The aquatic products are traced back and are provided with the two-dimensional code associated with the RFID chip above the packing in this application, but the acquisition of two-dimensional code water product information and aquatic products are traced back the acquirement of data for it is more convenient to trace back information acquisition to aquatic products.

s2: obtaining the tracing data collected by a plurality of information collecting devices, and storing the obtained tracing data to a background server according to a preset storage format;
s3: managing the management setting information in the tracing process, wherein the management setting information comprises: equipment setting information of the information acquisition equipment and package setting information of the aquatic product tracing package;
s4: the aquatic product tracing package is displayed on a preset display interface in fishing production, front-edge processing, cold-chain logistics and tracing data of a sales terminal. 7. By adopting the method, the storage temperature and the geographical position information of the aquatic products at each time point of the whole fishing production, front-edge processing, cold-chain logistics and the whole flow of a sale terminal can be realized by scanning the two-dimensional code on the aquatic product tracing package, wherein the geographical position information is presented in a map form, and the whole transportation process of the aquatic products and the temperature information corresponding to each place and time can be visually judged.
