Abstract

本发明提供一种路灯系统,其具有一个照明装置、一个风车和一个扇片,所述路灯系统还具有一个灯杆,所述灯杆具有至少一个进气口和至少一个出气口,所述风车与扇片同轴设置,所述扇片设置在所述灯杆内,所述风车借助风力旋转带动所述扇片旋转使得在所述灯杆和分支杆内形成一个气流路径,所述气流路径的方向为由所述进气口至所述出气口,所述照明装置的散热装置设置在所述气流路径上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种路灯系统。
背景技术
发光二极管具有体积小、效率高、不含汞及寿命长等优点,因此能够取代现有的荧光灯或者白炽灯,可减少能源的消耗及二氧化碳的排放量。具体请参阅Daniel A.Steigerwald等人在IEEE Journal on Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics,Vo1.8,No.2,March/April 2002上发表的文献Illumination With Solid State Lighting Technology。
然而,现有技术的LED作为光源在应用方面还有很多问题需要解决。例如,LED在工作时会产生大量的热,由于散热不佳会影响LED的发光效率甚至发生损毁。因此,目前都围绕路灯系统的散热展开设计,包括散热片的设计、热导管的实用以及增加风扇以促成主动对流的散热等等。
然而,针对LED作为光源在路灯上的应用,其利用风扇对该LED光源进行主动时,也需要对风扇进行供电,这在一定程度上增加了电能的损耗。
由鉴于此,提供一种能够解决上述问题的路灯系统十分必要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种路灯系统,其具有至少一个照明装置、一个灯杆、一个风车和一个扇片。所述照明装置具有至少一个LED元件和与其热性连接的散热装置,所述灯杆为一个中空的管,其具有至少一个出气口和至少一个进气口;所述风车设置在所述灯杆的顶部,其借助风力旋转;所述扇片与所述风车同轴设置在所述灯杆内,所述风车旋转带动所述扇片旋转在所述灯杆内形成一个气流路径,所述气流路径由所述进气口经过所述灯杆的管道至所述出气口,所述散热装置设置在所述气流路径上。
本发明还提供一种路灯系统,所述灯杆具有至少一个分支杆,所述至少一个照明装置分别对应设置在所述至少一个分支杆上,且所述进气口设置在所述分支杆的一端。
本发明提供的路灯系统,采用一个同轴设置的风车和扇片,风车借助风力旋转带动扇片旋转使得所述照明装置的散热装置所在位置上形成一个气流路径,可以加速对所述LED发光元件进行散热,本发明的路灯系统可以直接应用在户外照明上,如路灯、信号灯等。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,为本发明第一实施例提供的一种路灯系统10,其具有一个照明装置110、一个灯杆120、一个垂直轴式风车130和一个扇片140。
所述灯杆120包括一个灯杆主体121和由所述灯杆主体延伸出去的一个分支杆122。
所述灯杆主体121及分支杆122均为中空的管,且所述分支杆122与灯杆主体121相通,所述分支杆122的远离灯杆主体121的一端具有至少一个进气口(air inlet)122c,所述灯杆主体121靠近顶部的位置处有至少一个出气口120a。
所述垂直轴式风车130设置于所述灯杆主体121的顶部,且设置于该灯杆主体121之外,其可以借助外界风力旋转。具体地,所述垂直轴式风车130具有一个旋转轴131和若干个由所述旋转轴131延伸出来的扇叶132,所述若干扇叶132借助风力带动所述旋转轴131旋转。该垂直轴式风车130的旋转轴131与所述灯杆主体121的管道的中心轴同轴。
所述垂直轴式风车130的形状不限,只要能够借助外力使其旋转轴131旋转即可,所述垂直轴式风车为现有技术中的垂直轴式风力发电机上的垂直轴式风车。
所述扇片140环绕设置在所述旋转轴131上,且位于所述灯杆主体121内,所述扇片140的外径略小于所述灯杆主体121的管径。
可以理解的是,当垂直轴式风车130的旋转轴131旋转,所述扇片140随其旋转,使得所述灯杆主体121的管道内形成一个气流路径,所述气流路径的方向为由所述至少一个进气口122c经过所述分支杆122和灯杆主体121至所述至少一个出气口120a。
所述照明装置110采用若干个LED发光元件作为其光源,所述发光装置110还具有若干个与所述作为光源的若干个LED发光元件热性连接的散热片112。所述散热片112采用高导热系数的材料制成。
请继续参阅图2,为图1中照明装置110与灯杆120的分解示意图。
所述照明装置110包括一个出光部分113和若干个散热片112。所述照明装置110采用若干个LED(图未示)作为光源,所述若干个LED收容在所述出光部分113,所述若干个散热片112与所述若干个LED热性相连。
所述分支杆122的管壁具有一个收容部122a以收容所述照明装置110,其与所述照明装置110的出光部分113的周边密封接合。所述照明装置110的若干个散热片112位于所述分支杆122内的气流路径上,且每个散热片112沿着所述气流路径的方向排列。
可以理解的是,当垂直轴式风车130借助外界风力旋转时,所述扇片140随其旋转,使得所述灯杆主体121及其分支杆122内形成的气流由进气口122c进入分支杆122,经过所述若干散热片112,带走所述若干LED工作时产生的热,加速其散热。
图1给出的第一个实施例中具有一个照明装置110和一个分支杆122。可以理解的是,可以根据实际需要,可以在所述灯杆主体121上设置多个所述分支杆122,将多个所述照明装置110对应分别设置所述多个分支杆122上。
本发明第一实施例提供的路灯系统10,采用一个风车130及其同轴设置的扇片140利用风力带动扇片140旋转产生气流,并设计出一个灯杆主体121和分支杆122,使得气流流经所述照明装置110的散热片112,加速其散热效果。
请参阅图3,为本发明第二实施例的一种路灯系统的灯杆与照明装置210的分解示意图,其与本发明第一实施例的不同点在于,所述分支杆222为“Y”型结构,其由一第一分支杆222a和两个第二分支杆222b构成,所述第一分支杆222a连接所述两个第二分支杆222b和灯杆主体221。
所述路灯系统具有两个照明装置210,分别对应设置在所述两个第二分支杆222b上,每个所述第二分支杆222b远离灯杆主体221的一端具有至少一个进气口222c。
可以理解的是,当垂直轴式风车借助外界风力旋转时,所述扇片随其旋转,使得所述灯杆主体221、第一分支杆222a及其相通的两个第二分支杆222b内形成一个气流路径,所述气流路径的方向为由第二分支杆222b的进气口222c经由分支杆222至扇片240,最后由出气口220a出去。
可以理解的是,所述分支杆222形状不限于“Y”形状,所述第一分支杆222a还可以进一步延伸出更多的第二分支杆222b,可以满足更多个照明装置210的设置。
可以理解的是,本发明第二实施例为第一实施例的变形实施方式,同样可以达到本发明的效果。
请参阅图4,为本发明第三实施例提供的一种路灯系统30,其与本发明第一实施例的路灯系统10不同点在于,所述灯杆320为一个中空的竖直管,其管壁上具有一个进气口322a和一个出气口322b。
所述灯杆320的管壁具有一个收容部以收容所述照明装置310。
所述扇片340设置于所述灯杆320内,且位于所述进气口322a和出气口322b之间的位置。所述扇片340与所述垂直轴式风车330同轴设置,即当垂直轴式风车330借助风力旋转时带动所述扇片340一起旋转,在所述灯杆320内产生气流路径,所述气流路径由进气口322a至出气口322b且沿所述灯杆320的中心轴方向。优选地,所述扇片340的外径略小于所述灯杆320的管径。
所述照明装置310设置在所述灯杆320上,其若干个散热片312沿灯杆320方向排列在灯杆320内,其光源部分311设置在灯杆320外,且所述照明装置310设置在进气口322a至出气口322b之间的位置上,所述气流流经所述照明装置310的散热片312对其进行散热。
本发明第三实施例提供的路灯系统,为第一实施例的变形实施方式,其同样可以实现利用风力对其进行散热的效果。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种路灯系统,其具有:
至少一个照明装置,其具有至少一个LED元件和与该至少一个LED元件热性连接的散热装置;
一个中空的灯杆,所述灯杆具有至少一个出气口和至少一个进气口,灯杆具有一个灯杆主体和至少一个由所述灯杆主体延伸出去的分支杆,所述灯杆的至少一分支杆上具有至少一个收容部以收容所述至少一个照明装置,该分支杆与该收容部以及照明装置一一对应,所述至少一个进气口设置在所述分支杆的远离所述灯杆主体的一端;
一个风车,其设置在所述灯杆主体的顶部,其借助风力旋转;
一个扇片,其与所述风车同轴设置在所述灯杆内,所述风车旋转带动所述扇片旋转在所述灯杆内形成一个气流路径,且所述出气口位于所述风车与扇片之间,且设置在所述灯杆主体顶部的侧壁上,所述气流路径为由所述至少一个进气口经过所述分支杆至所述灯杆主体上的至少一个出气口,所述散热装置设置在所述气流路径上。
2.如权利要求1所述的路灯系统,其特征在于,所述风车包括一个旋转轴和若干个由所述旋转轴延伸出去的扇叶,所述扇叶借助风力带动所述旋转轴旋转,所述扇片环绕设置在所述旋转轴上,所述旋转轴旋转带动所述扇片旋转。
3.如权利要求1所述的路灯系统,其特征在于,所述照明装置的散热装置由若干个散热片组成,每个散热片沿着所述气流路径的方向设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的路灯系统,其特征在于,所述分支杆具有一个第一分支杆和若干个由所述第一分支杆分支出去的第二分支杆,所述至少一个进气口设置在所述第二分支杆的远离所述灯杆主体的一端,所述至少一个照明装置为若干个照明装置,其分别对应设置在所述若干个第二分支杆上。
5.如权利要求1所述的路灯系统,其特征在于,所述风车为垂直轴式风车,其旋转轴与所述灯杆的中心轴同轴。
6.如权利要求1所述的路灯系统,其特征在于,所述扇片设置在所述灯杆内进气口与出气口之间的位置处。
