Abstract

本发明属于气动系统节能领域,实现了一种按在线压力可调节刻度的加压条件下使用的气体浮子流量计。发明内容主要涉及串联于管路中的浮子流量计在在线压力存在的情况下,根据在线压力大小调整刻度线来读出管路中气体流量的测量装置。本发明提出的流量计与传统的串联气路末端、与在线压力的浮子流量计不同。本流量计串联于气路中,根据安装于流量计出气口端的压力表示数,得到流量计在线压力的大小,调整刻度筒,确定与该在线压力对应的刻度线,如此即可得到在此在线压力下,流过该流量计气体流量的大小。本流量计结构简单、成本低、安装灵活、使用方便、有利于在气动节能领域的广泛使用。

本发明属于气动系统节能领域,涉及一种可根据在线压力进行刻度调节的气体浮子流量计。
背景技术
气体流量测量是气动系统节能领域的关键技术。气体流量是气动系统中的关键参数,是分析和研究气动能耗的基础,气体流量计在许多工业和民用场合使用广泛。
国内现有浮子流量计串联于气路末端,在无在线压力的情况下测量气路中气体的流量,严格地限制了该流量计的安装位置,影响了该流量计的使用。另外,电子式流量计价格昂贵、对气体质量要求高、寿命短,不利于工业节能现场的推广。针对这一情况,本发明提出的可根据在线压力进行刻度调节的气体浮子流量计不受安装位置的限制,不受在线压力大小的影响,使得其安装自由,使用方便,价格低廉,寿命长,有利于工业节能现场的推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种安装自由、使用方便、寿命长、造价低廉的可根据在线压力进行刻度调节的气体浮子流量计。
本发明的技术方案是:
1.流量测量原理
浮子流量计在加压条件下测量一定流量时,浮子浮动高度随在线压力的增大而减小,为了正确标定在不同在线压力下的气体流量,本流量计设计了一系列随在线压力大小变化的刻度线,如此可以补偿在线压力变化引起的误差。
为了准确读取流量计在线压力的大小,本流量计在气体出口端加装压力表,以方便调整刻度线。本流量计的刻度筒可围绕中心轴自由旋转。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明是对传统的浮子流量计的改进。出气口处加装一个压力表,用来显示流量计在线压力的大小;根据读出的在线压力确定不同流量对应的刻度曲线,测量时,流量计的导杆与刻度筒上在线压力刻度重合,读出浮子上端平面与导杆交点所对应刻度的大小,即为在该在线压力下流经该流量计的气体流量。可根据在线压力进行刻度调节的气体浮子流量计包括:刻度筒1、密封筒2、锥形筒3、导杆4、浮子5、压力表6、端盖7。(参见图1)。
1.测量时有在线压力存在,其特征在于:
根据安装于流量计出气口端的压力表读数,得到流量计在线压力的大小,并根据该在线压力可调整刻度线进行读数,从而在加压条件下测出流经该流量计的气体流量。
2.可根据在线压力调整刻度线,其特征在于:
根据在线压力,旋转刻度筒选定该在线压力,再根据浮子位置进行读数,即可得出流经该流量计的气体流量。
本发明的优点是:与传统的浮子流量计相比,本发明勿需串联于气路终端,使用方便、结构简单;另外,本发明与电子式流量计相比造价低廉,寿命长,有利于工业节能现场的推广。

1.一种可根据在线压力进行刻度调节的气体浮子流量计,其特征在于:根据安装于所述流量计出气口端的压力表读数,得到流量计在线压力的大小,旋转刻有一组刻度线的刻度筒选定在该在线压力下的刻度线,根据浮子位置读取该刻度线上示数,即可得出流经该流量计的气体流量。
