Abstract

本发明是一种横侧向受电的两截式双线分列转动型公交电车受电杆,包括:底座、升弓驱动装置、导电弓体、绝缘体、弓头支撑杆、弓头副杆、副杆连接支撑器,本受电杆设置于公交电车的车顶上,升弓驱动装置的动力输出端连接于弓头支撑杆,弓头支撑杆的上、下端分别与弓头副杆和底座铰接,副杆连接支撑器两端分别连接弓头支撑杆和弓头副杆,两极导电弓体通过绝缘体分别支承在弓头支撑杆和弓头副杆上,互相绝缘形成双受电体,弓头支撑杆连同弓头副杆在升弓驱动装置的作用下可在垂直于公交电车行驶方向的横侧向平面内转动升降,弓头副杆也可绕铰接端在同一平面内摆动,使两极导电弓体因此能够分别靠向并紧密接触双馈电导线受电。本发明结构极其简单、候车站区美观且对行驶车辆无任何约束。

Description

两截式双线分列转动型公交电车受电杆
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种交通运输技术领域的充电式公交车辆的受电装置,特别是一种横侧向受电的两截式双线分列转动型公交电车受电杆。
背景技术
目前城市公共交通领域采用超级电容蓄能的公交电车或无轨电车已进入商业运行或试运行,其车载较少量的超级电容器,因此车辆自重较轻、行驶灵便快速,只需利用到达终点站和某些中间停靠站停车时的短时快速补充充电,即可在全运营线路上不中断的行驶。由于该技术可以大部取消公交线路沿途的原有无轨电车架空供电接触线网或馈电线网,仅仅在终点站和某些中间停靠站的站区行驶道路上方留存一段充电专用的接触线网,使无轨电车脱离了传统形式的架空供电接触线网以及车顶集电杆和集电滑履的行驶约束,因此不会发生行驶中集电滑履跳离导线并导致断线断电停驶、交通阻塞等事故,也因为没有架空供电接触线网的存在而使城市大街上空景观美化,同时又能体现无轨电车行驶低噪音、无排放污染、起动及上坡快的特点。
经文献检索发现,中国专利号:ZL03142212.8,名称为:双线受电弓式无轨电车集电杆,该发明专利自述为“包括:底架、集电杆、升弓弹簧、平衡杆、弓头座横杆、气缸、弓顶横杆、弓顶导电滑板、绝缘座、绝缘棒、弓头弹簧;底架、集电杆、平衡杆、弓头座横杆四者之间构成了平行四边形连杆机构,弓顶导电滑板在中部由绝缘棒隔断形成双受电体并通过绝缘座支承固定在弓顶横杆上,弓顶横杆与弓头座横杆在中部活动连接,两端通过弓头弹簧联接,当底架上的气缸和升弓弹簧使下臂杆摆动时,托平弓顶导电滑板升降。本发明车辆线网约束少、弓网接触性能好、受流稳定功率大、工作安全可靠、可随电车行驶中出入网”。该发明虽然采用电车车顶可升降的双线受电弓式集电杆受电方式,其自动升降双线对线入网约束少,能够用于站区充电式无轨电车的双线受电、充电;但是从其技术“平行四边形连杆机构”和“当底架上的气缸和升弓弹簧使下臂杆摆动时,托平弓顶导电滑板升降”,以及“可随电车行驶中出入网”可知,该无轨电车集电杆工作时做升降运动,其弓顶导电滑板是从架空的站区车辆行驶道路上方的专用充电馈电线网受电,由于这一馈电电源触线的存在,无论其是通过街边人行道的电杆上引出还是通过街边公交候车站的站棚上引出,仍然对其它超高车辆如某些工程车辆和特种运输车辆的行驶造成约束,而且充电式无轨电车候车站的站区因此不够美观;并且,集电杆、平衡杆、弓头座横杆等构成了平行四边形连杆机构使得集电杆的形式和结构复杂,因此该类技术存在缺陷,应用范围依然受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中从候车站区车辆行驶道路上方的馈电线受电之不足,提供一种两截式双线分列转动型公交电车受电杆,以其横侧向从公交电车候车站站棚上方的馈电线受电方式,彻底取消车辆行驶道路上方和站区道路上方的馈电线网及其限制,而同样能够满足站区充电式公交电车或无轨电车进站升弓入网受流快速充电、离站降弓的要求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,本发明包括:底座、升弓驱动装置、导电弓体、绝缘体、弓头支撑杆、弓头副杆、副杆连接支撑器,本受电杆设置于公交电车的车顶上或者公交电车候车站的站棚顶上,升弓驱动装置对应位于公交电车的车顶上或者公交电车候车站的站棚上,升弓驱动装置或者位于底架上,升弓驱动装置或者与底座合为一体,升弓驱动装置的动力输出端连接于弓头支撑杆,弓头支撑杆的下端与底座铰接或者与升弓驱动装置的动力输出端固定,弓头副杆与弓头支撑杆的另一端亦即上端铰接,一个或数个副杆连接支撑器两端分别铰接或连接弓头支撑杆和弓头副杆,以支撑弓头副杆并约束其相对弓头支撑杆的转动运动,两根或两组导电弓体通过绝缘体分别支承在弓头支撑杆和弓头副杆上,互相绝缘形成双受电体,导电弓体另电气联接公交电车的车载蓄电控制装置或/和充电装置,或者导电弓体另电气联接供电端电源或/和充电装置,弓头支撑杆连同弓头副杆在升弓驱动装置的作用下可在垂直于公交电车行驶方向的横侧向平面内转动升降,弓头副杆也可绕铰接端在同一平面内摆动,使两根或两组导电弓体从而能够分别靠向并紧密接触位于公交电车候车站的站棚上方或者公交电车车顶上的双馈电导线或双导线受电。
所述的升弓驱动装置可以是气缸或者电机及齿轮减速箱的组合或者电动推杆。
所述的副杆连接支撑器可以是气缸或/和螺旋拉簧或/和装有螺旋压簧的阻尼筒。
所述的两根或两组导电弓体各自的长度均小于其安装位置的中心连线之距离,从而保证在公交电车停车位置不正的情况下,两根或两组导电弓体中同一极性体不会同时接触双馈电导线或双导线而造成电气短路。
在所述的底座或/和升弓驱动装置或/和弓头支撑杆或/和弓头副杆或/和副杆连接支撑器上,设置行程开关或者位移传感器或者力传感器,其根据升弓驱动装置或/和弓头支撑杆或/和弓头副杆或/和副杆连接支撑器的运动、位置状态或者导电弓体触及双馈电导线或双导线后,感受位移或压力发出信号,从而控制另设的受电开关随后自动接通并给公交电车充电。
本发明两根或两组导电弓体随无轨电车在站区自动升降、横移伸出对线入网方便无约束,两根或两组亦即两极导电弓体分别是在铰接的、且在横侧向平面内转动运动的弓头支撑杆和弓头副杆两截杆件上,不受同在一个弓顶横杆或弓头支撑杆的固定约束及影响,又通过弓头副杆的副杆连接支撑器弹簧或气缸作用,两根或两组导电弓体相对之间就能够产生一定的摆动浮动,在升弓驱动装置的作用下,同时而又分别、自由地接触各自的那根馈电导线受流充电,因此可以适应路面、车辆轮胎的充气状况、车载导致的电车悬架底盘高度、两根或两组导电弓体与双馈电导线之间存在的高度差、垂直平面差等的变化,使受电杆保持与馈电线网的紧密接触;本发明使彻底去除车辆行驶道路上方的接触线网成为可能,而设置在公交电车候车站站棚上方的馈电线网对过往的一切车辆无任何约束,且该馈电线网与公交电车候车站的站棚可以设计为一体,因此充电式公交电车候车站站区美观。
本发明只有铰接相连的两个运动杆件,对比现有技术的其它充电式公交电车或无轨电车所用的双线集电弓、受电弓、集电杆等相关可自动升降的受电设备装置,结构更为简单;由于馈电线网设置在站区充电式公交电车候车站的站棚上方,配合设置的行程开关或者位移传感器或者力传感器,其根据受电杆的运动、位置状态可以控制受电开关的通、断,因此电车停靠、充电工作、运行使用仍然安全。本发明具有结构简单合理、充电馈电线网对各种行驶车辆无任何约束、充电式公交电车候车站站区美观、弓网接触性能好、工作安全可靠的特点,适用于超级电容蓄能的站区充电式公交电车或无轨电车,作为其充电的受电装置。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例包括:底座1、升弓驱动装置2、导电弓体3、绝缘体4、弓头支撑杆5、弓头副杆6、副杆连接支撑器7,本受电杆设置于公交电车8的车顶上或者公交电车候车站11的站棚顶上,升弓驱动装置2对应位于公交电车8的车顶上或者公交电车候车站11的站棚上,升弓驱动装置2或者位于底架1上,升弓驱动装置2或者与底座1合为一体,升弓驱动装置2的动力输出端连接于弓头支撑杆5,弓头支撑杆5的下端与底座1铰接或者与升弓驱动装置2的动力输出端固定,弓头副杆6与弓头支撑杆5的另一端亦即上端铰接,一个或数个副杆连接支撑器7两端分别铰接或连接弓头支撑杆5和弓头副杆6,以支撑弓头副杆6并约束其相对弓头支撑杆5的转动运动,两根或两组导电弓体3通过绝缘体4分别支承在弓头支撑杆5和弓头副杆6上,互相绝缘形成双受电体,导电弓体3另电气联接公交电车8的车载蓄电控制装置或/和充电装置,或者导电弓体3另电气联接供电端电源或/和充电装置,弓头支撑杆5连同弓头副杆6在升弓驱动装置2的作用下可在垂直于公交电车8行驶方向的横侧向平面内转动升降,弓头副杆6也可绕铰接端在同一平面内摆动,使两根或两组导电弓体3从而能够分别靠向并紧密接触位于公交电车候车站11的站棚上方或者公交电车8车顶上的双馈电导线或双导线9受电。
所述的升弓驱动装置2可以是气缸或者电机及齿轮减速箱的组合或者电动推杆。
所述的副杆连接支撑器7可以是气缸或/和螺旋拉簧或/和装有螺旋压簧的阻尼筒。
所述的两根或两组导电弓体3各自的长度均小于其安装位置的中心连线之距离,从而保证在公交电车8停车位置不正的情况下,两根或两组导电弓体3中同一极性体不会同时接触双馈电导线或双导线9而造成电气短路。
如图1和图3所示,在所述的底座1或/和升弓驱动装置2或/和弓头支撑杆5或/和弓头副杆6或/和副杆连接支撑器7上,设置行程开关或者位移传感器或者力传感器10,其根据升弓驱动装置2或/和弓头支撑杆5或/和弓头副杆6或/和副杆连接支撑器7的运动、位置状态或者导电弓体3触及双馈电导线或双导线9后,感受位移或压力发出信号,从而控制另设的受电开关随后自动接通并给公交电车8充电。
本实施例工作时,当公交电车8驶入并停靠在公交电车候车站11的站区地面道路的交通标识白线12内后,升弓驱动装置2推动弓头支撑杆5连同弓头副杆6和其上的导电弓体3转动升起、竖立,另在副杆连接支撑器7螺旋弹簧拉或压力或者气缸输出力的作用下,使弓头支撑杆5和弓头副杆6上的两根或两组导电弓体3分别靠紧、接触公交电车候车站11站棚上方的双馈电导线9从而受电、充电;充电完毕,升弓驱动装置2反向推动弓头支撑杆5,弓头支撑杆5连同弓头副杆6和导电弓体3转动下降至原起始位置。

1.一种两截式双线分列转动型公交电车受电杆,包括:底座(1)、升弓驱动装置(2)、导电弓体(3)、绝缘体(4),其特征在于,还包括:弓头支撑杆(5)、弓头副杆(6)、副杆连接支撑器(7),本受电杆设置于公交电车(8)的车顶上或者公交电车候车站(11)的站棚顶上,升弓驱动装置(2)对应位于公交电车(8)的车顶上或者公交电车候车站(11)的站棚上,升弓驱动装置(2)或者位于底架(1)上,升弓驱动装置(2)或者与底座(1)合为一体,升弓驱动装置(2)的动力输出端连接于弓头支撑杆(5),弓头支撑杆(5)的下端与底座(1)铰接或者与升弓驱动装置(2)的动力输出端固定,弓头副杆(6)与弓头支撑杆(5)的另一端亦即上端铰接,一个或数个副杆连接支撑器(7)两端分别铰接或连接弓头支撑杆(5)和弓头副杆(6),以支撑弓头副杆(6)并约束其相对弓头支撑杆(5)的转动运动,两根或两组导电弓体(3)通过绝缘体(4)分别支承在弓头支撑杆(5)和弓头副杆(6)上,互相绝缘形成双受电体,导电弓体(3)电气联接公交电车(8)的车载蓄电控制装置或/和充电装置,或者导电弓体(3)电气联接供电端电源或/和充电装置,弓头支撑杆(5)连同弓头副杆(6)在升弓驱动装置(2)的作用下在垂直于公交电车(8)行驶方向的横侧向平面内转动升降,或者弓头副杆(6)绕铰接端在同一平面内摆动,两根或两组导电弓体(3)分别靠向并紧密接触双馈电导线或双导线(9)受电。

3.根据权利要求1所述的两截式双线分列转动型公交电车受电杆,其特征是,副杆连接支撑器(7)是气缸或/和螺旋拉簧或/和装有螺旋压簧的阻尼筒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的两截式双线分列转动型公交电车受电杆,其特征是,两根或两组导电弓体(3)各自的长度均小于其安装位置的中心连线之距离。
