Abstract

本发明公开了一种在桥墩前设置的防撞设施,由柔性桩、重力墩、橡胶垫构成。柔性桩在前,重力墩在后,利用柔性桩、重力墩依次承受船舶撞击,主要利用柔性桩的弹塑性变形延长撞击作用时间,最终传递到重力墩的船撞力相对较小,不至于引起重力墩的过大变形,从而防撞设施的修复工作量较小,仅需更换柔性桩。

Description

柔性桩与重力墩组合式防撞装置
一、所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种在桥墩前设置的防止船舶撞击桥墩的防撞设施。
二、背景技术
国内外桥墩防撞设施有两类,一类是与桥墩设置成一体,利用防撞设施的弹塑性变形,消耗船舶动能和延长碰撞作用时间,以期大幅降低船舶撞击作用力,另一类是在桥墩前设置障碍,阻止船舶靠近桥墩。本发明属于后一类,类似于在桥墩前设置独立的防撞墩,但与独立防撞墩不同的是本发明利用柔性桩与重力墩组合式装置承受船舶撞击,主要利用柔性桩的弹塑性变形消耗船舶动能。
三、发明内容
为了克服单个桩的水平抗力不足和独立防撞墩被撞后修复困难的问题,首先利用柔性桩承受船舶撞击,在撞击力作用下柔性桩发生弹塑性变形消耗船舶动能,而后利用重力墩为柔性桩提供水平支撑力,阻止船舶向前运动。重力墩的弹塑性变形相对较小,通常不需修或修复的工作量较小。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:在桥墩前一定位置设置柔性桩,在柔性桩后设置重力墩,两者间放置橡胶垫,并在水面以上部位通过螺杆连接。重力墩的外壳板可采用薄钢板,内部填充粘土。柔性桩的内部也填充粘土。柔性桩的横截面一边平直,便于与重力墩连接,另一面可制作成半圆或抛物线型。当受到船舶撞击时,柔性桩首先发生较大弹塑性变形,并通过橡胶垫将船撞力传递到重力墩。由于柔性桩和橡胶垫的弹塑性变形,最终传递到重力墩的船撞力相对较小,重力墩的变形相对较小。因此该类型防撞设施遭船舶撞击后,仅需更换柔性桩,修复的工作量较小。为了能有效工作,柔性桩和重力墩的宽度应不小于受保护桥墩的宽度,并具有与防撞要求相应的承载抗力。
本发明的有益效果是,可以利用柔性桩、重力墩依次承受船舶撞击,主要利用柔性桩的弹塑性变形延长撞击作用时间,最终传递到重力墩的船撞力相对较小,不至于引起重力墩的过大变形,从而防撞设施的修复工作量较小,仅需更换柔性桩,且这种防撞设施也有利于减轻船舶的破坏程度。

五、具体实施方式
在图1中,在要保护的桥墩前植入柔性桩(1),在柔性桩(1)后方建重力墩(3),并在柔性桩(1)与重力墩(3)间安装橡胶垫(2)。在柔性桩(1)内填充粘土。为节约造价,重力墩(3)可由钢板围堰内填粘土形成。为了能有效工作,重力墩(3)应具有抗倾覆的能力和与防撞要求相应的承载能力。此外,柔性桩(1)、重力墩(3)的宽度应不小于受保护桥墩的宽度,才能保证经拦阻后的船舶不再撞击桥墩。
在图2中,为了防止柔性桩(1)侧滑,在水面以上部分设置螺栓(4)与重力墩(3)连接。

1.一种在桥墩前设置的防船舶撞击设施,由柔性桩、重力墩、橡胶垫构成,其特征是:柔性桩在前、重力墩在后的组合式防撞设施。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性桩与墩组合式防撞设施,其特征是:柔性桩首先承受船舶撞击,墩为柔性桩提供水平支撑力。
