辛酸葵酸三甘油酯是一种无色无味、低粘度的亲油性柔润剂，具有极高的抗氧化性，能使皮肤润滑有光泽，营养很容易被皮肤吸收。
尼泊金甲酯具有广谱抑菌作用，对革兰氏阳性，阴性细菌，酵母菌和霉菌有很强的抑制作用，使用浓度低并且安全经济，使用有效期长。尼泊金甲酯容易与各种化学物质相配伍，尼泊金甲酯和尼泊金丙酯复配使用，以达到更佳的防腐效果。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现：
1、凹凸棒老人防晒膏的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：膏状凹凸棒石粘土30～55％、西红柿5～25％、新鲜海带2～20％、米糠油2～15％、绿薄荷1～10％、蜂蜜1～10％、氧化锌0.5～5％、金红石型钛白粉0.5～5％、α-红没药醇0.1～1.5％、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯0.1～1.5％、尼泊金甲酯0.05～0.5％、尼泊金丙酯0.05～0.5％和去离子水1～20％。
2、凹凸棒老人防晒膏的生产方法，其特征在于，①将凹凸棒老人防晒膏的配料加入搅拌机内进行低速搅拌混合均匀后，输入粉碎打浆机中进行粉碎打浆为凹凸棒老人防晒膏的混合物；②将步骤①获得的混合物输入多功能胶体磨中进行研磨为糊状混合物，颗粒细度小于0.005毫米，③将步骤②获得的研磨后的糊状混合物，输入超高速搅拌机中进行高速强力搅拌为膏状半成品；④将步骤③获得的膏状半成品进行真空脱气工艺处理，罐装为凹凸棒老人防晒膏的成品。
所述膏状凹凸棒石粘土的生产工艺：将凹凸棒矿输入搅拌机内搅拌，经挤出机挤压成片状后，再次输入搅拌机内搅拌，经挤出机挤压成片状后自然晾晒，晾干的凹凸棒矿输送到原料池中浸泡，用气泵冲翻，沉淀后放出浸泡水，筛去杂质，输入半成品池中，重新加水浸泡，用气泵冲翻，沉淀后放出浸泡水，并将沉淀后的泥浆输送到成品池内，即为膏状凹凸棒石粘土。
本生产工艺是采用由本发明人于2004年1月6日申请的“凹凸棒矿造浆生产工艺”，中国专利授权公告号为：CN1287965C，授权公告日：2006年12月6日。
所述膏状凹凸棒石粘土按重量百分比由下列组分组成：凹凸棒石粘土25～40％，水60～75％。
金红石型钛白粉添加在凹凸棒老人防晒膏中，经过搅拌、分散、溶解、均质、乳化、消泡和研磨后能够长期静置不沉降，有利于提高纳米级金红石型钛白粉的分散性和稳定性。
凹凸棒老人防晒膏粘度较高，质地柔软，手感好，附着力强，容易粘附在人体皮肤上，在肌肤表层形成保护膜，可以长时间反射紫外线，以防护紫外线对皮肤的伤害，凹凸棒老人防晒膏中的植物纤维有利于阻断和吸收紫外线对皮肤的幅射，使得紫外线无法穿透皮肤表面，具有隔离紫外线的功能。
凹凸棒老人防晒膏轻薄透气，质地滋润而不油腻，在炎热高温下使用凹凸棒老人防晒膏能保持肌肤清凉舒爽，避免皮肤过敏，延缓肌肤衰老和改善肌肤健康状况。
凹凸棒老人防晒膏适用于涂抹在老人裸露的皮肤表层。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
1、凹凸棒老人防晒膏的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：膏状凹凸棒石粘土42％、西红柿18％、新鲜海带15％、米糠油5％、绿薄荷4％、蜂蜜4％、氧化锌3％、金红石型钛白粉2.3％、α-红没药醇0.3％、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯0.2％、尼泊金甲酯0.15％、尼泊金丙酯0.05％和去离子水6％。
2、凹凸棒老人防晒膏的生产方法，其特征在于，①将凹凸棒老人防晒膏的配料加入搅拌机内进行低速搅拌混合均匀后，输入粉碎打浆机中进行粉碎打浆为凹凸棒老人防晒膏的混合物；②将步骤①获得的混合物输入多功能胶体磨中进行研磨为糊状混合物，颗粒细度小于0.005毫米，③将步骤②获得的研磨后的糊状混合物，输入超高速搅拌机中进行高速强力搅拌为膏状半成品；④将步骤③获得的膏状半成品进行真空脱气工艺处理，罐装为凹凸棒老人防晒膏的成品。

1、一种凹凸棒老人防晒膏，其特征在于，凹凸棒老人防晒膏的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：膏状凹凸棒石粘土30～55％、西红柿5～25％、新鲜海带2～20％、米糠油2～15％、绿薄荷1～10％、蜂蜜1～10％、氧化锌0.5～5％、金红石型钛白粉0.5～5％、α-红没药醇0.1～1.5％、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯0.1～1.5％、尼泊金甲酯0.05～0.5％、尼泊金丙酯0.05～0.5％和去离子水1～20％。
