Abstract

背景技术
U.S.4582228、5282551和3828982以及DE4400605分别披露一种用于气溶胶容器的致动器,气溶胶容器具有带有伸出阀杆的阀。致动器按钮具有用于连接到阀杆上的出口。横杆布置在容器和致动器按钮之间,并且可相对于阀杆至少在阻挡致动器按钮相对于阀杆按压的第一位置和使得致动器按钮相对于阀杆按压的隔开第二位置之间运动。
发明内容
本发明的总体目的在于提供一种用于气溶胶容器的致动器,该致动器包括可松开地阻挡致动器按钮按压的防小孩机构和/或将致动器按钮可松开地锁定在按压或致动位置上的机构。
本发明体现了可以单独或相互组合地实施的多个方面。
按照本发明的一个方面用于气溶胶容器的致动器,气溶胶容器具有带有阀杆的阀,该致动器包括具有连接到阀杆上的出口的致动器按钮。横杆布置在容器和致动器按钮之间。横杆可相对于阀杆在阻挡致动器按钮相对于阀杆按压的第一位置和使得致动器按钮相对于阀杆按压的第二位置之间运动。横杆最好可从致动器的任一侧运动,并且一个或多个弹簧最好通过横杆承载以便接合容器,并且将横杆偏压到第一或阻挡位置。

具体实施方式
图1-3表示按照本发明的示例性实施例的包装20,该包装包括具有致动器24的气溶胶容器22和顶盖26。可以是例如喷漆容器的气溶胶容器22具有出口阀,出口阀具有通过轴环47和径向隔开的环30围绕的延伸阀杆28。致动器24最好包括在围绕阀杆28的容器22的端部上接收的下部壳体32。下部壳体32可以例如是模制塑料构造,并且最好具有一对径向相对的直立腿部34。

致动器24还包括上部壳体52,其细节在图4和5中清楚看到。上部壳体52包括具有一对相对侧开口56的轴环54。轴环54可通过卡扣配合固定到下部壳体32上,以便包围横杆36的中央部分,其中横杆的端部延伸穿过开口56。下部壳体32上的腿部34在组装中部分阻挡开口56,如图1所示。致动器按钮58通过轴环54承载,最好通过与轴环54整体模制,并通过整体或活动铰链60连接到轴环54上。 致动器按钮58的下侧上的一个或多个出口管62在组装中连接到阀杆28上,并且在致动器按钮58按压阀杆28时,将容器的内容物供应到出口开口64。突起或凸肋66从致动器按钮58的下表面延伸。如图6B清楚所示,在横杆在第一或对中位置时,凸肋66的自由端覆盖横杆36上的松开突出部48的自由端。凸肋66具有布置在凸肋66的各自相对侧上的一对相对面向的侧缺口68。在致动器按钮58被按压时,缺口68布置成接收横杆36上的锁定突出部50,如将要描述那样。包括轴环54和致动器按钮58的上部壳体52最好是单件整体模制塑料构造。横杆36适用于相对于出口开口64的方向侧向-侧向运动。
图6A和6B表示致动器按钮58和横杆36的中间或静止位置。致动器按钮58的按压通过凸肋66邻靠松开突出部48来防止,如图6B所示。为了松开致动器按钮,横杆36从图3、6A和6B所示的中央第一位置纵向运动到偏离第一位置并如图7A和7B所示的第二位置。(因此横杆36最好在两个方向上运动,在中央第一位置的相对侧上,横杆将具有两个隔开的第二位置)。在此第二位置,横杆36上的松开突出部48相对于致动器按钮58上的凸肋66运动离开阻挡位置,使得致动器现在可被按压,以便按压阀杆28,并由此致动气溶胶容器22的出口阀。这种按压或致动位置在图8A和8B中表示,省略了容器的内容物。
在图8A和8B所示的致动器按钮的按压位置上,横杆36可运动到图9A和9B所示的与图7B所示的第二位置隔开的第三位置。(再次,由于横杆36最好可在两个方向上运动,横杆最好具有两个这样的第三位置,该第三位置分别与横杆的两个第二位置和中央第一位置向外隔开)。在横杆36的此第三位置上,横杆36上的锁定突出部50之一运动到凸肋66上的缺68之一内。锁定突出部50在缺口68内的配置防止致动器垫58运动,使得致动器垫58可通过使用者松开(9A)。(再次,具有位于横杆36上的隔开锁定突出部50以及位于凸肋66上的相对缺口68,使得致动器按钮58可通过横杆36在任何方向上的运动来锁定)。致动器垫58可接着松开,如图9A所示,同时将横杆36保持在锁定位置上,这有助于通过操作者使用。但是,如果横杆36松开,横杆36上的弹簧46将使得横杆压迫到中央第一位置,松开手指垫36,使得气溶胶产品的分配得以终止。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于气溶胶容器(22)的致动器,气溶胶容器具有带有伸出阀杆(28)的阀,所述致动器包括:
具有连接到阀杆上的出口(64)的致动器按钮(58);以及
布置在容器和所述致动器按钮之间的横杆(36),所述横杆可相对于阀杆至少在阻挡所述致动器按钮相对于所述阀杆按压的中央第一位置和使得所述致动器按钮相对于所述阀杆按压的隔开第二位置之间运动;
其特征在于,
所述致动器按钮(58)具有内部凸肋(66),并且所述横杆(36)具有松开突出部(48),松开突出部在所述横杆的所述第一位置上阻挡所述内部凸肋,并且在所述横杆的所述第二位置上与所述凸肋隔开;
所述凸肋(66)具有面向相对方向的一对侧缺口(68);
所述横杆(36)具有位于所述松开突出部的相对侧上的一对横向隔开的锁定突出部(50);以及
所述横杆可在所述中央第一位置、所述隔开的第二位置以及所述第二位置的相对侧上的隔开的第三位置之间运动,在该第三位置上所述锁定突出部之一接收在相应缺口内,以便将所述致动器按钮锁定在按压位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述横杆(36)具有中央开口(40),以便在阀杆上接收,并且所述松开突出部和所述锁定突出部相对于所述中央开口横向延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的致动器,其特征在于,包括接合容器并将所述横杆偏压到所述中央第一位置的弹簧(46)。

9.如权利要求8所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述致动器按钮(58)通过枢转铰链(60)整体连接到所述上部壳体(52)。
10.如权利要求9所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述下部壳体(32)具有部分阻挡所述上部壳体上的开口(56)的直立腿部(34)。
