Abstract

本发明公开了一种衬塑复合管,包括塑料内管、金属外管,在塑料内管与金属外管之间复合一高分子弹性隔热层。本发明利用塑料内管与金属外管之间的一高分子弹性隔热层的可伸缩性,解决塑料内管和金属外管因线性膨胀系数的不同而导致的问题,使塑料内管和金属外管配合更加稳定,同时,本发明还具有保温隔热性能好,可靠性强的特点。

衬塑复合管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合管,尤其涉及一种冷热水给水、太阳能热水器、化工管道用管等需要保温、防寒、耐高压的衬塑复合管。
背景技术
目前,市场上的衬塑复合管主要由塑料内管和金属外管组成,其中的金属外管紧密地包覆在塑料内管的外壁上,这种复合管虽然解决了因塑料内管的强度、刚性及硬度的不足,而导致其破裂的问题,但是还存在着一些不足:
一、所述塑料内管和金属外管因线性膨胀系数的不同而导致脱层,或因塑料内管受金属外管的金属应力的限制而迫使塑料内管的两端伸长,导致塑料内管的长度超过金属外管的长度,从而造成整个管道系统的连接处形成薄弱点,使管道系统存在着渗漏,严重时会出现爆管的现象。
二、因塑料内管和金属外管直接接触,从而导致流体在管道内的热量容易散失,保温效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种保温隔热性能好,可靠性强,能解决塑料内管和金属外管因线性膨胀系数的不同而导致的问题,使塑料内管和金属外管配合更加稳定的衬塑复合管。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种衬塑复合管,包括塑料内管、金属外管,在塑料内管与金属外管之间复合一高分子弹性隔热层。
所述高分子弹性隔热层的厚度为塑料内管直径的0.00075~0.001倍。
所述高分子弹性隔热层由高分子弹性隔热材料制成。
本发明采用上述结构后,高分子弹性隔热层紧贴于塑料内管与金属外管之间,利用其可伸缩性,在塑料内管与金属外管之间形成缓冲带,从而避免了因塑料内管和金属外管因线性膨胀系数的不同而导致的脱层,或因塑料内管受金属外管的金属应力的限制而迫使塑料内管的两端伸长,从而造成整个管道系统的连接处形成薄弱点,使管道系统存在着渗漏,严重时会出现爆管的现象。同时,高分子弹性隔热层还起到了保温隔热的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,是本发明的较佳实施例,该衬塑复合管包括塑料内管1、金属外管2,在塑料内管1与金属外管2之间复合一高分子弹性隔热层3,该高分子弹性隔热层3的厚度为塑料内管1直径的0.00075~0.001倍,并由高分子弹性隔热材料制成。本发明的高分子弹性隔热层3的厚度主要是根据塑料内管1和金属外管2的线性膨胀系数的不同而定,其厚度不受此实施例的限制。
本发明在制作时,将塑料内管1与高分子弹性材料通过复合共挤的方式使高分子弹性隔热材料均匀的分布在塑料内管1的外壁上,形成高分子弹性隔热层3,再采用减径冷拔的方式与金属外管2复合,在拉拔过程中将高分子弹性隔热层3压缩在25%左右。
本发明根据塑料内管1和金属外管2的线性膨胀系数的不同,当塑料内管1遇冷收缩的时候,利用高分子弹性隔热层3的可伸缩性,高分子弹性隔热层3反弹膨胀,填补因塑料内管1因收缩而形成的空间,防止塑料内管1与金属外管2的脱层;当塑料内管1遇热膨胀,受金属外管2的金属应力的限制而迫使塑料内管1的两端伸长的时候,利用高分子弹性隔热层3的可伸缩性,高分子弹性隔热层3被继续压缩,防止塑料内管1伸出金属外管2。本发明解决了塑料内管1和金属外管2因线性膨胀系数的不同而导致的问题,使塑料内管1和金属外管2配合更加稳定。

1、一种衬塑复合管,包括塑料内管(1)、金属外管(2),其特征在于:在塑料内管(1)与金属外管(2)之间复合一高分子弹性隔热层(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的衬塑复合管,其特征在于:所述高分子弹性隔热层(3)的厚度为塑料内管(1)直径的0.00075~0.001倍。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的衬塑复合管,其特征在于:所述高分子弹性隔热层(3)由高分子弹性隔热材料制成。
