Abstract

一种外壳,其包括主体和覆盖于主体上的盖体,所述主体上开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的一端弯曲,形成倾斜端,所述外壳还包括滑动元件,其一端固定在所述盖体上,另一端滑动地装配于所述滑动槽内,且滑动元件可基于所述滑动槽的倾斜端的倾斜而带动所述盖体倾斜。上述外壳通过在主体上设置一端倾斜的滑动槽和并在盖体上设置滑动元件,使得滑动元件在滑动槽内滑动和倾斜时带着盖体一起滑动和倾斜,从而使外壳同时具备了滑盖和翻盖双重功能。本发明还提供一种使用该外壳的手机。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外壳,特别是一种滑盖式外壳及使用该外壳的手机。
背景技术
随着信息技术的飞速发展,通信技术也日新月异,手机的更新换代时间也不断缩短,在市面上各种各样的手机层出不穷。
传统的手机只是单纯的作为一种通信工具,而现在的手机更多的被人们来作为一种娱乐工具,用手机看电视看电影已经很常见。
市面上的手机外壳结构大多分为三种:直板式、滑盖式、翻盖式。每种设计都有着各自的优缺点。如,滑盖可以隐藏键盘,且可以将原来放置键盘的位置空出来配置更大的显示屏。翻盖的可以让屏幕与主体保持倾斜状态,便于看电影。通常一个用户都只用一个手机,用户也就不能同时拥有滑盖和翻盖功能。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种能通过滑动实现翻盖效果的外壳。
还有必要提供一种能通过滑动实现翻盖效果的手机。
一种外壳,其包括主体和覆盖于主体上的盖体,所述主体上开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的一端弯曲,形成倾斜端,所述外壳还包括滑动元件,其一端固定在所述盖体上,另一端滑动地装配于所述滑动槽内,且滑动元件可基于所述滑动槽的倾斜端的倾斜而带动所述盖体倾斜。
一种手机,包括外壳、多个按键和显示屏,所述外壳包括主体和覆盖于主体上的盖体,所述多个按键设置在主体上,所述显示屏设置在盖体上,其特征在于:所述主体上开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的一端弯曲,形成倾斜端,所述外壳还包括滑动元件,其一端固定在所述盖体上,另一端滑动地装配于所述滑动槽内,且滑动元件可基于所述滑动槽的倾斜端的倾斜而带动所述盖体倾斜。
上述手机及其外壳通过在主体上设置一端弯曲的滑动槽和并在盖体上设置滑动元件,使得滑动元件在滑动槽内滑动和倾斜时带着盖体一起滑动和倾斜,从而使手机及其外壳同时具备了滑盖和翻盖双重功能。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1,其为一较佳实施方式的手机外壳10闭合状态的俯视图。手机外壳10包括方形主体102、覆盖于主体102上的方形盖体104、连接主体102和盖体104的二滑动元件106。
请同时参阅图2和图3,其分别为图1所示的外壳沿剖面线II-II和III-III的剖面图。主体102面向盖体104的表面开设有相互平行的滑动槽122,且为开口小内部大结构。滑动槽122的一端向盖体104弯曲,形成倾斜端123。主体102内还设有二磁性元件124和126,分别设置在靠近滑动槽122中部和倾斜端123处。
二滑动元件106呈勾状且分别与二滑动槽122对应。滑动元件106一端固定在盖体104的一条侧边上,另一端滑动地装配于滑动槽122内,该端上也设有磁性元件162。
图1为手机外壳10的闭合状态,盖体104覆盖主体102,且滑动元件106位于滑动槽122内远离倾斜端123的一端。请同时参阅图4和图5,图4为手机外壳10的盖体104沿着滑动槽122滑动后状态的俯视图,图5为图4所示的手机外壳10沿剖面线V-V的剖面图。此时,滑动元件106上的磁性元件162与主体102内靠近滑动槽122中部的磁性元件124吸引,以将盖体104更好地保持在滑开状态,即实现了滑盖效果。盖体104滑动后,主体102露出部分表面,该表面可以设置各种按键128。盖体104上则可以设置显示屏142,如此便成了滑盖手机。
请同时参阅图6和图7,图6为手机外壳10的盖体104继续沿着滑动槽122滑动,直至滑动到滑动槽122的倾斜端123时的俯视图,图7为图6所示的手机外壳10沿剖面线VII-VII的剖面图。由于滑动槽122的倾斜端123向上弯曲,所以滑动元件106将在滑动槽内旋转一定角度,也就带着盖体104一起倾斜,实现翻盖效果。同时,滑动元件106上的磁性元件162与主体102内靠近滑动槽122倾斜端123的磁性元件126相互吸引,以将盖体104更好地保持在此状态。
综上所述,手机外壳10通过在主体102上设置一端弯曲的滑动槽122并在盖体104上设置滑动元件106,使得滑动元件106在滑动槽122内滑动和倾斜时带着盖体104一起滑动和倾斜,从而使手机外壳10同时具备了滑盖和翻盖双重功能。另外,在盖体104常用的位置对应处设置磁性元件124和126,以使得盖体104能更好地保持在这些位置,便于用户使用。
请参阅图8和图9,图8为另一较佳实施方式的手机外壳20翻转状态俯视图,图9为图8所示的手机外壳20沿剖面线IX-IX的剖面图。手机外壳20与前述手机外壳10的区别在于,前述手机外壳10的滑动槽122设置在方形主体102的两条较长边上。手机外壳20的滑动槽222设置在方形主体202的两条较短边上。如此,当手机外壳20滑动到翻盖效果位置时,若盖体204上设置显示屏,则可呈现宽屏显示方式,使得观看影片时的效果更加。
请参阅图10和图11,其为又一较佳实施方式的手机外壳30闭合状态俯视图,图11为图10所示的手机外壳30沿剖面线XI-XI的剖面图。手机外壳30与前述手机外壳10的区别在于,前述手机外壳10的滑动元件106连接在盖体104的一侧边,手机外壳30中的滑动元件306连接在其盖体304面向主体302的表面的边缘,使盖体104遮盖所述滑动元件106。为了使盖体304能够在滑动到滑动槽322倾斜端323时可以翻转,主体302面向盖体304的表面靠近滑动槽322倾斜端323的部分设置有垂直滑动槽322的凹槽328,用于收容翻转后的盖体304的末端。请参阅图12,其为图10所示的手机外壳30翻盖状态下的剖视图,此时盖体304的末端收容与所述凹槽328中。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种外壳,其包括主体和覆盖于主体上的盖体,其特征在于:所述主体上开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的一端弯曲,形成倾斜端,所述外壳还包括滑动元件,其一端固定在所述盖体上,另一端滑动地装配于所述滑动槽内,且滑动元件可基于所述滑动槽的倾斜端的倾斜而带动所述盖体倾斜。
2.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述滑动元件连接在盖体的一侧边。
3.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述滑动元件连接在盖体面向主体的表面,所述主体面向盖体的表面上靠近滑动槽倾斜端处设置有凹槽,用于收容翻转后的盖体的末端。
4.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述滑动元件收容于滑动槽的一端设有磁性元件,所述主体内靠近所述滑动槽的中部处也设有磁性元件。
5.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述滑动元件收容于滑动槽的一端设有磁性元件,所述主体内靠近滑动槽的倾斜端处也设有磁性元件。
6.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述倾斜端为滑动槽的一端向所述盖体弯曲而形成。
7.一种手机,包括外壳、多个按键和显示屏,所述外壳包括主体和覆盖于主体上的盖体,所述多个按键设置在主体上,所述显示屏设置在盖体上,其特征在于:所述主体上开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的一端弯曲,形成倾斜端,所述外壳还包括滑动元件,其一端固定在所述盖体上,另一端滑动地装配于所述滑动槽内,且滑动元件可基于所述滑动槽的倾斜端的倾斜而带动所述盖体倾斜。
8.如权利要求7所述的手机,其特征在于:所述滑动元件连接在盖体面向主体的表面,所述主体面向盖体的表面上靠近滑动槽倾斜端处设置有凹槽,用于收容翻转后的盖体的末端。
9.如权利要求7所述的手机,其特征在于:所述滑动元件收容于滑动槽的一端设有磁性元件,所述主体内靠近所述滑动槽的中部和倾斜端处也设有磁性元件。
10.如权利要求7所述的手机,其特征在于:所述倾斜端为滑动槽的一端向所述盖体弯曲而形成。
