[0002] 在当前国内外,在交流电停电时,或在无交流电的场合下,采用的多用途照明灯, 主要有:直流逆变交流电路将蓄电池直流电压逆变转换成交流电压供电。采用钨丝发光的 白炽灯,或钨丝发光启动荧光粉发光的节能灯,及三基色荧光粉发光的节能灯。其共同特点 是,采用钨丝发光材料与发光技术。电源供电采用的是直流逆变交流技术。其缺点是钨丝 发光材料,将90〜97的电能转换成热量消耗散发浪费,同时直流逆变设备也产生大量热量 散发消耗浪费。致使蓄电池需要大容量,大体积,充电次数多,消耗浪费紧缺的电力资源。

- 微电脑直流多用途大功率LED照明节能灯,其特征在于:包括灯体主体(1)、电源线(2)、直流电源、外壳(4)、控制电路板(5)、散热板(6)、内腔通风散热孔(7)、LED发光器件(8)、反光罩体(9)、防水透明罩(10)、外壳通风散热孔(11)、温度传感器(12),将电源线(2)的正极连接直流电源的正极,电源线(2)的负极连接直流电源的负极,电源线(2)另一端与控制电路板(5)相连,LED发光器件(8)安装在散热板(6)上,温度传感器(12)安装在控制电路板(5)的背面,控制电路板(5)、散热板(6)间隔安装在外壳(4)内,反光罩体(9)安装在散热板(6)下端,防水透明罩(10)安装在外壳(4)底端,外壳(4)上设有外壳通风散热孔(11),散热板(6)上设有内腔通风散热孔(7);直流电源为蓄电池BAT(3)或宽幅度直流电源;多个微电脑直流多用途大功率LED照明节能灯采用行列组合或点阵矩型组合为强光源;控制电路板(5)上设置电源滤波电路、微控制器MCU电源电路、微控制器MCU、LED发光器件温度检测电路、LED发光电路、恒流驱动电路、回路电流检测电路,电源滤波电路一路连接微控制器MCU电源电路再与微控制器MCU工作电源输入端相连,另一路连接LED发光电路、恒流驱动电路、回路电流检测电路与微控制器MCU的输入脚相连,回路电流检测电路与微控制器MCU的输出控制脚与恒流驱动电路相连,LED发光温度检测电路的输出脚与微控制器MCU相连。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的微电脑直流多用途大功率LED照明节能灯,其特征在于:电 源滤波电路包括电容CI、C2,电容C1的一端连接直流电源的正极,另一端连接直流电源的 负极,电容C2的一端连接直流电源的正极,另一端连接直流电源的负极。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的微电脑直流多用途大功率LED照明节能灯,其特征在于:微 控制器MCU电源电路包括电阻R1、稳压二极管DZ1、电容C3、微控制器MCU U1,限流电阻R1 的一端连接直流电源的正极,另一端连接稳压二极管DZ1的负极,稳压二极管DZ1的正极接 地,电容C5连接微控制器MCU U1的8脚。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的微电脑直流多用途大功率LED照明节能灯,其特征在于:LED 发光器件温度检测电路包括电阻R2、温度传感器Q2、电容C4、微控制器MCU U1,温度传感器 Q2的基极连接集电极,限流电阻R2的一端连接电阻R1与二极管D1的接点VDD,电阻R2的 另一端连接温度传感器Q2的集电极与滤波电容C4并联的接点,温度传感器Q2的发射极连 接电容C4的另一端并联接点后,连接微控制器MCU U1的2脚AD模拟输入。
- 5.根据权利要求1所述的微电脑直流多用途大功率LED照明节能灯,其特征在于:恒 流驱动电路包括二极管Dl,LED发光器件,电抗器L1,绝缘栅双极晶体管Q1,微控制器MCU U1,开关二极管D1的负极连接LED发光器件的正极后连接直流电源的正极,开关二极管D1 的正极连接绝缘栅双极晶体管Q1的漏极,LED发光器件的负极连接电抗器L1的输入端,电 抗器L1的输出端连接绝缘栅双极晶体管Q1的漏极,绝缘栅双极晶体管Q1的源极连接回路 电流采样电阻R3的一端,电阻R3的另一端接地,绝缘栅双极晶体管Q1的栅极连接微控制 器MCU U1的6脚。
- 6.根据权利要求1所述的微电脑直流多用途大功率LED照明节能灯,其特征在于:回 路电流检测电路包括电阻R3、电容C7、微控制器MCU U1,回路电流采样电阻R3的一端主路 连接绝缘栅双极晶体管Q1的源极,旁路连接微控制器MCU U1的7脚滤波电容C7的一端, 电阻R3的另一端接地,电容C7的另一端接地。
