Abstract

本离合器的主、被动件通过气(液)控制能够互换,且在正反两个旋向都能结合和超越。两轴之间通过滚柱、外挡圈及缓冲块联结,外挡圈的内腔为若干个由左右对称斜面组成楔形区域,滚柱保持架在拉簧的逆时针预紧力的作用下,滚柱贴紧相应的斜面。当需要换向时,控制气(液)动作推动带动保持架,克服拉簧预紧,使离合器实现换向。本离合器可在机械传动领域广泛使用,能够适应更多、更复杂的使用工况需要。

气(液)四向超越式离合器
技术领域
滚柱式超越离合器在机械传动领域广泛使用(如机床、汽车、飞机、通用机械、矿山机械、起重运输机械),是一种随着主动部分和从动部分的相对速度变化或回转方向变化而自动结合或者脱开的离合器。
背景技术
滚柱式超越离合器为外环、内环、滚柱、拨瓜等组成,内、外环间形成楔形间隙,夹紧或放松滚柱,主动件转速高于被动件时,滚柱被夹紧,离合器结合;主动件转速低于被动件时,离合器超越。但主被动件不能互相转换。
发明内容
本离合器的主被动件通过气(液)控制能够互换,且在正反两个旋向都能结合和超越,能够适应更多、更复杂的使用工况需要。
两轴之间通过滚柱、外挡圈及缓冲块联结,外挡圈的内腔为若干个由左右对称斜面组成楔形区域,滚柱保持架在拉簧的逆时针预紧力的作用下,滚柱贴紧相应的斜面。当需要换向时,控制气(液)动作推动活塞,压紧并带动保持架,克服拉簧预紧,使离合器实现换向。

其中1是轴1,2是气(液)缸体,3是活塞,4是滚柱保持架,5是缓冲块,6是外挡圈,7是滚柱,8是轴2,9是方形键,10是气(液)接口,11是拉簧。
具体实施方式
轴01与外挡圈06由缓冲块05联结,轴01与气(液)缸体由方键09联结,气(液)由接口10进入缸体内,滚柱保持架04将各滚柱07保持在外挡圈06与轴01形成的楔形区域内,并贴紧在拉簧11预紧的方向的斜面上。即在拉簧11预紧方向,轴01主动时,离合器可实现结合和超越;轴08主动时,可实现相反方向的结合和超越。当离合器需要换向时,控制气(液)动作推动活塞03,压紧并带动滚柱保持架04克服拉簧预紧,使滚柱贴紧外挡圈的另一斜面,实现离合器功能。
具体工作机理如下:
一、轴01主动
1、轴01主动,n1>n2时,如附图1、附图2所示,拉簧逆时针预紧,离合器正向结合,轴01带动轴08逆时针同速转动;
2、轴01主动,n1<n2时,离合器正向超越,轴08不能带动轴01转动;
3、轴01主动,-n1>-n2时,气(液)工作,推动活塞动作,使保持架克服拉簧预紧,换向,离合器反向结合,轴01带动轴08顺时针同速转动;
4、轴01主动,-n1<-n2时,气(液)工作,离合器反向超越。
二、轴08主动
1、轴08主动,n2>n1时,气(液)工作,推动活塞动作,使保持架克服拉簧预紧,换向,离合器反向结合,轴08带动轴01顺时针同速转动;
2、轴08主动,n2<n1,气(液)工作,离合器反向超越。
3、轴08主动,-n2>-n1,拉簧逆时针预紧,离合器正向结合,轴08带动轴01逆时针同速转动;
4、轴08主动,-n2<-n1,离合器正向超越,轴08不能带动轴01转动。
本离合器可实现轴01和轴08分别为主动件,并且在顺时针和逆时针两个旋转方向的结合和超越,功能更综合,应用更广泛。

Claims (1)

1.气或液四向超越式离合器,其特征在于:它包括分别位于两端的轴I和轴II,不管动力从哪一端输入,离合器都能实现顺时针和逆时针两个方向的结合和超越,轴I和轴II之间通过滚柱、外挡圈及缓冲块联结,轴II与外挡圈由缓冲块联结,外挡圈的内腔为若干个由左右对称斜面组成楔形区域,滚柱保持架在拉簧的逆时针预紧力的作用下使滚柱贴紧外挡圈其中一侧的斜面;当离合器需要换向时,通过控制气或液力动作,推动活塞,压紧并带动滚柱保持架逆转,从而使滚柱贴紧外挡圈的另一侧斜面,实现离合器反方向的结合和超越。
