The present invention relates to alkaline floor cleaning composition and use alkaline floor cleaning composition to clean the method on floor. This alkaline floor cleaning composition can be used for removing fresh oil contamination and the polymerization dirt that usually runs in food service industry.
Background technology
In food service industry, on the floor, usually run into two quasi-grease dirts. One class dirt can be described as fresh oil contamination and another kind of dirt can be described as the polymerization dirt.Fresh oil contamination can come from the existence of fatty dirt, and described fatty dirt can comprise for example neutral fat acid glycerol three esters and similarly neutral fat and free lipid acid or its salt. Can be by positively charged ion, for example sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, the soap that forms such as ferrous. The polymerization dirt be meant by can according to siccative oil, for example crosslinked and polymeric fat and fat derivant of the similar mode of Toenol 1140.Compare with fresh oil contamination, the polymeric dirt has proposed different challenges.
Fresh oil contamination can be deposited on the floor and these oil contamination settling polymerizables, and by crosslinked, is adhered on the floor surface.A class floor surface that usually runs in food service industry can be described as clinker tile.Usually, clinker tile usually is arranged in the grid-like pattern, forms floor surface and the cement shape material that is called mortar that provides in the tie point between clinker tile is provided.
Routinely, alkalescence or mild detergent are used for removing fresh oil contamination and acidic cleaning agent from the floor and are used for removing the polymeric dirt from floor surface.Be used to clean the product of fresh oil contamination with title KADET
