技术领域
本发明涉及一种废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法。
背景技术
报纸、办公废纸是重要的可再生资源,废纸的回收利用是解决造纸工业面临的资源短缺、能源浪费、污染严重有效途径。废纸碎解后的再生浆,由于在碎解和脱墨过程中使抄成的纸白度下降,所以废纸脱墨浆漂白一直是造纸工业重要课题。废纸是不同纤维、染料、施胶剂、填料等组成的混合物,废纸脱墨浆和原生浆相比漂白较难。过氧化氢是常用的无氯氧化性漂白剂,主要分解物为水和氧气,它的使用可减少对环境污染,但相对于漂白原生浆,用于废纸脱墨浆其效力要低一些,而且在碱性中漂白过程中金属离子会对过氧化氢产生分解作用,降低了漂白效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种能有效络合金属离子,最大限度减少过渡金属离子的影响,并防止硅垢物产生,同时能降低生产成本、提高白度的废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法。
本发明的废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法是:
1、按重量百分比:乙二胺四乙酸二钠6-8%、聚丙烯酸钠7-10%、二乙烯三胺五乙酸6-9%、羟基乙叉二膦酸8-12%、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸5-8%、去离子水余量,配制A液,过程是将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、聚丙烯酸钠、二乙烯三胺五乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸,混合,用氢氧化钠调PH值至6.0到6.5,再加去离子水至百分百即可,备用;
2、漂白液的配制,将量为1.5-2.0%废纸脱墨干浆的37-42波美度的氢氧化钠,量为1.5-2.0%的废纸脱墨干浆的硅酸钠,量为1.5-2.5%的废纸脱墨干浆的过氧化氢混合,然后加入过氧化氢用量的10-15%的A液一起搅拌,备用;
3、在温度55-80℃,将废纸脱墨浆和漂白液按重量比1∶1-1.1直接混合,漂白时间60-90分钟即可。
本发明的废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法应用于废纸脱墨浆的双氧水漂白工段。
本发明的废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法中,各化学物质的作用:乙二胺四乙酸钠主要用于络合金属离子,用作水处理剂和除垢剂,可防止金属离子特别是锰、铁离子给漂白环节造成的不利影响;聚丙烯酸钠无毒,易溶于水,其钠盐能将废纸脱墨浆中的碳酸钙、硫酸钙分散于水中,不仅达到阻垢目的,而且对纸浆纤维具有分散作用;二乙烯三胺五乙酸具有非常强的络合能力,能与多种金属离子如铅、铁、锰、锌、铬、钴、钇、铈、钚、铀、锶、钍、钪、镅等形成络合物;羟基乙叉二膦酸是一种有机膦酸类阻垢缓蚀剂,能与多种金属离子形成稳定的络合物,能溶解金属表面的氧化物,在高PH下仍很稳定,不易水解,一般光热条件下不易分解,耐酸碱性、耐氯氧化性能较其它有机膦酸(盐)好,可与水中金属离子,尤其是钙离子形成六圆环螯合物,因而具较好的阻垢效果,并具明显的溶限效应;二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸在水处理中用作循环冷却水和锅炉水的阻垢缓蚀剂,特别适用于碱性条件下,用作过氧化物稳定剂、纺织印染用螯合剂、颜料的分散剂、氧脱木素稳定剂,还可作氧化性杀菌剂的稳定剂;过氧化氢用于在碱性条件下对纸浆发色基团起脱色作用;氢氧化钠可润胀纤维,打断纤维的氢键,使粘结物皂化等作用;硅酸钠可起到螯合金属离子,稳定双氧水,分散油墨粒子并防止其再沾附上纤维,提高碱性及缓冲PH值作用。
本发明的废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法,与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、在高、中、低碱度条件下使用,防止金属离子与双氧水之间的反应,降低对过氧化氢催化分解,在55-85℃漂白时,可使脱墨废浆光学白度值ISO提高3-9%;
2、降低硅酸钠的消耗,防止硅酸钠形成污垢,以使水玻璃用来维持双氧水的稳定和缓冲碱性;
3、能防止系统植物纤维绞粘,减少絮凝,起分散作用,有利达到更好漂白效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法:
首先配制A液,由以下原料按重量百分比组成:乙二胺四乙酸二钠6%、聚丙烯酸钠7%、二乙烯三胺五乙酸6%、羟基乙叉二膦酸8%、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸5%,按配比混合,用氢氧化钠调PH值至6.0到6.5,再加去离子水至百分百即可,备用;
漂白液的配制,将量为1.5-2.0%废纸脱墨干浆的37-42波美度的氢氧化钠,量为1.5-2.0%的废纸脱墨干浆的硅酸钠,量为1.5-2.5%的废纸脱墨干浆的过氧化氢混合,然后加入过氧化氢用量的10-15%的A液一起搅拌;
3、在废纸脱墨浆的双氧水漂白工段中,温度60-65℃条件下,将废纸脱墨浆和漂白液按重量比1∶1直接混合,漂白时间80-90分钟即可。
实施例2:
一种废纸脱墨浆无氯漂白方法:

(2)、漂白液的配制,将量为1.5-2.0%废纸脱墨干浆的37-42波美度的氢氧化钠,量为1.5-2.0%的废纸脱墨干浆的硅酸钠,量为1.5-2.5%的废纸脱墨干浆的过氧化氢混合,然后加入过氧化氢用量的10-15%的A液一起搅拌,备用;
(3)、在废纸脱墨浆的双氧水漂白工段中,温度55-80℃条件下,将废纸脱墨浆和漂白液按重量比1∶1-1.1直接混合,漂白时间60-90分钟即可。
