The cargo delivery supervisory system of claim 2, further comprising a barcode scanning counter in the storage device for sending the number of times any barcode is scanned to the control device, wherein a first scan of a barcode performs a matching of the loading geographical location information with the predetermined loading geographical location information in the storage device, and a second scan of the barcode performs a matching of the unloading geographical location information with the predetermined unloading geographical location information in the storage device.
4. The cargo delivery supervisory system of claim 1,
the cargo delivery supervision system also comprises a positioning device, a control device and a monitoring device, wherein the positioning device is used for acquiring actual in-transit geographical position information of the in-transit process of the cargo to be delivered and sending the information to the control device;
the storage device also stores the preset in-transit geographical position information of the in-transit process of the goods to be delivered, which is in one-to-one correspondence with the bar code information,
and matching the actual in-transit geographical position information of the goods in-transit process with the preset in-transit geographical position information, and if the actual in-transit geographical position information is not matched with the preset in-transit geographical position information, generating abnormal in-transit geographical position information.
5. The cargo delivery supervisory system of claim 1,
the cargo delivery supervision system further comprises a timing device for sending the current time to the control device;
the storage device also stores preset loading and/or unloading time of the goods to be delivered in one-to-one correspondence with the bar code information,
when the control device receives the bar code information sent by the scanning device during loading and/or unloading scanning, the control device simultaneously obtains the current time from the timing device and matches the bar code information with the bar code information in the storage device,
if no matched bar code information exists, bar code matching abnormal information is generated, otherwise, the preset loading and/or unloading time of the goods to be delivered corresponding to the matched bar code information is obtained, the current time obtained from the timing device is matched with the preset loading and/or unloading time, and if the current time is not matched with the preset loading and/or unloading time, loading and/or unloading time abnormal information is generated.
6. The cargo delivery supervisory system of claim 5, further comprising a barcode scanning counter in the storage device for sending the number of times any barcode is scanned to the control device, wherein a first scan of a barcode performs a match of a current time to load with a predetermined load time in the storage device, and a second scan of the barcode performs a match of a current time to unload with a predetermined unload time in the storage device.
7. The cargo delivery supervisory system of claim 1,
the cargo delivery supervision system also comprises a timing device which is used for sending the current in-transit time of the cargo in-transit process to the control device in a timing mode;
the storage device also stores preset in-transit time of the in-transit process of the goods to be distributed, which is in one-to-one correspondence with the bar code information;
the current time in transit is matched with a predetermined time in transit, and if not, time in transit anomaly information is generated.
8. A method for supervising cargo delivery based on the system for supervising cargo delivery according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
s1, when the scanning device is used for loading and/or unloading goods, the scanning device scans the goods to be delivered and obtains the bar code information of the goods to be delivered, and then the bar code information is transmitted to the control device;
and S2, when the control device receives the bar code information sent by the scanning device, matching the bar code information with the bar code information in the storage device, and if the storage device does not have the matched bar code information, generating bar code matching abnormal information.
9. The cargo delivery supervisory method of claim 8, further comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the steps that a positioning device obtains geographical position information of goods to be delivered and sends the geographical position information to a control device;
when the control device receives the bar code information sent by the scanning device during loading and/or unloading scanning, the control device simultaneously acquires the geographic position information of the actual loading and/or unloading place of the goods to be delivered from the positioning device and matches the bar code information with the bar code information in the storage device,
if no matched bar code information exists, bar code matching abnormal information is generated, otherwise, geographical position information of a preset loading and/or unloading place of the goods to be delivered corresponding to the matched bar code information is obtained, the geographical position information of the actual loading and/or unloading place is matched with the geographical position information of the preset loading and/or unloading place, and if the geographical position information of the actual loading and/or unloading place is not matched, the geographical position information of the loading and/or unloading is generated.
10. A cargo delivery supervision method according to claim 9, characterized in that the matching of the loading geographical position information with the geographical position information scheduled for loading in the storage means is performed when any one of the bar codes is scanned for the first time, and the matching of the unloading geographical position information with the geographical position information scheduled for unloading in the storage means is performed when the bar code is scanned for the second time.
11. The cargo delivery supervisory method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises the steps of:
the positioning device acquires actual in-transit geographical position information of goods to be delivered in the in-transit process and sends the information to the control device;
and matching the actual in-transit geographical position information obtained in the in-transit process of the goods with the preset in-transit geographical position information in the storage device, and if the actual in-transit geographical position information is not matched with the preset in-transit geographical position information, generating in-transit geographical position abnormal information.
12. The cargo delivery supervisory method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises the steps of:
the timing device sends the current time to the control device;
when the control device receives the bar code information sent by the scanning device during loading and/or unloading scanning, the control device simultaneously obtains the current time from the timing device and matches the bar code information with the bar code information in the storage device,
if no matched bar code information exists, bar code matching abnormal information is generated, otherwise, the preset loading and/or unloading time of the goods to be delivered corresponding to the matched bar code information is obtained, the current time obtained from the timing device is matched with the preset loading and/or unloading time, and if the current time is not matched with the preset loading and/or unloading time, loading and/or unloading time abnormal information is generated.
13. The cargo delivery supervisory method of claim 12, wherein a barcode scanning counter in the storage device sends the number of times any barcode is scanned to the control device, and when a barcode is scanned for the first time, matching of the current time of loading with the predetermined loading time in the storage device is performed, and when the barcode is scanned for the second time, matching of the current time of unloading with the predetermined unloading time in the storage device is performed.
14. The cargo delivery supervisory method of claim 8,
the timing device sends the current time in transit of the goods in transit to the control device in a timing mode;
the current time-in-transit is matched with the predetermined time-in-transit in the storage device, and if not, time-in-transit anomaly information is generated.
