Abstract

本发明涉及用于将工件夹持在一起的夹钳,或用于抵靠住支撑件将工件夹持住的夹钳,或类似的夹持应用方式。
背景技术
公知的夹钳有笨重的虎钳、框式夹钳等,尽管可以提供更大的夹持力并在较长距离中对工件进行施压,但是这些夹钳都很重并且需要两只手来操作。单手操作的夹钳是有的,但是只能提供较小的夹持力并在有限距离内对工件进行施压,因而只能用于小型的工件。
本发明寻求改善上述的一个或多个问题。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种适合将工件夹持在一起的便携式夹钳,该便携式夹钳包括:安装件;枢转连接在该安装件的枢轴处的枢转夹持件;安装在该安装件上远离枢轴部分上的反作用件;以及将该枢转夹持件锁定的锁定构件,用以阻止该枢转夹持件相对安装件的旋转,从而在使用中,将一个或多个工件夹持在该枢转夹持件和反作用件之间。
较佳地,该锁定构件与致动构件连接,从而将锁定和致动该夹钳的动作结合在一次夹持动作中。在一种形式中,该锁定构件为偏心机构。在一较佳实施例中,该偏心机构是四杆机构。
较佳地,该安装件为细长形件,在一种形式中为脊。该脊可以带有附加的加强构件,例如凸缘,从而该脊形成为T形梁或C形梁等。
在一种形式中,该四杆机构的第一或底杆是安装件的端部。在此实施例中,该底件的两个相对顶点处安装用于该四杆机构的第二杆枢轴和第四杆的枢轴。较佳地,第三件是枢转安装在该枢转的第二和第四杆上。
较佳地,手柄从第二和第四杆延伸出来,并且夹持头和颈部从第四杆延伸出来,从而获得增强的机械方面的优点。
较佳地,设有挡止部,使得当锁定机构起作用时,第二和第四杆彼此贴靠。在一种形式中,该挡止部是该四杆机构的第二杆和第四杆的凸缘或颊板。

具体实施方式
参看图1所示,便携式夹钳(整体标注为10)包括呈脊14形状的安装件12,该脊14又呈I形梁16的形状,以增加强度。
枢转夹持件18安装在安装件12上的枢轴20处。枢转夹持件18包括颈部21和夹持头22,后者在操作夹钳10时受力抵靠住工件(未显示)。
反作用件19安装在脊14上远离枢转夹持件18的部位,其包括托架23,反作用件颈部24和夹头组件25安装在该托架23上。夹头组件25包括夹持块27和螺纹杆30形状的调整构件28,从而能作精密调整。滚花旋钮31作转动,从而可在夹持前使夹持块27前进或后退。
托架23由穿过孔34的销32安装到安装件12。通过将销32从一选定的孔34中取出,然后使托架23滑到另一选定的孔34中,可以进行粗调。这样可以在较大的尺寸和形状范围内的工件容置在其中。
锁定机构40设置成一四杆机构42。该四杆机构包括第一或底杆43,第二杆44枢转连接在下后枢转顶点45,第四杆46连接至枢转点20处的另一顶点,并且第三杆47同时枢转连接至第二杆44和第四杆46。手柄48和49从第二杆44和第三杆47上延伸而出,从而改善了机械方面的优点。该颈部21降低了机械方面的优点,但必须在机械优点和容置工件的合宜尺寸之间达到平衡。
锁定构件40为一偏心机构50的形状,该偏心机构50相对容易失衡并被迫进入锁定位置(如图1-7)。同样,释放锁定构件40是将手柄48和49拉开通过平衡点从而将其打开,非常简单(如图9所示)。
如图8所示的分解图演示了各个杆的组装和连接点。连接枢转点标以相配合的附图标记。
设有挡止部60以阻挡枢转夹持头22过度进入夹持空间62,从而降低夹钳的夹持效果。挡止部60形状为第二杆44和第三杆47上的凸缘或颊板64,两者贴住界定出闭合位置。
图10-16所示的第二实施例不包括安装在反作用件119上的托架。在另外方面,本发明与第一实施例基本相同,即反作用件119远离枢转夹持件118安装。
操作中,工件位于夹持空间62中,并且通过将托架23移动到一适当孔34中进行粗调。对夹持块27进行微调。手柄48和49挤压在一起,直到枢转夹持件18及其夹持头22与工件相接触。而且如果调整是准确进行的,当达到并越过平衡点,并且然后在到达该点之后立刻使颊板64贴靠住时,将感受到轻微的压力,然后夹钳被锁定在工件周围。然后可以进行工件的工作。
粗调和微调可能需要两只手,但最终的促动操作只需一只手,因此可以用另一只手来使工件保持稳定。
最后,应当理解其任意方面的创新理念可以结合到许多不同的构造中,先前说明中的普遍性质并不能被附图中的特性所替代。在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,可在各种零件的构造和设置中结合各种变化、修改和/或附加物。

Claims (1)

1.一种适合将工件夹持在一起的便携式夹钳,该便携式夹钳包括:安装件;枢转连接在该安装件的枢轴处的枢转夹持件;安装在该安装件上远离枢轴部分上的反作用件;以及将该枢转夹持件锁定的锁定构件,用以阻止该枢转夹持件相对安装件的旋转,从而在使用中,将一个或多个工件夹持在该枢转夹持件和反作用件之间。
