Method
Determine moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR)
MVTR be to use down agar diffusion method within 24 hour time to restrain every square metre of meter (g/m 2).
Use has the water and the isolated container or the cup of steam of opening. The saline (0.9% NaCl in deionized water) of 20ml is placed in the container, uses the experimental film sealed open.Container, and repeated trials container are placed in the humidity cabinet of electric heating, and container or cup are inverted, so water contacts with this binding agent. This case remains on 37 ℃ and 15% relative humidity (RH).After about one hour, think container and environmental balance, and weigh.24h after weighing for the first time, the container of weighing again.Weight difference passes through the evaporation (amount) of the steam of this experimental film transmission due to.This difference is used for calculating moisture vapor transmission rate or MVTR.MVTR is calculated as the loss in weight after 24h divided by the value (g/m of cup aperture area 2/ 24h).Support PU thin film introducing error owing to use.Yet, the very high (10000g/m of the water penetration of the thin film of use 2/ 24h), therefore, the error of introducing is very little.
The example of the sealant by A4 and B6 preparation
By mixing 1 part of A4 and 1 part of B6 prepares sealant of the present invention.Used the thorough blending ingredients 2-5 of ligneous spatula minute. For producing sheet stock, this mixture is coated on the silicone coated release liner.Coating layer thickness is 1000 μ m.Sample at room temperature solidified 20 minutes.
Comparative example C1
At first, weigh 4 parts of organic siliconresin A and 4 parts of organic siliconresin B thoroughly mix with spatula, add 2 parts of Aquasorb then.
After mixing about 5 minutes, go up overlay by PU thin film (from the Inspire 2301 of Intelicoat) at 30 μ m, this mixture forms the about 0.3 millimeter sheet stock material of thickness.Sample solidifies 1 hour down to guarantee complete reaction at 100 ℃.Then, it is standby it to be cooled to ambient temperature. The flat board that obtains is cut into desirable shape.
MVTR result
Form thickness/mm MVTR/g/m 2/ 24hr
A4+B6 1.00 600
C1 0.30 378
As above finding, under situation about having than the bigger thickness of organic siliconresin gel of Comparative Examples, the present invention still demonstrates significantly higher permeability. Therefore, sealant ratio of the present invention has required better permeability as similar system based on organic siliconresin, makes the highly preferred application that is used for being scheduled to of the present invention's energy.
