Description

从管状容器上去除盖子的装置
本发明涉及一种去盖系统,即从管状样品容器上去除盖子的装置。
本文所使用的术语“容器”是指,容纳生物样品并且具有盖封闭的可供内容物进入的管状开口的物品,例如试管。
在自动化临床化学实验室中,为了触及容器内的生物样品,必须去除容器上的盖子。
已知仅用于压力盖的去盖机或仅用于螺旋盖的去盖机。
在去盖机中,重要的是不仅不用损坏就能去除压力盖或螺旋盖,而且要能操作不同尺寸的容器。
此外,还有个问题,就是为了进行去盖工作需要从容器载体上将容器移走,然后再重新放置在载体内。这会产生潜在的危险,就是容器被重新放置于不同的载体中,在通过容器载体的身份识别样品的情况下会危害样品的识别操作。
现在,本发明的一个目的是提供一种能安全地去除螺旋盖和压力盖的去盖装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可自动适应不同尺寸的容器的去盖装置。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种不需要从其载体中移走容器就能去除盖子的去盖装置。
签于上述目的,根据本发明的从管状样品容器上去除盖子的装置,其特征在于,它包括:固定架,其设有抓持部件,用于将容器保持在固定的垂直位置;和头部组件,其能在容器上方沿其垂直轴线移动;所述头部组件具有容纳盖子的空腔,该空腔设有上部接合表面,用于配合不同尺寸容器的盖子的上表面,并具有多个可移动的尖锐部件,当容器容纳在空腔内时用于抓持其盖子;该装置设有第一驱动部件,用于朝着容器的盖子移动所述尖锐部件以将其抓持,和第二驱动部件,用于沿至少另一个方向移动尖锐部件,以将盖子从容器上移走。

图1-3表示去盖器,即从管状样品容器2上去除螺旋盖1的装置,它包括可转动并可垂直移动的轴3,其上通过支架5安装有头部组件4。轴3由固定架11可转动和可滑动地支撑,其下端固定有与光学标尺61合作的光学计数器60(图6-9),以形成光学编码器,用于检测轴3的垂直位置,使头部组件4自动适应不同高度的容器,并能将所述高度传递给去盖器控制单元。
样品容器2被载体6支撑,并被抓持装置7阻挡,装置7位于机壳10内,并包括由驱动部件9致动的抓持臂8(图1、2、16和17)。
杆62固定于一个臂8,并与两个光学读取器63和64合作,以检测抓持臂8的关闭或打开位置(图16和17)。
架11将去盖装置连接到传送带系统(未图示),载体6与其容器可在所述传送带上移动。
所述头部组件4包括外壳12,其中安装有驱动转子14的电机13(图3)。
转子14设有空腔15,该空腔15具有上部接合表面65(图3、7、8、11和12)和引导抓持针17的圆周径向孔16,所述针带有朝向内部的尖端30,通过所述头部组件4内的气动装置18相对于头部组件4的垂直轴线可径向移动。
各针17随转子14转动,并包括位于转子14的引导室20内的头部件19。
去盖装置还包括用于所移除的盖子1的排出滑道21。
从图1所示的状态开始,样品容器2被抓持臂8牢牢阻挡,确保容器不会从其载体6上移走。对容器的这种阻挡通过传感器63、64来检测(图16、17)。
装配轴3现在上升(图4),并转动约90度,直到头部组件4位于容器2的盖子1上方(图5-6)。
然后,装配轴3向下移动,直到盖子1接合在空腔15内部(图7),与空腔的上表面相接触。光学编码器61、60检测所述轴的垂直位置,并向去盖器装置所属的自动实验室系统的控制单元提供相应的电信号。空腔表面65所提供的接合使得空腔15可容纳各种尺寸的容器。
编码器61、60检测轴3对应于容器2的长度的垂直行程,并通知给实验室系统的控制单元。
抓持针17仍然处于静止向外的位置(参见图7和图13中的放大图)。
控制单元命令气动装置18向内部移动针17,所述针移动通过孔16并抓持盖子1(图8)。
气动腔18将空气注入室20的外部,向内推动针17的头部件19(见图8和14中的放大图)。
通过所述抓持针17,在盖子轻微变形但没被刺穿的多个地点,盖子被牢牢抓住。
这种变形使头部组件4牢牢夹持住盖子1,并且没有损坏盖子1的螺纹和容器2的头部。
抓持力是完全平衡的,因为针17彼此之间具有相同的角距离,并且指向外壳12限定的圆周的中心,针17在所述圆周的半径上(图13-15)。
所述去盖装置设有八个针17,但是更少的针例如三个也可能具有良好的抓持性。
不管如何,还是提供多个针17更好,特别是多于四个针17,因为抓持力会增大并能有更好的平衡。
为了从容器2的头部去除盖子1,电机13驱动带有针17的转子14旋松转动,同时头部组件4上升(图9)。
最后,轴3反转90度,以将移走的盖子1定位在排出滑道21的上方(图10)。当头部组件4下移至排出滑道21的开口上方时,气动装置18向外驱动针17,使盖子1落入排出滑道21(图11-12、15)。
去盖装置包括头部组件4上的检测传感器(未图示),用于检测对盖子1的抓持,和排出滑道21内的检测传感器,用于检测盖子1的释放,即去盖工作的结束。
该装置还适用于压力盖。在这种实施例中,移走压力盖1的步骤与上述螺旋盖1相同。

Claims (15)

1.从管状样品容器(2)上去除盖子(1)的装置,其特征在于,它包括:固定架(11),其带有抓持部件(8),用于将容器(2)保持在固定的垂直位置;和头部组件(4),其能在不同高度的容器上方沿其垂直轴线移动,所述头部组件(4)具有容纳盖子的空腔(15),该空腔带有上部接合表面(65),用于配合不同尺寸容器的盖子的上表面,并具有多个可移动的尖锐部件(17),当容器容纳在空腔(15)内时用于抓持其盖子,该装置设有:第一驱动部件(18),用于朝着容器的盖子移动所述尖锐部件(17)以将其抓持;和第二驱动部件(13,14),用于沿至少另一个方向移动尖锐部件(17),以将盖子(1)从容器(2)上移走。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动部件(18)包括径向驱动部件(18),它从静止位置沿径向向内移动所述尖锐部件(17),直到所要移走的盖子外周被抓持,并从抓持位置沿径向向外移动所述尖锐部件(17)至静止位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述抓持使盖子(1)在尖锐部件(17)咬合所述盖子(1)的外周数点产生轻微变形。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述径向驱动装置包括气动装置(18)。
