Abstract

本发明涉及一种照明装置,该照明装置包括一个第一发光模组及一个第二发光模组,该第一发光模组及第二发光模组分别包括一个散热壳体及设置在该散热壳体内的至少一光源,该散热壳体与该至少一光源热性连接以对其进行散热,该第一发光模组具有至少一设置在其散热壳体上的第一拼接部,该第二发光模组上具有至少一与第一拼接部相配合且设置在其散热壳体上的第二拼接部,该第一发光模组与第二发光模组之间通过该第一拼接部与该第二拼接部拼接在一起。通过在第一发光模组上设置第一拼接部,以及在第二发光模组上设置与第一拼接部相配合的第二拼接部,并通过该第一拼接部拼接该第二拼接部以组成该照明装置,可使得该照明装置从整体上获得较大的照明范围。

Description

照明装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,尤其涉及一种由多个发光模组拼接而成的照明装置。
背景技术
照明装置,如白炽灯、荧光灯、卤素灯等,其通常具有一定的照明范围,然而,在某些情况下,往往需要具较大照明范围的照明装置。具体可参阅Michael S.Shur等人在文献Proceedings of the IEEE,Vol.93,No.10(1005年10月)中发表的“Solid-StateLighting:Toward Superior Illumination”一文。
通常,为了获得较大的照明范围,可通过设置多个(如两个)照明装置(每个照明装置均可单独发光)来实现。然而,现有采用该方法以获得较大照明范围时,该多个照明装置需分别单独设置,使得其安装困难而不便于使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,提供一种由多个发光模组拼接而成的照明装置实为必要。
下面将以具体实施例说明一种由两个发光模组拼接而成的照明装置。
一种照明装置,包括一个第一发光模组及一个第二发光模组,该第一发光模组及第二发光模组分别包括一个散热壳体及设置在该散热壳体内的至少一光源,该散热壳体与该至少一光源热性连接以对其进行散热,该第一发光模组具有至少一设置在其散热壳体上的第一拼接部,该第二发光模组上具有至少一与第一拼接部相配合且设置在其散热壳体上的第二拼接部,该第一发光模组与第二发光模组之间通过该第一拼接部与该第二拼接部拼接在一起。
相对于现有技术,该照明装置包括有一个第一发光模组及一个第二发光模组,且该第一发光模组及第二发光模组分别具有一个散热壳体及设置在该散热壳体内的至少一光源,通过在第一发光模组上设置第一拼接部,以及在第二发光模组上设置与第一拼接部相配合的第二拼接部,并通过该第一拼接部拼接该第二拼接部以组成该照明装置,可使得该照明装置从整体上获得较大的照明范围。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明第一实施例提供的一种照明装置10,其包括一个第一发光模组11及一个第二发光模组12。
请一起参阅图3,该第一发光模组11为一长条状结构,其包括一个散热壳体111,以及设置在该散热壳体111内的至少一光源113,该至少一光源113可为至少一发光二极管(LightEmitting Diode,LED),该发光二极管113可通过导热胶1130,如银胶等贴附在一个电路板112上,该电路板112再进一步固设在该散热壳体111上,从而使该至少一光源113与该散热壳体111之间形成热性连接,以使该至少一光源113发出的热量可传导至该散热壳体111上并散发至外界空气中。可以理解的是,该发光二极管113也可通过锡球焊接,或是共晶(eutectic)烧结等方式固设在该电路板112上。该散热壳体111可采用铝、铜、不锈钢等导热性良好的金属材料制成,且该散热壳体111还具有多个散热鳍片1110,该散热鳍片1110由该散热壳体111远离至少一光源113的一侧向外延伸形成,其可增加散热壳体111与外界空气的接触面积,从而较佳地对至少一光源113起散热作用。
该第一发光模组11进一步包括一个灯罩115,该灯罩115与散热壳体111相对并相配合形成一个收容空间110以收容该至少一光源113。该灯罩115包括一个入光面1150,及一个与该入光面1150相对的出光面1152,该至少一光源113发出的光由该灯罩115的入光面1150入射至该灯罩115,并经由该灯罩115透射后由该灯罩115的出光面1152出射。可以理解的是,该灯罩115可为一透明介质,其可选用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA)、聚碳酸脂(Poly Carbonate,PC)、硅树脂(silicone)、环氧树脂(epoxy)、聚丙烯酸脂(polyacrylate)等硬度较高的透明材料制成,以对该至少一光源113起保护作用,当然,该灯罩115也可设置为具光聚集作用或光发散作用的透镜,以对至少一光源113发出的光起光学聚集或光学发散作用,从而更加适用于实际要求。另外,该灯罩115的出光面1152可为一光滑表面,优选地,该出光面1152设置为一粗糙表面,以使至少一光源113发出的光经由该光罩115透射后,其在该光罩115的出光面1152均匀出射,从而使第一发光模组11发出的光线较为柔和,以减少光线对人眼的刺激作用。
该第二发光模组12与第一发光模组11相对设置,其结构设置与第一发光模组11相类似。该第二发光模组12包括一个散热壳体121,设置在该散热壳体121内的至少一光源123(该至少一光源123同样可设置为多个发光二极管),以及一个灯罩125,其中,该散热壳体121该灯罩115相对并相配合形成一个收容空间120以收容该至少一光源123。该至少一光源123通过导热胶1230,如银胶等贴附在电路板122上,该电路板122再进一步固设在该散热壳体121上,从而使该至少一光源123与该散热壳体121形成热性连接。
该第一发光模组11上具有一个第一拼接部131,该第二发光模组12上具有一个第二拼接部132,该第一拼接部131与该第二拼接部132相配合。其中,该第一拼接部131由散热壳体111向外延伸形成,其远离散热壳体111的一端形成一个线型凸起;该第二拼接部132由散热壳体121向外延伸出来,且其远离散热壳体121的一端开设一个凹槽。该第一拼接部131的凸起收容在该第二拼接部132的凹槽内,从而使该第一发光模组11与第二发光模组12相拼接。具体地,该线型凸起为一圆柱形凸起,该凹槽的横截面对应设置为一优弧。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,该第二拼接部132也可由散热壳体121向接近至少一光源123的一端延伸出来,只要该散热壳体111的凸起能够收容在该第二拼接部132的凹槽内即可,并不局限于具体实施例。
为了增加第一发光模组11及第二发光模组12连接时的紧密性,上述拼接部第一拼接部131及第二拼接部132可分别进一步设置为两个、三个或其它大于一个的数目。本实施例中,如图3所示,第一发光模组11进一步具有一个第二拼接部132,对应地,该第二发光模组12进一步具有一个第一拼接部131。该第二发光模组12的第一拼接部131、第一发光模组11的第二拼接部132分别与上述第一发光模组11的第一拼接部131、第二发光模组12的第二拼接部132相同,且该第一发光模组11上的第二拼接部132与该第二发光模组12上的第一拼接部131相拼接,使得第一发光模组11与第二发光模组12可更加紧密地拼接在一起。
当然,该拼接部照明装置10也可只设置一个第一拼接部131及一个第二拼接部132以连接第一发光模组11与第二发光模组12,如图4所示,拼接部第一拼接部131由第一发光模组11的散热壳体111延伸出来,第二拼接部132由第二发光模组12的散热壳体121延伸出来,该第一拼接部131收容在该第二拼接部132内并进一步形成枢轴连接,即该第一发光模组11可以第二拼接部132的凹槽的中心处为轴心绕第二发光模组12旋转,或该第二发光模组12可以第一拼接部131的凸起为轴心绕第一发光模组11旋转,因此,组装后的照明装置10所包含的第一发光模组11、第二发光模组12分别具有一定的活动自由度,从而便于调整该照明装置10的发光角度以适用于实际要求。
请参阅图4及图5,本发明第二实施例提供的照明装置30,与本发明第一实施例提供的照明装置10相比,其不同之处在于:第一发光模组31与第二发光模组32的结构设置完全一样,其中,第一拼接部331、第二拼接部332分别由第一发光模组31的散热壳体311、第二发光模组32的散热壳体321向外延伸形成,且该第一拼接部331、第二拼接部332分别远离散热壳体311、散热壳体321的一端开设一个凹槽;另外,该拼接部照明装置30还进一步包括一个连接轴333,该连接轴333包括相连且并列设置的两个柱状凸起,该连接轴333的两个柱状凸起穿过第一拼接部331的凹槽与第二拼接部332的凹槽,从而使该第一发光模组31与该第二发光模组32拼接在一起。具体地,该柱状凸起为一圆柱形凸起,该凹槽的横截面为一优弧。
本发明第一、第二实施例所述的照明装置10、30,其分别包括有第一发光模组11、12,以及第二发光模组31、32,且该第一发光模组11、31分别具有一个散热壳体111、311,该第二发光模组12、32分别具有一个散热壳体121、321,通过在在第一发光模组11、31上分别设置第一拼接部131、331,以及在第二发光模组12、32上分别设置第二拼接部132、332,并通过该第一拼接部131、331连接该第二拼接部132、332以分别组成照明装置10、30,可使得该照明装置10、30从整体上获得较大的照明范围。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种对应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种照明装置,包括一个第一发光模组及一个第二发光模组,该第一发光模组及第二发光模组分别包括一个散热壳体及设置在该散热壳体内的至少一光源,该散热壳体与该至少一光源热性连接以对其进行散热,该第一发光模组具有至少一设置在其散热壳体上的第一拼接部,该第二发光模组上具有至少一与第一拼接部相配合且设置在其散热壳体上的第二拼接部,该第一发光模组与第二发光模组之间通过该第一拼接部与该第二拼接部拼接在一起。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该第一拼接部由第一发光模组的散热壳体向外延伸形成,其远离散热壳体的一端形成一个线型凸起,该第二拼接部由第二发光模组的散热壳体向外延伸形成,且其远离散热壳体的一端开设一个凹槽,该第一拼接部的凸起收容在该第二拼接部的凹槽内,从而使该第一发光模组与该第二拼接部相拼接。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该第一发光模组上进一步具有至少一该第二拼接部,该第二发光模组上进一步具有至少一该第一拼接部,该第二发光模组上的该至少一第一拼接部与该第一发光模组上的该至少一第二拼接部相配合。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求2或3所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该线型凸起为一圆柱形凸起,该凹槽的横截面为一优弧。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该照明装置进一步包括至少一连接轴,该连接轴包括相连且并列设置的两个柱状凸起,该第一拼接部及该第二拼接部分别由第一发光模组及第二发光模组的散热壳体向外延伸形成,且该第一拼接部及该第二拼接部分别远离第一发光模组的散热壳体及第二发光模组的散热壳体的一端开设一个凹槽,该连接轴的两个柱状凸起分别收容在该第一拼接部及该第二拼接部的凹槽内,从而使该第一及第二发光模组相拼接。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该柱状凸起为一圆柱形凸起,该凹槽的横截面为一优弧。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该第一发光模组的散热壳体及该第二发光模组的散热壳体分别包括多个散热鳍片,该第一发光模组的散热鳍片由该第一发光模组的散热壳体远离该第一发光模组的至少一光源的一侧向外延伸形成,该第二发光模组的散热鳍片由该第二发光模组的散热壳体远离该第二发光模组的至少一光源的一侧向外延伸形成。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该至少一光源为至少一发光二极管。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该照明装置进一步包括一个设置在该发光二极管与该散热壳体之间的电路板,该发光二极管设置在该电路板上。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该第一及第二发光模组分别进一步包括一个灯罩,该灯罩与该散热壳体相配合形成一个用于收容该至少一光源的收容空间,该灯罩包括一个入光面及一个与该入光面相对的出光面,该至少一光源发出的光由该灯罩的入光面入射至该灯罩,并经由该灯罩透射后由该灯罩的出光面出射。
  11. 【权利要求11】如权利要求10所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该灯罩为一透明介质,该出光面为一粗糙表面。
