本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其是涉及一种铺设在人行道上的制造透水路面砖景观层的材料。它含有的组分为水泥和水、超塑剂、胶粘剂、钢渣或碎石,水泥的重量份数与水、超塑剂、胶粘剂、钢渣或碎石的重量份数比分别为100∶20~45、100∶0.5~3、100∶1~5、100∶400~800。本发明和“一种制造透水路面砖承重层的材料”复合在一起能在暴雨季节迅速渗透雨水,将雨水还原为地下水,而且还具有变废为宝、美化环境、吸音降噪的优点,维护了生态平衡、促进了社会的可持续发展。

一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其是涉及一种铺设在人行道上的制造透水路面砖景观层的材料。
背景技术
随着全球气候的变异,暴雨季节将逐渐增多。而现有技术的透水路面砖不能及时向排水系统排除雨水,一旦暴雨降临,将造成局部涝灾,危及道路交通安全。透水路面砖由景观层、承重层复合而成。而我国透水路面砖的研发较迟,一是质量良莠不齐,强度不高、透水性不好,抗压、抗折强度低,严重制约了我国市政建设的发展;二是现有技术的透水路面砖吸音效果不佳,影响了沿路居民的日常生活。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种克服现有技术缺陷的制造透水路面砖景观层的材料。本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,它含有的组分为水泥和水、超塑剂、胶粘剂、钢渣或碎石,水泥的重量份数与水、超塑剂、胶粘剂、钢渣或碎石的重量份数比分别为100∶20~45、100∶0.5~3、100∶1~5、100∶400~800。本发明所要解决的技术问题还可进一步通过如下技术方案加以解决:它还含有无机氧化铁颜料,水泥的重量份数与无机氧化铁颜料的重量份数比为100∶5~10;钢渣或碎石的粒径为0.5~5mm;水为食用管道水;超塑剂为SPS-8聚羧酸减水剂、SPP-1脂肪族减水剂,SN-2密胺系减水剂;胶粘剂为聚乙烯醇、801建筑用胶;水泥的标号为325#、425#、525#。本发明中的水泥为基料,在与水发生水化、水解反应时,水泥细度越细,其比表面积越大,水泥水化越充分;水为溶合液;超塑剂起到降低水灰比,提高抗压强度的作用;胶粘剂起到增强凝结固化作用;钢渣或碎石为骨料;无机氧化铁颜料用于本发明的配色。本发明的所有组分均可在国内市场购得。本发明的制备方法为均匀搅拌。本发明和申请人的另一发明专利申请技术“一种制造透水路面砖承重层的材料”复合制造的透水路面砖经有关质量监督部门检测,超过了国家行业标准(透水砖标准JC/T 945-2005;混凝土路面砖标准JC/T 446-2000)中规定的抗压强度大于C40、透水系数大于0.1cm/s的技术指标。水泥和胶粘剂将透水路面砖中的组分材料粘结成具有牢固空间结构的连通孔和半封闭孔、封闭孔,为渗透雨水提供通道。透水路面砖内部含有大量微小的孔隙,声波沿着这些孔隙可以深入透水路面砖内部并在与透水路面砖组分材料发生摩擦的时候大量吸收声波,将声能转化为热能,使得噪声大大降低。本发明由于采用上述技术方案,并和上述“一种制造透水路面砖承重层的材料”复合在一起能在暴雨季节迅速渗透雨水,将雨水还原为地下水,而且还具有变废为宝、美化环境、吸音降噪的优点,维护了生态平衡、促进了社会的可持续发展。
具体实施方式
实施例1:取水泥100Kg、水20Kg、超塑剂0.5Kg、胶粘剂1Kg、钢渣或碎石400Kg,均匀搅拌即可得到本发明。
实施例2:取水泥100Kg、水32Kg、超塑剂1.8Kg、胶粘剂3Kg、钢渣或碎石600Kg,均匀搅拌即可得到本发明。
实施例3:取水泥100Kg、水45Kg、超塑剂3Kg、胶粘剂5Kg、钢渣或碎石800Kg,均匀搅拌即可得到本发明。
实施例4:取水泥100Kg、水20Kg、超塑剂0.5Kg、胶粘剂1Kg、钢渣或碎石400Kg、无机氧化铁颜料5Kg,均匀搅拌即可得到本发明。
实施例5:取水泥100Kg、水32Kg、超塑剂1.8Kg、胶粘剂3Kg、钢渣或碎石600Kg、无机氧化铁颜料7.5Kg,均匀搅拌即可得到本发明。
实施例6:取水泥100Kg、水45Kg、超塑剂3Kg、胶粘剂5Kg、钢渣或碎石800Kg、无机氧化铁颜料10Kg,均匀搅拌即可得到本发明。
本发明实施例1至3为本色;实施例4至6为彩色景观层,可根据不同的审美观选用不同颜色的无机氧化铁颜料。

Claims (7)

1.一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,其特征是:它含有的组分为水泥和水、超塑剂、胶粘剂、钢渣或碎石,水泥的重量份数与水、超塑剂、胶粘剂、钢渣或碎石的重量份数比分别为100∶20~45、100∶0.5~3、100∶1~5、100∶400~800。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,其特征是:它还含有无机氧化铁颜料,水泥的重量份数与无机氧化铁颜料的重量份数比为100∶5~10。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,其特征是:钢渣或碎石的粒径为0.5~5mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,其特征是:水为食用管道水。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,其特征是:超塑剂为SPS-8聚羧酸减水剂、SPP-1脂肪族减水剂,SN-2密胺系减水剂。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,其特征是:胶粘剂为聚乙烯醇、801建筑用胶。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种制造透水路面砖景观层的材料,其特征是:水泥的标号为325#、425#、525#。
