Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转向阀,更具体地涉及一种用于淋浴器和浴盆的转向阀。
背景技术
转向阀通常用于控制水从浴缸龙头或淋浴喷头流出。现今的转向阀利用旋转凸轮装置使水流转向。这样可能是不理想的,因为旋转运动可能磨损转向阀内的密封件。
发明内容
根据本发明的示例性方面的转向阀组件包括:阀体,其限定入口、第一出口和第二出口;刚性芯;安装到所述刚性芯的弹性芯;以及与所述刚性芯接合的手柄芯,该手柄芯可在第一位置与第二位置之间运动,所述第一位置使所述弹性芯与所述阀体接合并阻挡所述第二出口,以使流体从所述入口转向至所述第一出口,所述第二位置使所述弹性芯与所述阀体接合并阻挡所述第一出口,以使流体从所述入口转向至所述第二出口。
所述转向阀组件通过减少密封件磨损的推动方法来使水转向,而不需要旋转运动。所述转向阀组件还由于不需要旋转而相对容易操作。

具体实施方式
图1A示意性地示出了转向阀组件20。转向阀组件20大体上包括入口22、第一出口24、第二出口26和手柄28。手柄28可在第一位置A与第二位置B之间运动,在第一位置A使水从入口22转向至第一出口24,在第二位置B使水从入口22转向至第二出口26(见图1B)。转向阀组件20不需要旋转运动,这样减少了密封件的磨损。转向阀组件20由于这种不需要旋转的换向方法而更容易操作。
参照图2,示出了转向阀组件20的分解图。转向阀组件20大体上包括手柄28、壳体前盖30、法兰32、手柄芯34、固定板36、刚性芯38、弹性芯40、棘爪42、弹簧44、阀体46、壳体48和壳体后盖50。弹性芯40安装在刚性芯38内以在阀体46内限定有效的密封表面。弹性芯40可由诸如橡胶的弹性材料或其它密封材料制成,而刚性芯38由相对更加刚性的材料制成,例如塑料等,由该材料制成转向阀组件20的其它所有部件。
刚性芯38在其中保持有弹性芯40的情况下通过固定板36可动地保持在阀体46中。固定板36可利用干涉配合卡合、螺纹连接或其它方式附接至阀体46。手柄芯34被法兰32留置在固定板36中。法兰32利用干涉配合卡合、螺纹连接或其它方式附接至固定板36。法兰32、手柄芯34、固定板36、刚性芯38/弹性芯40在组装至阀体46时提供了安装在壳体48内并由壳体前盖30和后盖50封装的子组件。
手柄28借此可枢转地保持在壳体前盖30中以致动手柄芯34。手柄28安装至手柄芯34,从而手柄28的运动使手柄芯34枢转。手柄芯34围绕球形部34B相对于固定板36枢转,球形部34B限定了手柄芯34的枢轴T。手柄芯34绕枢轴T枢转以使刚性芯38在阀体46内滑动。手柄28带动手柄芯34可在第一位置(图3A至3C)与第二位置(图4A至4C)之间运动,这两个位置之间存在中间位置(图5A至5C)。
刚性芯38包括棘爪凹座52,棘爪凹座52接收被弹簧44偏压的棘爪42。棘爪42可与一系列凹部54A、54B、54C(在图3B、4B和5B中最佳示出)接合以进一步限定位置A、B和C。刚性芯38还包括可与限定在阀体46中的槽58接合的突出部56(在图3C、4C和5C中最佳示出)。棘爪42与所述一系列凹部54A、54B、54C的接合以及突出部56与槽58的接合有利于控制刚性芯38在阀体46中的运动。
参照图3A,第一位置A使弹性芯40与阀体46接合并阻挡第二出口26,以使流体从入口22转向至第一出口24。刚性芯38在阀体46中滑动,使得弹性芯40基本堵住第二阀体开口46B(图3B)。流体从入口22流入,经过阀体46的壁46W与固定板36之间(图3C)。
参照图4A,第二位置B使弹性芯40与阀体46接合并阻挡第一出口24,以使流体从入口22转向至第二出口26。刚性芯38在阀体46中滑动,使得弹性芯40基本堵住第一阀体开口46A(图4B和4C)。
参照图5A,手柄28和手柄芯34的中间位置C允许流体从入口22流向第一出口24和第二出口26(图5B)。刚性芯38位于阀体46中,使得弹性芯40既不堵住第一阀体开口46A,也不堵住第二阀体开口46B(图5C)。
应理解,在所有附图中相同的附图标记表示对应或类似的元件。还应理解,虽然在所示实施方式中公开了具体的部件布置,但其它布置也可受益于本发明。

Claims (7)
1.一种转向阀组件,包括:
阀体,其具有入口、第一出口和第二出口;
刚性芯;
弹性芯,其安装到所述刚性芯上;
手柄芯,所述手柄芯接合所述刚性芯,所述手柄芯可在第一位置与第二位置之间枢转运动;
其中,所述手柄芯被配置以使得所述手柄芯在位于所述第一位置使所述弹性芯与所述阀体接合,从而限定一个有效的密封表面并阻挡所述第二出口,以使流体从所述入口转向至所述第一出口;并且所述手柄芯还被配置以使得所述手柄芯从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置时,所述刚性芯在所述阀体内滑动,从而所述弹性芯接合所述阀体,以限定一个有效的密封表面并阻挡所述第一出口,以使所述流体从所述入口转向至所述第二出口。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件,该组件还包括与所述手柄芯接合的手柄。
3.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中,所述手柄芯可绕一枢轴运动。
4.如权利要求3所述的组件,其中,所述枢轴由球形部限定。

7.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中,所述刚性芯由第一材料制成,所述弹性芯由第二材料制成,所述第二材料的密度比所述第一材料低。
