Abstract

[0001]支架是支撑或保持体内打开的导管(vessel)、管道(duct)或者其他腔管(lumen)的医疗设备。支架可以被用来缓解血液导管(诸如冠状动脉、静脉)中的阻塞。然而,支架还可以被用于肠、食道、尿道、胆管等等。
[0002]血管支架(vascular stent)通常被设计为挠性的,以允许支架被插入到血管系统(vascular system)中并引导到适当的位置。通常,这是使用合适的导丝、管(catheter)等等来进行的。一旦在适当位置(in position),支架被设计为是打开的,并且被保持在适当位置,以便利经过导管的无阻碍流动。支架可以以各种方式打开,例如使用囊管(balloon catheter)。根据在体内的应用,对挠性的需求可能不同。

其中所述支架被成形为使得所述包括生物可去除陶瓷材料的至少两层中的每一层被设置在所述包括生物可去除聚合物的至少三层中的两层之间;并且
其中所述片材被卷绕和成形为在腔管中扩张。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合支架,其中所述包括生物可去除陶瓷材料的至少两层中的每一层由生物可去除陶瓷材料的多个小片构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除陶瓷材料包括磷酸钙材料和/或生物活性玻璃。
4.如权利要求3所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除陶瓷材料包括磷酸三钙。

11.一种复合支架,包括:

每层包括生物可去除聚合物的第二层和第三层;
其中所述第一层被设置在所述第二层和所述第三层之间。
12.如权利要求11所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除陶瓷材料包括磷酸钙材料和/或生物活性玻璃。
13.如权利要求11所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除陶瓷材料包括磷酸三钙。
14.如权利要求11所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除聚合物包括聚丙交酯和/或聚乙交酯。
15.如权利要求11所述的复合支架,包括:
包括生物可去除陶瓷材料的第四层和包括生物可去除聚合物的第五层,所述第四层耦合到所述第三层并且所述第五层耦合到所述第四层,使得所述第四层被设置在所述第三层和所述第五层之间。

17.如权利要求11所述的复合支架,其中第一层、所述第二层以及所述第三层形成约10微米至200微米厚的片材的至少部分。
18.如权利要求11所述的复合支架,其中第一层、所述第二层以及所述第三层形成被卷绕和成形为在腔管中扩张的片材的至少部分。
19.一种复合支架,包括:
包括生物可去除陶瓷材料的第一层;
包括生物可去除聚合物的第二层,所述第二层耦合到所述第一层;
包括生物可去除聚合物的第三层,所述第三层耦合到所述第一层,使得所述第一层被设置在所述第二层和所述第三层之间;
包括生物可去除陶瓷材料的第四层,所述第四层耦合到所述第三层;以及
包括生物可去除聚合物的第五层,所述第五层耦合到所述第四层,使得所述第四层被设置在所述第三层和所述第五层之间。
20.如权利要求19所述的复合支架,其中在所述第一层和所述第四层中的所述生物可去除陶瓷材料包括磷酸三钙。
21.如权利要求19所述的复合支架,其中在所述第二层、所述第三层和所述第五层中的生物可去除聚合物包括聚丙交酯和/或聚乙交酯。
22.如权利要求19所述的复合支架,其中在所述第一层和所述第四层中的所述生物可去除陶瓷材料是多孔的。
23.一种复合支架,包括由生物可去除陶瓷材料的多个小片构成的层。
24.如权利要求23所述的复合支架,包括生物可去除聚合物。
25.如权利要求23所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除陶瓷材料包括磷酸三钙。
26.一种复合支架,包括生物可去除陶瓷材料和生物可去除聚合物的交替层,其中所述支架包括至少两层生物可去除陶瓷材料的层。
27.如权利要求26所述的复合支架,包括至少三层生物可去除聚合物的层。
28.如权利要求26所述的复合支架,其中所述至少两层生物可去除陶瓷材料的层中的每层由生物可去除陶瓷材料的多个小片构成。
29.如权利要求26所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除陶瓷材料是多孔的。
30.如权利要求26所述的复合支架,其中所述生物可去除聚合物包括聚丙交酯和/或聚乙交酯。
