1所述的滑盖式电子设备,其特征在于:该滚轮的直径大于固定部的厚度。
5.如权利要求1所述的滑盖式电子设备,其特征在于:该盖体包括底板,该滑槽由底板的边缘弯折形成。
6.如权利要求5所述的滑盖式电子设备,其特征在于:该盖体还包括盖板,该盖板上设置有卡扣,该底板上设有用于装配卡扣的定位孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的滑盖式电子设备,其特征在于:该固定部的数目为两个,其对称地设置于本体的相对两侧边缘上,每个固定部上设置的滚轮数目为两个。
