Abstract
本发明提供了一种LCD显示屏,包括显示屏本体,显示屏本体包括底板、面板、背光源模组和LCD模组,底板和面板形成一容置空间,背光源模组和LCD模组位于所述容置空间内,且LCD模组与面板为紧配合,背光源模组一侧与LCD模组之间为紧配合,另一侧直接与底板紧配合;LCD显示屏还包括设于显示屏本体之外且容置有电源板/电路板的机箱,机箱与显示屏本体电连接。上述LCD显示屏中背光源模组散热良好,成本低,安装工艺简单,显示屏厚度薄,重量轻。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LCD显示屏。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示屏在电脑显示器(monitor)和液晶电视(TV)产品中已得到应用。这类产品除了对其电性能指标和光性能指标有各自的要求外,目前正向薄型化或超薄型发展,使其厚度越薄越好,重量越轻越好。
图1显示了现有的一种液晶显示屏,包括显示屏本体1、稳定显示屏本体1的底座2和连接于显示屏本体1和底座2之间的支撑架3。显示屏本体1包括显示屏壳体,显示屏壳体包括面板11和底板12,面板11和底板12组成一容置空间5,在该容置空间5内还设有LCD(液晶屏)模组13、背光源模组18、背光源支架10、背光源底板17、底板连接板14、底板支架15和电路板/电源板16,底板连接板6固定于底板5上,电路板/电源板16固定于底板连接板14上,底板支架15一端与背光源底板17相连接,另一端与底板连接板14相连接,背光源模组18一侧与背光源底板17紧配合,另一侧与背光源支架10紧配合,LCD模组13一侧与背光源支架10紧配合,另一侧与面板11紧配合。
上述液晶显示屏,由于将LCD显示屏中功率消耗最大、发热量最大的背光源模组和发热部件电路板、电源板均设置于面板11和底板12组成的容置空间内,不仅使背光源模组散热差,而且整机厚度太厚;另外,该LCD显示屏中还设置有背光源支架10、背光源底板17、底板连接板14和底板支架15等部件,也造成安装工艺复杂,整机厚度太厚,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种LCD显示屏,旨在解决现有LCD显示屏背光源模组散热差、安装工艺复杂、厚度太厚和成本较高的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的:一种LCD显示屏,包括显示屏本体,显示屏本体包括底板、面板、背光源模组和LCD模组,底板和面板形成一容置空间,背光源模组和LCD模组位于所述容置空间内,且LCD模组与面板为紧配合,背光源模组一侧与LCD模组之间为紧配合,另一侧直接与底板紧配合;LCD显示屏还包括设于显示屏本体之外且容置有电源板/电路板的机箱,机箱与显示屏本体电连接。
与现有技术相比,上述技术方案显示屏本体中并未设置电路板/电源板,而是将电源板/电路板设于显示屏本体之外的机箱内,将发热部件电路板、电源板与背光源模组分开后,使背光源模组散热良好,在光源组件厚度不改变的条件下,使显示屏厚度较大幅度变薄,重量减轻,从而使LCD显示屏薄型化。另外,显示屏本体中背光源模组一侧与LCD模组之间为紧配合,另一侧直接与底板紧配合,省去了背光源支架、背光源底板、底板连接板和底板支架等部件,既节约了原材料成本,又使安装工艺简化,也进一步降低了显示屏厚度,减轻了其重量。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例与现有LCD显示屏相比,提供一种屏背光源模组散热良好、安装工艺简单、厚度薄和成本低的LCD显示屏,为此,本发明实施例的LCD显示屏的背光源模组一侧与LCD模组之间为紧配合,另一侧直接与底板紧配合;LCD显示屏还包括设于显示屏本体之外且容置有电源板/电路板的机箱,机箱与显示屏本体电连接。
图2显示了本发明第一实施例提供的LCD显示屏,包括显示屏本体1,设于显示屏本体1分离且容置有电源板/电路板的机箱4,以及连接于机箱4与显示屏本体1之间的支撑架2。机箱4与显示屏本体1电连接。这样,将发热部件电路板、电源板与背光源模组分开后,使背光源模组散热良好,在光源组件厚度不改变的条件下,使显示屏厚度较大幅度变薄,重量减轻,从而使LCD显示屏薄型化。
上述显示屏本体1包括面板11、底板12、LCD模组13和背光源模组19,底板12和面板11形成一容置空间5,背光源模组19和LCD模组13位于容置空间5内,且LCD模组13与面板11为紧配合,背光源模组19一侧与LCD模组13之间为紧配合,另一侧直接与底板12紧配合。这样,与现有技术相比,本实施例省去了背光源支架、背光源底板、底板连接板和底板支架等部件,既节约了原材料成本,又使安装工艺简化,也进一步降低了显示屏厚度,减轻了其重量。
本实施例中,背光源模组19包括光反射膜(图中未标号)和光增亮膜(图中未标号),其背光源模组19与底板12紧配合的一侧为光反射膜,直接与LCD模组13紧配合的一侧为光增亮膜。LCD模组13具有出光面,出光面与面板11内侧紧配合。
本实施例中,显示屏本体1为梯形台形状。底板12上设有方便将显示屏本体1挂在墙壁上的挂壁孔121。
本实施例中的紧配合可以采用面板11和底板12夹紧LCD模组13和背光源模组19形成。当然也可以采用本领域常用的其它方式实现,例如,在紧配合的两配合面设置相互咬合的机构。
图3显示了本发明第二实施例提供的LCD显示屏,与实施例1结构基本相同,不同之处主要在于机箱4与显示屏本体1之间无须设置支撑架,而是在机箱4与显示屏本体1通过连接电缆43进行电连接。机箱4与显示屏本体1上设有供连接电缆43连接的信号/电源接口41、42。
图4显示了本发明第三实施例提供的LCD显示屏,与实施例1结构基本相同,不同之处主要在于机箱4与显示屏本体1之间无须设置支撑架,显示屏本体1为长方体形状,机箱4固定在显示屏本体1的底板12外表面。

Claims (10)
1、一种LCD显示屏,包括显示屏本体,所述显示屏本体包括底板、面板、背光源模组和LCD模组,所述底板和面板形成一容置空间,所述背光源模组和LCD模组位于所述容置空间内,且LCD模组与所述面板为紧配合,其特征在于,所述背光源模组一侧与LCD模组之间为紧配合,另一侧直接与所述底板紧配合;所述LCD显示屏还包括设于显示屏本体之外且容置有电源板/电路板的机箱,所述机箱与显示屏本体电连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于,所述机箱固定在底板外表面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于,所述机箱与显示屏本体相分离。
4、根据权利要求3所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于,所述LCD显示屏还包括连接于机箱与显示屏本体之间的支撑架。
5、根据权利要求3所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于,所述机箱与显示屏通过连接电缆进行电连接。
6、根据权利要求5所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于,所述机箱与显示屏本体上设有供所述连接电缆连接的信号/电源接口。
7、根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于:所述底板上设有挂壁孔。
8、根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示屏本体为梯形台或长方体形状。
9、根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于:所述的背光源模组包括光反射膜和光增亮膜,其直接与底板紧配合的一侧为光反射膜,直接与所述LCD模组紧配合的一侧为光增亮膜。
10、根据权利要求9所述的LCD显示屏,其特征在于:所述LCD模组具有出光面,所述出光面与所述面板内侧紧配合。
