Claims (9)
- 【权利要求1】一种影像截取装置,其包括显示单元、触摸单元、中央处理单元、存储单元以及影像截取单元,所述触摸单元设置在所述显示单元上用以检测触摸信号并将所述触摸信号转换为触点坐标传输给中央处理单元,所述中央处理单元用以协调各个单元进行运作,所述存储单元用以存储影像,所述影像截取单元用以截取影像,该影像截取单元还包括坐标接收模块、显示屏坐标转换模块、截取框线生成模块、影像坐标转换模块以及裁切模块;所述坐标接收模块,用以接收由所述触摸单元所传输的触点坐标;所述显示屏坐标转换模块,用以将由所述坐标接收模块所接收的触摸单元的触点坐标转换为显示单元上的屏幕坐标;截取框线生成模块用于根据显示屏坐标转换模块所得到的屏幕坐标值在显示单元上显示出相应的截取框线;所述影像坐标转换模块用以将所述显示单元上显示的截取框线的屏幕坐标转换为显示在所述显示单元上的影像的影像坐标;所述裁切模块,用以根据所述影像坐标在相应的影像上截取对应的目标影像,并将其存储在存储单元中。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的影像截取装置,其特征在于,所述影像截取单元还包括有一个确认模块,该确认模块用以确认截取框线生成模块所生成的截取框线内的影像是否是所需截取之目标影像。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的影像截取装置,其特征在于,所述触摸单元包括触摸检测部和触摸控制部,所述触摸检测部用以检测被触摸的位置,并将检测到的触摸信号传输给触摸控制部,所述触摸控制部用于接收触摸检测部所检测到的触摸信号并将其转换为触点坐标传送给影像截取单元。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的影像截取装置,其特征在于,所述触摸单元为电阻式触摸屏、红外线式触摸屏、表面声波式触摸屏或者电容式触摸屏。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的影像截取装置,其特征在于,所述框线生成模块所生成的截取框线为实时追踪所述触摸单元所接收的触摸信号而生成的截取框线,或是通过触摸单元的触摸控制部所传输出的触点坐标的数模转换值确定两个距离最远点,并以此两点为对角线而生成的一矩形截取框线。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求1至5任一项所述的影像截取装置,其特征在于,该影像截取装置可应用于一数码影像设备中。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的影像截取装置,其特征在于,所述数码影像设备为数码相机、手机、摄像手机、个人数位助理(PAD)、笔记本电脑、电脑、数码摄像机或数码像框。
- 【权利要求8】一种影像截取方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:启动影像截取功能;通过一触摸单元获取触摸信号并将触点坐标经过模数转换后的数字触点坐标输出至一中央处理单元处理;所述中央处理单元将所述数字触点坐标进行转换,将其转换为显示单元的屏幕坐标;根据所述屏幕坐标生成一截取框线,并将该截取框线显示在所述显示单元上;将所述屏幕坐标转换为显示在所述显示单元上的影像的影像坐标;根据所述影像坐标进行影像裁切,并将裁切下来的影像存储在所述存储单元中。
- 【权利要求9】一种如权利要求8所述的影像截取方法,其特征在于还包括以下步骤:在生成所述截取框线后,确认所述显示在所述显示单元上的截取框线内的影像是否是需要截取的目标影像;若截取框线内的影像是需要截取的目标影像,则进行影像裁切,若不是,则回到获取触摸信号的步骤。
