Abstract
本发明提供一种键盘组件,其包括一具有二相对表面的按键板及一透光层。所述按键板由不透光材料制成,其一表面上凸设有若干按键,该若干按键上分别贯通布设有按键字符通孔。该透光层与按键板采用模内双射一体成型形成于该按键板的另一表面上。所述键盘组件有效避免了其按键字符因刮伤而造成透光现象的问题,大大增强了使用的便利性及舒适性。所述按键组件制程简单,有效保证了产品良率,大大降低了该键盘组件的制造成本。本发明还涉及一种具有该键盘组件的电子装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘组件及具有该键盘组件的电子装置。
背景技术
随着无线通信与信息处理技术的发展,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受高科技带来的种种便利。便携式电子装置一般都包括一键盘组件,以用于进行信息输入及接听、拨打电话等操作。
请参阅图1,传统的键盘组件10为一大致呈矩形板状的按键板,其可拆卸地装设于电子装置上,用以实现对电子装置的操作。所述键盘组件10包括一底材11及一遮光层15,所述底材11由一具可透光特性的软性材料如聚对苯二甲酸类塑料(polyethyleneterephthalate,PET)注射成型而成。该底材11上凸设有若干按键13。所述遮光层15为一不具透光特性的油漆层,其涂敷于所述底材11外表面上,并于该底材11的按键13表面上形成一可透光的按键字符区18。当所述电子装置在夜间使用时,通过启动装设于电子装置内的键盘指示灯(图未示),使得键盘指示灯的光线从所述键盘组件10的可透光的按键字符区18中透出,从而使得用户在操作键盘时,可清晰的识别按键13上的按键字符,大大方便了用户的使用。
但是,所述电子装置在使用过程中,由于需要频繁的按压按键13来进行输入输出操作,以及该电子装置在使用过程中经常与外物摩擦、碰撞,从而使得按键13表面上的各按键字符区18周围的遮光层15容易脱落;如此,大大影响了整个电子装置的美观,同时也使得在夜间使用时,键盘指示灯的光线会从键盘组件10的按键13的按键字符区18周围透出,产生漏光现象,大大影响了电子装置的使用性能。另外,所述键盘组件10在制造过程中,需要在底材上进行喷涂工序,使得整个制程比较复杂,且产品良率难以控制,从而使得该键盘组件10的制造成本比较高昂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可有效防止漏光、结构简单、制造成本低廉的键盘组件。
还有必要提供一种具有所述键盘组件的电子装置。
一种键盘组件,其包括一具有二相对表面的按键板,该按键板的一表面凸设有若干按键,所述按键板由不透光材料制成,其若干按键上分别贯通布设有按键字符通孔;所述键盘组件还包括一透光层,该透光层与按键板采用模内双射一体成型形成于该按键板的另一表面上。
一种电子装置,其包括一键盘组件,该键盘组件可拆卸地装设于电子装置上,用以实现对电子装置的输入、输出操作;所述键盘组件包括一具有二相对表面的按键板,该按键板的一表面上凸设有若干按键;所述按键板由不透光材料制成,其若干按键上分别贯通布设有按键字符通孔;所述键盘组件还包括一透光层,该透光层与按键板采用模内双射一体成型形成于该按键板的另一表面上。
相较于现有技术,所述键盘组件的按键板上的按键字符区为贯通开设于按键板的按键上的字符通孔,且该按键板采用非透光材质与透光层模内双射一体成型制成,从而使得所述按键板上的按键字符不易被刮伤而造成透光现象,大大增强了使用的便利性及舒适性。所述按键组件采用模内双射一体成型制成,使得其制程也比较简单,同时也提高了产品的良率,大大降低了该键盘组件的制造成本。

具体实施方式
本发明的较佳实施例公开了一种便携式电子装置的键盘组件,其适用于移动电话或个人数位助理(personal digital assitant,PDA)等便携式电子装置。
请参阅图2及图3,所述键盘组件30大致呈矩形板状,其可拆卸地装设于电子装置上,用以实现对电子装置的输入、输出操作。所述键盘组件30包括一具有二相对表面的按键板31及一与所述按键板31采用双射一体成型制成的透光层35。所述按键板31为一遮光层,其由不透光材料制成,如橡胶(rubber)、热塑聚胺酯(thermoplastic polyurethane,TPU)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)或其他类似材料。该按键板31大致呈矩形板状,其一表面上凸设有若干按键312,该若干按键312上分别对应地贯通布设有按键字符通孔315。所述透光层35大致呈矩形板状,其与按键板31采用模内双射一体成型形成于该按键板31的另一表面上。所述透光板35为一由具可透光、导光特性的软性材料如对苯二甲酸二乙烯脂树脂(polyethylene terephathalate,PET)材料或其他材料制成的透光层。
所述按键组件30装设于电子装置上后,当启动电子装置内的按键指示灯时,按键指示灯发出的光线穿过所述按键组件30的透光层35,从所述按键板31的各按键312的按键字符通孔315中均匀地传出。因所述按键组件30的按键板31上的非按键字符区采用非透光材质模内一体成型制成来取代传统的涂敷于按键板表面的油漆薄层或油墨薄层,从而使得所述按键组件30的按键板31在使用过程中不易被刮伤,也不易造成透光现象,从而有效避免了光线的漏出,增强了使用的便利性及舒适性。所述按键组件30采用模内双射一体成型制成,其制程也比较简单,同时也提高了产品的良率,大大降低了该键盘组件30的制造成本。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种键盘组件,其包括一具有二相对表面的按键板,该按键板的一表面凸设有若干按键,其特征在于:所述按键板由不透光材料制成,其若干按键上分别贯通布设有按键字符通孔;所述键盘组件还包括一透光层,该透光层与按键板采用模内双射一体成型形成于该按键板的另一表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的键盘组件,其特征在于:所述按键板由橡胶、热塑聚胺酯或聚碳酸酯材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的键盘组件,其特征在于:所述透光层由具可透光、导光特性的软性材料制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的键盘组件,其特征在于:所述透光层由对苯二甲酸二乙烯脂树脂材料制成。
5.一种电子装置,其包括一键盘组件,该键盘组件可拆卸地装设于电子装置上,用以实现对电子装置的输入、输出操作;所述键盘组件包括一具有二相对表面的按键板,该按键板的一表面上凸设有若干按键;其特征在于:所述按键板由不透光材料制成,其若干按键上分别贯通布设有按键字符通孔;所述键盘组件还包括一透光层,该透光层与按键板采用模内双射一体成型形成于该按键板的另一表面上。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述按键板由橡胶、热塑聚胺酯或聚碳酸酯材料制成。
7.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述透光层由具可透光、导光特性的软性材料制成。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述透光层由对苯二甲酸二乙烯脂树脂材料制成。
