Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及对用于电磁吸块的箍带(bandeau)的改进。
背景技术
我们知道,吸块实际上是固定在开口周边的一块电磁铁,在其被推动时,能够保持住固定在门上的舌形板;或者以相反的方式进行。
在现有技术中,吸块固定在被称作箍带的成型件中,箍带其本身固定抵靠在支承件(墙或门)上。
箍带呈现管状成型件的形式,箍带在其面之一上具有一切割的开口以允许引入和固定吸块。此开口被有利地用来通向成型件的另一个面,并且允许将整个组件固定在支承件上。
经验证明,对于很长的箍带而言这种局部的固定是不够的,并且在这种情况下,应该使用穿透成型件的两相对的面的补充螺钉,而这存在着各种风险。
这些箍带的使用并不方便,因为供电缆线的走线存在问题。实际上,所述供电缆线在吸块被固定于箍带中之前必须连接到吸块上,这会导致以下这些缺点:
-所述供电缆线的长度要远远大于分开它们的引入孔口与吸块的接线柱之间的长度,并且此长度的供电缆线随后还要再被引入到箍带中;
-吸块的安置必须在现场进行,而且是在连接供电缆线之后进行;
-连接的检查需要将吸块拆卸下来。
发明内容
克服这些缺点的本发明的箍带在以下方面是出色的:所述箍带由两个成型件联合构成,每一个成型件都具有呈U形的截面,其中第一成型件承载着所述电磁吸块,并且第一成型件包括能够将所述电磁吸块固定在一支承件上的装置,而第二成型件则用来覆盖第一成型件,并且还设有能够将组装好的这两个成型件联结在一起的联结装置,
在将所述第一成型件固定在所述支承件上之前,所述电磁吸块被固定到所述第一成型件中;
在已经固定所述第一成型件以及随后连接供电缆线之后,用第二成型件将整个组件盖住;
所述联结装置将所述第二成型件固定在所述第一成型件上。

具体实施方式
参照附图,看到,箍带由两个成型件(profilé)1,2联合构成,每个成型件具有呈U形的截面,成型件2可以完全覆盖成型件1。
成型件1设置用来能够固定吸块V。根据本发明,在将所述成型件固定在支承件S上之前,吸块被固定到该成型件中。通常来说,这种固定是在工厂里进行的。
根据一实施方式,所述成型件的中间部分(partie médiane)3具有纵向槽4,该纵向槽的底部用作吸块V的支撑,吸块V被穿透所述纵向槽的底部的螺钉5保持,如图3中清晰可见,所述纵向槽具有孔6。
中间部分3具有优选为长方形的孔口7,螺钉8穿过该孔口将成型件固定抵靠在支承件S上。
成型件2的中间部分具有供吸块穿过的开口9。
在已经固定成型件1以及随后连接供电缆线(未示出)之后,用成型件2将整个组件盖住,成型件2的作用如同罩盖。任何常用的装置都可以用来将成型件2固定在成型件1上。
因此,可以使用螺钉,该螺钉的轴线在图2中以标号10示意性地示出。成型件2也可以卡合在成型件1上。
至于吸块的固定,可以通过螺钉穿透成型件1的侧翼——例如在图1中以虚线示出的侧翼11——来实现。在这种情况下,吸块无须支撑抵靠纵向槽4的底部上。
Claims (2)
1.用于电磁吸块(V)的箍带,其特征在于,所述箍带由两个成型件(1,2)联合构成,每一个成型件都具有呈U形的截面,其中第一成型件(1)承载着所述电磁吸块(V),并且第一成型件(1)包括能够将所述电磁吸块(V)固定在一支承件(S)上的装置,而第二成型件(2)则用来覆盖第一成型件(1),并且还设有能够将组装好的这两个成型件联结在一起的联结装置,
在将所述第一成型件(1)固定在所述支承件(S)上之前,所述电磁吸块(V)被固定到所述第一成型件(1)中;
在已经固定所述第一成型件(1)以及随后连接供电缆线之后,用第二成型件(2)将整个组件盖住;
所述联结装置将所述第二成型件(2)固定在所述第一成型件(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箍带,其特征在于,所述第一成型件(1)的中间部分(3)具有一纵向槽(4)。
