Abstract

本发明公开了一种弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:将硼酸加温至180℃-200℃,保温20-30分钟,脱水后取出,得到焦硼酸;将所述焦硼酸冷却至40℃-60℃,然后进行粉碎、过筛,得到粉状的弱酸性高含量硼肥。本发明具有节能环保、生产成本低、溶解速度快、混配性好和纯硼含量更高的优点。

Description

弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉属于硼肥的制备方法,特别是一种呈弱酸性且纯硼含量高的硼肥的制备方法。
背景技术
现有硼肥的纯硼含量通常<20%,称为低含量硼肥,一般用于基施,即土壤根施,纯硼含量>20%的硼肥即为高含量硼肥,一般用于叶面喷施。目前国内外高含量硼肥均是采用十水硼砂为原料,经350℃-450℃高温脱水制成,其理论上的纯硼含量为21.48%,实际纯硼含量为20%-21%,存在以下不足:1、由于生产过程繁琐复杂,耗能大,使得生产成本较高;2、由于所得硼肥呈碱性,因此,其溶解速度慢,并且混配性较差;3、纯硼含量无法进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题提供一种弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法。
本发明的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)将硼酸加温至180℃-200℃,保温20-30分钟,脱水后取出,得到焦硼酸;
(2)将所述焦硼酸冷却至40℃-60℃,然后进行粉碎、过筛,得到粉状的弱酸性高含量硼肥。
在上述技术方案中,所述粉碎操作采用高速粉碎机或气流粉碎机,所述过筛操作采用100-200目的筛网。
在上述技术方案中,所述弱酸性高含量硼肥中可加入氮、磷、钾、镁、硫、锰、锌、铜、铁、钼营养元素的一种或多种专用肥。
在上述技术方案中,所述弱酸性高含量硼肥中可加入杀菌剂。
在上述技术方案中,所述弱酸性高含量硼肥中可加入杀虫剂。
上述技术方案中,采用呈弱酸性的硼酸为原料,经180℃-200℃高温脱水得到呈弱酸性的焦硼酸,其理论上的纯硼含量为27.5%,实际纯硼含量可达22.5%-23.5%。如果提高硼酸的脱水温度,超过200℃甚至更高,则可得到硼酸酐,其理论上的纯硼含量达到31.05%,但由于硼酸酐的物理性状呈玻璃块状,根本无法制成硼肥,因此,尽管其纯硼含量更高,也不能作为硼肥使用。也正因为如此,本发明将硼酸的脱水温度设定为180℃-200℃,这样,既可将硼酸脱水加工成为硼肥,又能使硼肥的纯硼含量达到一个较高的水平。
本发明的制备方法具有以下优点:1、由于脱水温度与现有硼肥制备方法相比相对较低,因此,节能环保,并且还由于缩短了生产时间,使得生产成本低;2、由于所得硼肥呈弱酸性,因此,其溶解速度快,并且混配性好;3、纯硼含量更高,可达22.5%-23.5%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:以硼酸为原料,按下述步骤操作:
(1)将100公斤硼酸置于普通干烤箱内加温至180℃,保温20-30分钟,脱水后取出,得到焦硼酸;
(2)将所述焦硼酸冷却至40℃-60℃,然后采用3000转/分钟的高速粉碎机或气流粉碎机进行粉碎,采用100-200目的筛网过筛,得到90公斤粉状的弱酸性高含量硼肥,其纯硼含量为22.7%。
上述冷却后的焦硼酸也可先制成液体,然后采用高温喷雾法制成粉状的弱酸性高含量硼肥。
实施例2:脱水温度为190℃,其它同实施例1,得到的弱酸性高含量硼肥的纯硼含量为23.1%。
实施例3:脱水温度为200℃,其它同实施例1,得到的弱酸性高含量硼肥的纯硼含量为23.6%。
本发明可在生产过程中添加氮、磷、钾、镁、硫、锰、锌、铜、铁、钼等营养元素中的一种或多种专用肥,以及杀菌剂、杀虫剂,也可以在使用时将本发明产品与其他叶面肥、农药、杀菌剂、杀虫剂进行混合。

Claims (5)

1、一种弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)将硼酸加温至180℃-200℃,保温20-30分钟,脱水后取出,得到焦硼酸;
(2)将所述焦硼酸冷却至40℃-60℃,然后进行粉碎、过筛,得到粉状的弱酸性高含量硼肥。
2、如权利要求1所述的弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粉碎操作采用高速粉碎机或气流粉碎机,所述过筛操作采用100-200目的筛网。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弱酸性高含量硼肥中可加入氮、磷、钾、镁、硫、锰、锌、铜、铁、钼营养元素的一种或多种专用肥。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弱酸性高含量硼肥中可加入杀菌剂。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的弱酸性高含量硼肥的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弱酸性高含量硼肥中可加入杀虫剂。
