技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用在牙科领域的、用于通过将成分从料筒压出并混合来制造多成分物质的设备,所述料筒通入动态的混合器中并且被可更换地设置在所述设备中,所述设备具有用于共同推进配设给所述料筒的活塞的第一电动机和用于通过轴转动地驱动混合器中混合元件的第二电动机,所述轴通过弹簧预紧力与混合器保持啮合并可以克服弹簧预紧力从混合器拉回。
背景技术
利用已知的这一类型的设备(EP 1 279 379 B1)可以将多成分物质送出并混合。其中必须不时地更换混合器。这样做一方面是当混合后的物质在混合器中停留过久时出于卫生的考虑。尤其是当混合后的物质由于混合器在一段时间内未被使用而硬化时,这样做也是非常必要的。为了达到这一目的,在已知的设备中必须首先将活塞完全驶回。在这一运动结束时将驱动混合器的轴拉回并由此将其从混合器上松开,这例如可以通过与两个活塞连接的横闩来实现。混合器于是可以侧向地被拉出并被更换成一个新的。当活塞再次为了压出多成分物质而运动时,轴通过弹簧力挤压而再次与混合器啮合。
这一设备的缺点在于,当需要更换混合器的时候,必须首先将活塞完全驶回。当料筒已被彻底清空时,这不会带来问题。然而在许多情况下需要将同种料筒填料先后多次部分地压出,其中当在各个压出过程之间经历过多时间并且成分因此而在混合器中至少部分硬化时必须同时更换混合器。在这种情况下总是不得不将活塞首先完全驶回是具有缺点的。这意味着相当大的时间损耗,原因尤其在于,活塞尽管能被快速驶回,但是活塞接下来必须非常缓慢地驶向尚且位于料筒内的材料,以便小心地“探测”与尚存材料的接触。通过以不期望的方式进行回驶还可能会导致空气侵入到料筒中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种开文所述类型的设备,其中不用完全驶回活塞就可以更换混合器。
按照本发明的解决方案在于,轴设有沿径向延伸的凸起,该凸起通过弹簧预紧力压在坡台形升起的、在其末尾设有止挡面的齿轮凸轮面上,齿轮设有锯齿形的齿部并与轴共轴,齿轮在凸轮面上升的第一角度方向上通过卡钩被阻止旋转并且可以在与此相反的第二角度方向上旋转。
在压出工作期间,轴沿着第二旋转方向转动。其中,轴上的凸起在凸轮面末尾靠在止挡面上并转动齿轮。如果凸起一开始位于坡台上,那么凸起会通过旋转运动而被导向止挡件,因为齿轮是不能自由旋转的,而是通过卡钩即便在允许的旋转方向上也产生足够的阻力。当凸起靠在止挡面上并由此使得齿轮旋转的时候,该阻力被克服。在这过程中,轴与混合器啮合。
如果要更换混合器,那么使轴沿着第一角度方向转过预定角度。在这过程中,齿轮不能跟着旋转,因为齿轮通过卡构被阻止旋转。在这过程中,凸起在坡台上向上运动并由此同样将轴沿轴向向上拉,从而使得轴脱离与混合器的啮合被拉出,于是可以更换混合器。
在安装了新的混合器并应该使混合器工作后,沿着第二旋转方向再度进行旋转。凸起由于弹簧预紧力在坡台上向下移,直到其靠在止挡件上为止。在此期间轴进入到混合器的相应耦合元件中,从而其可以被转动。
也可以在安装了新的混合器之后让凸起继续通过上升的凸轮面沿第一旋转方向旋转,直到凸起在弹簧预紧力的作用下靠在止挡件上为止。
优选的是,坡台在大于270°的角度范围上延伸。于是不需要特别陡的坡台,特别陡的坡台需要更大的扭矩来使凸起在坡台上向上运动。
优选的是,坡台在其上端具有用于轴的凸起的止挡件。当凸起到达该止挡件时,凸起便不能再继续运动,因为齿轮不能沿着这一方向转动。由此提高的电动机驱动电流可以被检测到,从而可以切断电动机。
在另一实施方式中或作为附加方案可以使沿着第一角度方向的转动通过电子控制在转过预定的角度之后终止。
前面所提到的“上”指的是下面这种情况,即,料筒的轴线基本垂直地定向,其中混合器位于下方或者至少如此倾斜地设置,使得混合器基本处于比料筒主体更深的位置。

具体实施方式
首先结合图1描述了一种可以运用本发明的已知设备(EP 1 279 379A1)。
支承板2、3从底部1升起。在支承板2、3上设置了用于以点划线示出的料筒5的固定器4。在此方面,优选圆柱形构造的料筒是直接填有成分还是容纳必要时可更换的、含有成分的软管袋并不重要。
固定器4包括后方的固定板6和前方的固定板7,它们通过拉杆8保持在一起。料筒5可以匹配地安装在其之间。还可以设置另外的未示出的保持机构,该保持机构引起其侧向的定位。
在前方的固定板7上设置了未示出的用于安装以点划线示出的混合器喷嘴10的装置。优选垂直于混合器喷嘴的纵向延伸将混合器喷嘴从侧面推入,因为这样的话混合器喷嘴可以非常好地对抗在压出时成分的材料压力,并且混合器喷嘴不会通过材料而被从固定器压出。混合器喷嘴10在其面向固定板7的末端上具有两个入口,它们以已知的方式与料筒5的出口直接或间接相通。料筒并排地设置这一特征应当只表示料筒是如下设置的,即,料筒可以同时并且同步地被操作。这里并没有意图据此将位置例如限制为平行的布置,尽管这显而易见是有利的。
料筒5含有活塞。当料筒含有膜袋时可以在必要时省去活塞。冲头便会落到所提到的活塞的位置上。为了推进活塞或者说后方的袋端面,在设备中设置了冲头11,该冲头11在附图中处于如下的状态中,即,该冲头11在该状态下出于更换料筒的目的而被拉回到后方的固定板6中。冲头11被设置在冲杆12的前端,冲杆12的后端则被刚性地固定在横闩13中,该横闩13可以借助丝杠14朝着混合器喷嘴的方向推进或沿反向拉回。当使用不同直径的料筒时,冲头11可以在必要时进行更换。其彼此的间距也可以改变。当料筒5装入设备时,冲头11通过横闩13的推进而得到推进,直到冲头11到达料筒5中的活塞。这一推进运动可以自动地通过料筒的置入或人工地通过设备的接通而触发。
为了丝杠14的推进和回拉驱动,电动机15设有传动机构16,传动机构16的驱动运动通过带传动机构17传递到丝杠14上。为了支承丝杠14和属于带传动机构17的垫圈,成对地设置了未示出的装置,这些装置被布置在板3和另外的架板20上,架板20通过支柱21刚性地与板3连接。
另一电动机22被设置在板20上并以未示出的方式按驱动与混合器驱动轴23连接,混合器驱动轴23在板3和20之间同轴地位于丝杠14之内、在料筒5之间被后方的固定板6导向前方的固定板7并支承在其中。混合器驱动轴23可以例如借助传动带驱动。混合器驱动轴23从前方的固定板7以凸头24的形式伸出,凸头24为了与未示出的混合器轴旋转连接而例如多边形地(未示出)构成。
轴凸头24可以例如克服弹簧力推回,直到其不再从前方的固定板7伸出为止。也可以作如下设置,即,当冲头11为了更换料筒而被彻底拉回时,轴凸头24也同样被拉回到前方的固定板7内以使得安置新的混合器喷嘴10变得容易。

现在在本发明的设备中完全避免了冲头11在轴凸头24同样被拉回且可以更换混合器喷嘴10之前必须被完全拉回这一缺点。其中在图2和3中只是示出了对本发明重要的部件,其他部件对应于现有技术。尤其在图2中并未示出支承板2和3之间的所有部件,支承板2和3可以在图2的混合器驱动轴23的自由细长的区域中设想出来。
混合器驱动轴通过电动机22借助齿轮31驱动,齿轮31与相应的驱动齿轮共同作用并且是细长的,由此可以在混合器驱动轴23沿轴向移动时保证驱动。如在图2中所示并在以放大的比例示出图2的以圆圈标识的截取部分的图3中详细示出的一样,混合器驱动轴23在环形的元件上具有凸起32,该凸起32可以在齿轮34的升高的凸轮面33上运动,齿轮34设有锯齿形的齿部。其中通过卡钩35实现了使齿轮34在图3所示的情形中只能沿逆时针方向旋转。在图3所示的位置中,凸起32位于凸轮面33的上端上。其中混合器驱动轴23克服未示出的弹簧的力被上拉并拉离混合器喷嘴10,以致于混合器驱动轴23不再与混合器喷嘴10啮合。混合器喷嘴由此可以被卸除。在安装了新的混合器喷嘴10并重新开始压出过程后,混合器驱动轴23通过电动机22沿逆时针方向旋转。其中,来自卡钩35的摩擦足以将齿轮34稳固,以致于凸起32可以在坡台33上向下移动,直到其碰到止挡面36为止。其中混合器驱动轴23沿轴向向下并与混合器喷嘴10啮合地运动。通过旋转使得轴凸头24正确地和与轴凸头24相对应的凹槽25啮合并使混合元件旋转。齿轮34也随着旋转,不过它在此刻不具有其他功用。
如果现在需要更换混合器喷嘴10,那么电动机并且从而混合器轴23以反方向即顺时针方向运动大约270°。其中齿轮34由于卡钩35的作用而不一起转动。凸起32在坡台33上向上运动并由此将混合器轴23拉回,从而可以更换混合器喷嘴。
图4详细地并以放大的比例示出了混合器喷嘴10,混合器驱动轴23的轴凸头24已从混合器喷嘴10中拉出。其中轴凸头24多边形地构成,以便实现对混合器喷嘴10的驱动。
