Abstract

一种模块化的云台组架,由摄像云台部分和支架部分组成,云台组架可以使多个云台集中摆放在现场,同时给不同用户提供现场的全景视频。云台组架与现场的服务器相连接,使用者可通过访问现场的服务器,来控制云台的转向,看到想看的位置,摄像云台还具有物品指示功能。

技术领域
本发明技术领域涉及一种云台组架,具有同时向不同用户提供现场不同视频的功能,不同用户可以通过网络远程控制现场云台转向。
背景技术
现在国内外使用的主要是单个球型视频监控云台,使用者如果想在现场多提供不同视频,就要在现场寻找地方多安装单个云台,没有能提供多个水平全景图像,又方便现场快速布设的模块化云台组架。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种由多个摄像云台以及支架组成的模块化云台组架,使用者可以根据需要将云台组架摆放在现场,将现场的电源和线缆插头接在组架上的接线口上即可使用,使用者还可以通过云台上的指示灯指示现场物品。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 在同轴云台组架上,将多个同轴云台套装在支撑管上,云台中间装有滑环,摄像机固定在滑环外壳上,其以滑环为中心旋转,云台电力和通讯线缆布置在支撑管内与插头相通,工作时接上插头从而完成通讯。
在盘式同轴云台中间采用盘式滑环,摄像机固定在连接管上,其以滑环为中心旋转。
在双滑环同轴云台中间采用双滑环结构,摄像机固定在连接两组滑环的中轴上,其以滑环为中心旋转。
通过在滑环外壳上安装多个摄像头,可以同时传输出多路不同图像。
在下视云台组架上,将多个下视云台水平并列固定在支撑杆上,云台电力和通讯线缆布置在支撑杆内与插头相通,工作时接上插头从而完成通讯。
云台组架固定在电动车上,由车载电源供电,采用无线信号传输,从而完成自由移动。

具体实施方式    
现根据说明书附图进行详细说明:管型滑环同轴云台组架工作时,如图1、2、3、4、5、6、18、19、20、26、27,底板11固定在支撑管1上,底板上固定的横转电机3通过皮带带动滑环上的横转皮带轮12转动,从而带动固定在滑环外壳上的摄像机2纵转电机18上盖20外壳14横向转动,纵转电机18通过皮带带动摄像机2上的纵转皮带轮17转动,在摄像机2上固定有指示灯13和闪光灯9。
盘型滑环同轴云台组架工作时,如图7、28、29、30、31、32,底板11、滑环下盘30固定在支撑管1上,底板11上固定的横转电机3通过皮带带动连接管29上的横转皮带轮12转动,从而带动固定在连接管29上的滑环上盘30摄像机2纵转电机18上盖20外壳14横向转动,纵转电机18通过皮带带动摄像机2上的纵转皮带轮17转动。
双滑环同轴云台组架工作时,如图33、34,下面滑环外壳固定在底板11上,上面滑环外壳固定在盖板33上,两组滑环中间由连接管27连接,连接管27中间开有出线孔并固定有套管28,底板11上固定的横转电机3通过皮带带动套管28上的横转皮带轮12转动,从而带动固定在套管28上的摄像机2纵转电机18外壳14横向转动,纵转电机18通过皮带带动摄像机2上的纵转皮带轮17转动。
双摄像头同轴云台组架工作时,如图21、22、23,左右两个纵转电机18通过皮带带动各自的摄像机2上的纵转皮带轮17转动。
四摄像头同轴云台组架工作时,如图24、25,每个纵转电机18通过固定在电机轴上的涡杆22带动各自的摄像机2上固定的涡轮21转动,从而驱动摄像机纵向转动。
在下视云台组架工作时如图:8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、35、36、37、38、39、40,底板上固定的横转电机3带动横转皮带轮12转动,滑环外壳上固定的摄像机2通过与皮带纵转电机18联动,下视云台底板固定在支撑架8上,云台线缆经支撑管汇集在接线口4上。
车载云台组架工作时如图:16、17,电动车10上固定有支架,支架上固定有云台组架,云台电源由车载电源提供。

Claims (3)

1.一种云台组架,主要由摄像头、纵转电机、横转电机、滑环、接线口、支架组成,其主要特征是云台组架中心设有支撑管,支撑管上串装有多个同轴云台,同轴云台中心有滑环,滑环固定在支撑管上,滑环外壳的固定架上装有摄像机,摄像机上的皮带轮通过皮带与纵转电机联动,滑环上装有横转皮带轮,通过皮带与固定在底板上的横转电机联动,底板固定在支撑管上,支撑管内有线缆和线缆插接头,线缆汇集的末端设有接线口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的云台组架,其特征是:摄像机电动镜头上装有指示灯和闪光灯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的云台组架,其特征是:在同轴云台的摄像机固定架上固定有多个摄像机。
