Abstract
一种海洋贝类活性肽润肤霜,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:硬脂酸2份、氢化羊毛脂2份、白油5份、二甲基硅油2份、棕榈酸异丙酯2份、甘油2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、海洋贝类活性肽10份、香料0.2份、防腐剂0.1份、纯化水加至100份。本发明所述各原料的用量和理化性质产生协同作用,从而达到去皱抗氧化、增加皮肤弹性的效果。本发明PH值与人体皮肤的PH值接近,对皮肤无刺激性;使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的保湿去皱、改善肤色的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种去皱抗氧化、增加皮肤弹性的海洋贝类活性肽润肤霜,对皮肤具有良好的保湿去皱、改善肤色的效果。
背景技术
润肤霜:是介于弱油性和油性之间的膏霜,油性成分含量一般分为10%~70%,主要指非皂化的膏状体系,有O/W型和W/O型,现仍以O/W型膏体占主导地位。润肤霜所含的油性成分介于雪花膏和香脂之间,可在油相与水相各自范围内配制成各种油相-水相比例适合于各种皮肤类型的制品,因此,润肤霜产品多种多样,目前绝大多数护肤膏霜都属于此类产品。润肤霜一年四季都可使用,对于W/O型膏体,含油脂、蜡类成分较多,对皮肤有较好的滋润作用,宜于干性皮肤使用;而O/W型膏体,清爽而不油腻,不刺激皮肤,宜于油性皮肤使用。虽然,许多润肤霜具有良好的滋润效果,但是对于面部的持续护理、营养补充及平衡功能的强化,尚需要进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种去皱抗氧化、增加皮肤弹性的海洋贝类活性肽润肤霜,对皮肤具有良好的保湿去皱、改善肤色的效果。
本发明采用了这样的技术方案:所述发明适用于任何肌肤的润肤霜,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:硬脂酸2份、氢化羊毛脂2份、白油5份、二甲基硅油2份、棕榈酸异丙酯2份、甘油2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、海洋贝类活性肽10份、香料0.2份、防腐剂0.1份、纯化水加至100份。
本发明的重量配比是经过本发明人大量试验获得的,并且在长达2年的实际应用中证明,具有较为理想的保湿去皱、改善肤色的效果。
本发明中所述的原料:
硬脂酸:英文名:Stearic Acid-829本品系从动、植物油脂中得到的固体脂肪酸,主要成分为硬脂酸(C18H36O2)与棕榈酸(C16H32O2)。本品为白色或类白色有滑腻感的粉末或结晶性硬块,其剖面有微带光泽的细针状结晶;有类似油脂的微臭,无味。本品在氯仿或乙醚中易溶,在乙醇中溶解,在水中几乎不溶。广泛用于制化妆品、塑料耐寒增塑剂、脱模剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、橡胶硫化促进剂、防水剂、抛光剂、金属皂、金属矿物浮选剂、软化剂、医药品及其他有机化学品。在化妆品中,硬脂酸用于雪花膏和冷霜这两类护肤品中起乳化作用,从而使其变成稳定洁白的膏体。硬脂酸还是制造杏仁蜜和奶液的主要原料。硬脂酸皂酯类在化妆品工业中用途更为广泛。
氢化羊毛脂:性状:白色蜡状物,无臭,碘值较低,不粘腻。溶解度:不溶于水,稍溶于无水乙醇,溶于苯、丙酮等有机溶剂,在矿物中的溶解度比一般羊毛脂大。作用与用途:乳化能力和一般羊毛脂相近。稳定性高,色浅,气味低,不黏,吸水性好。代替羊毛脂用于要求色淡、味淡、耐氧化酸败的各类化妆品。
白油:是指白色矿物油。它是经过特殊的深度精制后的矿物油。白油无色、无味、化学惰性、光安定性能好,基本组成为饱和烃结构,芳香烃、含氮、氧、硫等物质近似于零。油溶性原料,与多数脂肪油互溶。
二甲基硅油:该品化学性质稳定,疏水性强,不溶于水,溶于汽油、甲苯等非极性溶媒。对皮肤无毒性、无刺激性,润滑且易于涂布,不妨碍皮肤的正常功能,不污染衣物,为较理想的疏水性基质。该品常与其它油脂性基质合用制成防护性软膏,用于防止水性物质如酸、碱液等对皮肤的刺激或腐蚀,也可制成乳剂型基质应用。
棕榈酸异丙酯: 又名:十六烷酸异丙酯。无色至淡黄色油状液体,不易挥发,可燃,有微油脂味。能溶于乙醇、乙醚等有机溶剂,不能溶于水及甘油,对皮肤有渗透性。广泛应用于制药及化妆品工业中。主要作为添加剂和增溶剂使用。棕榈酸异丙酯性能稳定,不宜氧化产生异味。在护肤及化妆品中是优良的皮肤柔润剂,可使肌肤柔软嫩滑,无油腻感。其对皮肤渗透性好,可作为睫毛膏中色素的良好溶剂,常用于护肤霜、发油、眼影、口红、睫毛膏等配方中。
甘油:外观无色透明粘稠液体,无臭、无味、具有吸湿性、保润性、软化性,极显吸收空气中的水分,水溶液呈中性,具有良好的防冻性。
单硬脂酸甘油酯:乳白色蜡状固体,有好闻的脂肪气味。分散于热水中,能溶于热醇、石油和烃。相对密度0.9841(20°C)。熔点81°C。由硬脂酸与甘油酯化而得。冷却得成品。作W/O型乳化剂,我国规定可用于各类食品,按生产需要适量使用。工业产品通常为微黄色蜡样固体或片状,除含有单酯外,尚含有少量的二酯及三酯,无味、无臭、无毒。易与水起乳化作用,为油包水型乳化剂。但因其本身有很强的乳化性能,故亦可作为水包油型乳化剂。在日用化学品中,用于配制雪花膏、冰霜、哈蜊油等。
十二烷基硫酸钠:英文名:Sodium dodecyl sulfate。外观与性状:白色或奶油色结晶鳞片或粉末。溶解性:易溶于热水,溶于水,溶于热乙醇,微溶于醇,不溶于氯仿、醚。是一种白色或淡黄色微粘物,工业上常用于洗涤剂和纺织工业。属阴离子表面活性剂。易溶于水,与阴离子、非离子复配伍性好,具有良好的乳化、发泡、渗透、去污和分散性能,广泛用于牙膏、香波、洗发膏、洗发香波、洗衣粉、液洗、化妆品和塑料脱模,润滑以及制药、造纸、建材、化工等行业。
海洋贝类活性肽:海洋贝类作为一种原料大宗广泛易得的优质蛋白质资源,是生物活性肽开发的理想原料。海洋贝类活性肽在食品工业、医药、 化妆品和饲料等领域中的潜在应用价值及前景。有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗高血压、抑菌和抗凝血等生物活性。
香料:英文一般用spice,指称范围不同,是一种能被嗅觉嗅出香气或味觉尝出香味的物质,是配制香精的原料。具有令人愉快的芳香气味,能用于调配香精的化合物或混合物。按其来源有天然香料和人造香料按其用途有日用化学品用香料、食用香料和烟草香料之分。在化学工业中,全合成香料是作为精细化学品组织生产的。
防腐剂:是指可以阻止微生物生长或阻止产品反应的微生物生长的物质。在化妆品中,防腐剂的作用是保护产品,使之免受微生物污染,延长产品的货架寿命;确保产品的安全性,防止消费者因使用受微生物污染的产品而引起可能的感染。
纯化水:纯化水H2O 18.02。性状:本品为无色、无味的澄清液体。本品为饮用水经蒸馏法、离子交换法、反渗透法或其他适宜的方法制得的供药用的水,不含任何添加剂。
本发明所述各原料的用量和理化性质产生协调作用,积极效果在于:去皱抗氧化、增加皮肤弹性;PH值与人体皮肤的PH值接近,对皮肤无刺激性;使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的保湿去皱、改善肤色的效果。
本发明的使用效果实验对比:地址:河南省登封市东关街“某知名品牌美容健身机构”。
第一组:参与实验人数160名,均为某知名品牌美容健身机构女性顾客,年龄18—36岁。使用某企业著名品牌润肤霜,使用周期为5个月,平均每人每日使用1-2次。实验结果:满意率67.2%;满意标准:使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的滋润养颜效果。
第二组:参与实验人数180名,均为某知名品牌美容健身机构女性顾客,年龄18—42岁。使用本发明所述的海洋贝类活性肽润肤霜,使用方法是:擦拭于脸部皮肤。使用周期为5个月,平均每人每日使用1-2次。实验结果:满意率88.5%;满意标准:对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的保湿去皱、改善肤色的效果。
实验对照结果:本发明所述的润肤霜,对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的保湿去皱、改善肤色的效果。
具体实施方式
所述海洋贝类活性肽润肤霜,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:硬脂酸2份、氢化羊毛脂2份、白油5份、二甲基硅油2份、棕榈酸异丙酯2份、甘油2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、海洋贝类活性肽10份、香料0.2份、防腐剂0.1份、纯化水加至100份。其制备方法是:
步骤一:将硬脂酸、氢化羊毛脂、白油、二甲基硅油、棕榈酸异丙酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯等混合加热至80℃,恒温搅拌10min;
步骤二:将甘油、十二烷基硫酸钠、海洋贝类活性肽和纯化水混合加热至80℃,恒温搅拌10min;
步骤三:将步骤(一)所得物料加入步骤(二)所得物料中,搅拌均质15min,待温度降至40℃加入香料搅拌均匀即可,灭菌,罐装。
Claims (2)
1.一种海洋贝类活性肽润肤霜,其特征在于,配方中的原料及重量比分别是:硬脂酸2份、氢化羊毛脂2份、白油5份、二甲基硅油2份、棕榈酸异丙酯2份、甘油2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、海洋贝类活性肽10份、香料0.2份、防腐剂0.1份、纯化水加至100份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的润肤霜,其特征在于,所述海洋贝类活性肽润肤霜的制备方法是:
步骤一:将硬脂酸、氢化羊毛脂、白油、二甲基硅油、棕榈酸异丙酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯等混合加热至80℃,恒温搅拌10min;
步骤二:将甘油、十二烷基硫酸钠、海洋贝类活性肽和纯化水混合加热至80℃,恒温搅拌10min;
步骤三:将步骤(一)所得物料加入步骤(二)所得物料中,搅拌均质15min,待温度降至40℃加入香料搅拌均匀即可,灭菌,罐装。
