本发明的主题是可用于浸渍和润湿日用品(commodity)和卫生纸/巾的特定乳液(Emulsionen)。
技术背景
总概念“纸张”是指特性和使用领域在一些情况下差异很大的约3000种不同的类型和用品。生产纸张需要许多添加剂,其中最重要的是填料(如白垩或高岭土)和粘合剂(如淀粉)。对于与人的皮肤紧密接触的薄棉纸和卫生纸的领域,对舒适的轻柔度(Weichgriff)有特别的需求。对纸张而言,轻柔度通常是通过仔细选择纤维材料、特别是是使用高含量的新鲜木浆或纤维素而获得的。然而,考虑到纸张生产的经济性以及从环保角度考虑,期望使用尽可能高含量的劣质废旧纸张。但是,这会造成严重损害纸张轻柔度的后果,会让使用者感觉有问题,特别是在频繁使用时会引起皮肤刺激。
在过去,并不缺乏关于通过浸湿或其他表面处理方法修饰(modify)薄棉纸以获得舒适的轻柔度的研究。对此必须研制出这样的特殊乳状液(Lotionen)和乳液,其一方面可以容易的涂覆于纸张上,另一方面对纸张结构不产生负面影响。为了改善轻柔度,经常使用非离子型表面活性剂或者非离子型表面活性剂和阴离子型表面活性剂的组合物。为了该目的也使用聚硅氧烷和阳离子型聚合物。
国际专利申请WO 95/35411的主题是涂覆了修饰剂(Avivagemitteln)的薄棉纸,所述修饰剂含有20~80重量%的无水软化剂(矿物油、脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、脂肪酸乙氧基化物、脂肪醇及其混合)、5~95重量%的润滑剂“固定试剂”(脂肪部分各为12~22个碳原子的脂肪醇、脂肪酸或脂肪醇乙氧基化物)以及1~50重量%的HLB值优选为4~20的表面活性剂。文中所记载的实施例无一例外的都含有矿脂作为润滑剂。国际专利申请WO95/35412公开了类似的薄棉纸,其中软化剂使用了(a)矿物油、(b)脂肪醇或脂肪酸和(c)脂肪醇乙氧基化物的无水混合物。国际专利申请WO 95/16824的主题是用于薄棉纸的修饰剂,其含有矿物油、脂肪醇乙氧基化物和非离子性表面活性剂(失水山梨糖醇酯、葡萄糖胺)。此外,在国际专利申请WO97/30216(Kaysersberg)中记载了基于长链饱和脂肪醇和总计至少24个碳原子的蜡酯的用于手巾纸的液态修饰剂,其含有非常高的水份额。从用途角度来说,纸张的轻柔度、操作行为和感官特性一直都值得改进。DE 10102500A1的主题是含有(a)聚醇聚-12-羟基硬脂酸酯,(b)选自甘油酯、烃类、硅油、二烷基醚和碳酸二烷基酯或其任意混合物的油质物和(c)5~25重量%的水的乳液,并且如在EP 1 225 276 A1中所记载的,其也适于涂覆纸张。在稳定性方面,乳液和乳状液还值得改善。特别地,通常没有植物提取物在加工时不发生颜色改变,这对待涂覆纸张的白度有不利影响。
本发明的目的是提供稳定性得到改进的乳液,在其帮助下,能在不显著降低纸张白度(whiteness)时,涂覆日用纸张(特别是薄棉纸)以及强化织物(Tissue-Gewebe)。所述乳液具有优异的护理性能,在感官特性方面与传统的皮肤护理制剂类似。本发明目的的另一个方面在于,提供一种与高废旧纸张含量的薄棉纸也相容的制剂。同时,应当只使用生物可易降解的助剂,且该制剂应当容易渗入薄纸,分布均匀,具有较低水含量,且以高浓度分布,尽管如此仍具有容易加工的低粘度。
发明内容
现在出人意料的发现,基于某种乳化剂、高含量的矿物油和确定含量的水的制剂不仅确保了纸张制品的轻柔度,也比现有技术中已知的涂料乳液/涂料乳液更稳定。显然在加入自身带有颜色的植物提取物时,用本发明乳液涂覆纸张时的纸张白度不会明显减少。

金属皂(f)
本领域技术人员将术语“金属皂”理解为水溶性低的脂肪酸金属盐(参见
Figure A20078004547600071
Chemielexikon)。由于它的油-增稠性能,其对乳液的稳定性起协同作用。通常,合适的是C12-C24脂肪酸或C12-C24羟基脂肪酸的钙盐、镁盐、铝盐和锌盐。本发明优选作为金属皂的是硬脂酸镁和/或硬脂酸铝。后者由于其结构形式而特别适合于增稠和稳定油相。
缓和刺激/抗炎的活性物质
本发明乳液的优选实施方式含有至少一种缓和刺激/抗炎的活性物质,其特别用于缓和炎性的皮肤护理或变红受伤的皮肤。该缓和刺激的活性物质的含量通常为0.01~10重量%,优选0.05~5重量%,特别是0.05~3重量%。
本发明优选是没药醇、尿囊素和泛醇,特别是没药醇。维生素和维生素前体以及蛋白质水解产物也可促进伤口愈合。
合适的还有植物提取物,其通常含有具有协同作用的愈合伤口物质/缓和刺激物质的组合。通常通过提取整个植物制备这些提取物。在个别情况下也可优选的是,仅从植物的花和/或叶制备提取物。
本发明中特别合适的是甘菊、芦荟、北美金缕梅、菩提树花、鼠尾草(Salbei)和蜜蜂花(Melisse)的提取物。
实施例
在稳定性和白度方面评估两个配方,即本发明的配方(1)和对比配方(V1)。根据DIN EN 12625-7,项7.3.2,颜色(D65/10°)的方法测量白度,其中未涂覆的/未浸渍的纸张的白度定为100%。评估白度的减少,以%表示,其中允许的减少不超过4%。由经训练的人员根据1~6分评分制原则评定感官特性。

Claims (9)

1.油包水乳液,以总组成计,含有
(a)12~21重量%的聚甘油2-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯;
(b)4~7重量%的氢化的乙氧基化蓖麻油;
(c)25~35重量%的矿物油;
(d)20-30重量%的其他油质物;
(e)3~5重量%的水溶助长剂;
(f)3~4重量%的金属皂;
(g)10~30重量%的水。
2.根据权利要求1的乳液,其中,含有每摩尔氢化蓖麻油7摩尔环氧乙烷的环氧乙烷加合物作为成分(b)。
3.根据权利要求1~2中至少一项的乳液,其中,乳化剂(a)和(b)的总量占总组成的15~25重量%。
4.根据权利要求1~3中至少一项的乳液,其中,成分的重量比(a∶b)在(2.5~3.5)∶1的范围内变化。
5.根据权利要求1~4中至少一项的乳液,其中,水溶助长剂(e)选自甘油、丁二醇或丙二醇。
6.根据权利要求1~5中至少一项的乳液,其中,硬脂酸镁和/或硬脂酸铝作为金属皂。
7.根据权利要求1~6中至少一项的乳液,其中,还含有至少一种缓和刺激的活性物质。
8.根据权利要求1~7中至少一项的乳液,其中,在23℃下的粘度为500~5000mPa·S,优选500~3000mPa·S,特别是1000~2000mPa·S。
9.根据权利要求1~8中至少一项的乳液,其中,在涂覆纸张和非制造布时,所述纸张/非制造布白度的降低不超过4%。
