本发明公开了管材制造技术领域内的超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,包括如下步骤:1)将150万分子量以上的聚乙烯粉、占全部重量百分比4-6%的聚乙烯钠均匀混合;2)将步骤1)中获得的物料在挤出机中挤出,模头采用制管模头,挤出温度为160-230℃;3)挤出后的管材采用耐高温抗磨油进行冷却定型,冷却定型温度115-118℃;4)将定型后的管材牵引并切割成适当长度;5)将管材升温至90-110℃,并将两端管口翻边。本发明中,由于原料中加入了聚乙烯钠,其可作为润滑剂,在挤出机中挤出时,其表面光滑,易于挤出;冷却时采用了耐高温抗磨油,其油温恒定,不受季节影响,管材的定型好,产品质量稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管材的制造方法,特别涉及超高分子聚乙烯管的生产方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,超高分子聚乙烯管在制造时,在模具的冷却定型段通常采用水冷或风冷定型的方式,随着季节的变化,环境温度在不断改变,导致聚乙烯管在模具中的挤出压力不稳定,该制品定型造成一定难度,压力不稳定造成制品的纵向厚度偏差大,影响制品的内在质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,使管材定型良好,质量稳定。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将150万分子量以上的聚乙烯粉、占全部重量百分比4-6%的聚乙烯钠均匀混合;
2)、将步骤1)中获得的物料在挤出机中挤出,模头采用制管模头,挤出温度为160-230℃;
3)挤出后的管材采用耐高温抗磨油进行冷却定型,冷却定型温度115-118℃;
4)将定型后的管材牵引并切割成适当长度;
5)将管材升温至90-110℃,并将两端管口翻边。
本发明中,由于原料中加入了聚乙烯钠,其可作为润滑剂,在挤出机中挤出时,其表面光滑,易于挤出;冷却时采用了耐高温抗磨油,其油温恒定,不受季节影响,管材的定型好,产品质量稳定。
具体实施方式
实施例1
超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将150万分子量以上的聚乙烯粉、占全部重量百分比4%的聚乙烯钠均匀混合;
2)、将步骤1)中获得的物料在挤出机中挤出,模头采用制管模头,挤出温度为160℃;
3)挤出后的管材采用耐高温抗磨油进行冷却定型,冷却定型温度115-118℃;
4)将定型后的管材牵引并切割成适当长度;
5)将管材升温至90℃,并将两端管口翻边。
实施例2
超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将150万分子量以上的聚乙烯粉、占全部重量百分比6%的聚乙烯钠均匀混合;
2)、将步骤1)中获得的物料在挤出机中挤出,模头采用制管模头,挤出温度为230℃;
3)挤出后的管材采用耐高温抗磨油进行冷却定型,冷却定型温度118℃;
4)将定型后的管材牵引并切割成适当长度;
5)将管材升温至110℃,并将两端管口翻边。
实施例3
超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将150万分子量以上的聚乙烯粉、占全部重量百分比5%的聚乙烯钠、占全部重量百分比3-4%的着色剂均匀混合;
2)、将步骤1)中获得的物料在挤出机中挤出,模头采用制管模头,挤出温度为200℃;
3)挤出后的管材采用耐高温抗磨油进行冷却定型,冷却定型温度115-118℃;
4)将定型后的管材牵引并切割成适当长度;
5)将管材升温至100℃,并将两端管口翻边。
上述着色剂可以是石墨。

Claims (2)

1、超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)、将150万分子量以上的聚乙烯粉、占全部重量百分比4-6%的聚乙烯钠均匀混合;
2)、将步骤1)中获得的物料在挤出机中挤出,模头采用制管模头,挤出温度为160-230℃;
3)挤出后的管材采用耐高温抗磨油进行冷却定型,冷却定型温度115-118℃;
4)将定型后的管材牵引并切割成适当长度;
5)将管材升温至90-110℃,并将两端管口翻边。
2、根据权利要求1所述的超高分子聚乙烯耐磨管的生产方法,其特征在于:在步骤1)中还加入了占全部重量百分比3-4%的着色剂。
