Description

Use the method for diluent dispense solid cleaning agent
Technical field
The present invention relates to by in the product chamber of solid product dispenser, replacing the method for two kinds of different solid products so that solid product is carried out magazine feed and the solid product behind the magazine feed is distributed.
Background technology
Extrude clay shingle or ceramic tile (being sometimes referred to as clinker tile) because relatively cheap, durable with have relative low porosity, and be generally used for public and unshared kitchen for example in the restaurant. To be approximately 50% grit (silicon) and all the other be that the natural clay of 50% soft particle (clay composition) makes to clinker tile by forming. When firing clay shingle, it produces the coating of permeable similar enamel, and this coating has been sealed in subsurface many holes.Because the multiple extremely difficult thoroughly dirt of cleaning is collected and captured to the water penetration on surface, these holes.
During the manufacture process of clinker tile, may produce the self-faced roughness that the hard microvillus by silica and inertia clay constitutes. The quality or the roughness on surface provide best static friction coefficient (adhering to frictional force) with surface porosity factor to brick bat.Normally anti-skidding and some brick bats of new clinker tile have anti-skidding character, have for example increased coarse sand, lattice or more coarse surface texturisation.Yet after after a while, even anti-skidding brick bat also can be worn, dirty and become sliding and have potential danger. After having spent a bit of time, clinker tile is because walking, dirty and daily cleaning surfaces and being rubbed and surface abrasion.Microvillus may be polished or worn down, produces smooth surf zone. These zones that are worn cause lower static friction coefficient and may produce smooth floor surface. In addition, fried, roast and fry in shallow oil and fry to produce gas and carry grease, this may produce the film that is harmful on brick bat.Even carry out daily cleaning, if even but the accumulation of dirt and grease and quarry tile floor also take place after after a while usually may become to be full of grease and to carry out conventional cleaning and still continue to keep smooth.
The hard surface cleaner that is suitable in the public and unshared environment can have various ways. The example of this cleaning agent is that pH can be neutral, acid or alkaline aqueous cleaning agent prescription when it being diluted with generation use solution. The cleaning agent that uses neutrality, acidity or alkaline aqueous cleaning agent in the solution to use usually to account for the aqueous diluent of main ratio and account for less ratio disposes and forms. The cleaning agent that cleaning agent with neutral pH or alkaline pH is effectively removed the grease dirt of comparatively fresh and had a neutral pH is effectively removed the grease dirt of polymerization. At United States Patent (USP) 6,432, the example of the acid clean agent prescription that is used to clean the dirt that comprises the food residues thing is disclosed in 906, the document is incorporated herein by this reference. At United States Patent (USP) 5,474, the example of alkalescence (alkalescence) the cleaning agent prescription that is used to clean the dirt that comprises the food residues thing is disclosed in 698, the document is incorporated herein by this reference.
The United States Patent (USP) 5,797,986 that is incorporated herein by this reference discloses the method on cleaning floor, and this method is used has first cleaning agent that departs from neutral pH, uses second cleaning agent with complementary pH subsequently. In one aspect, first cleaning agent is that the acidic cleaning and second cleaning agent are alkaline cleaners. In yet another aspect, first cleaning agent is that the alkaline cleaner and second cleaning agent are acidic cleanings. This method provides best cleaning.
To crust for example the cleaning on floor be characterised in that the obvious coefficient of friction (hereinafter referred to as " COF ") that improved.COF means that greater than about 0.4 comparing security with smooth contaminated surface obtains obviously improved not sliding surface.By increasing coefficient of friction (adhering to frictional force) and reducing the floor slickness, can reduce the generation of peril.

The specific embodiment
The present invention relates to by in the product chamber of solid product dispenser, replacing the method for two kinds of different solid products so that solid product is carried out magazine feed and the solid product behind the magazine feed is distributed.
Term used herein " replaces " and comprises with the desired sequence at least two kinds of different solid products of arranging, and described order includes but not limited to every one, every two, every three and similar order.Alternately the purpose of at least two kinds of different solid products is to make the use solution by its generation cycle through required pH scope, thus total effectiveness of elevator system.Wherein the accurate form that replaces of solid product may change according to the type of required circulation.
Can use the solid product dispenser that is fit to arbitrarily. In U.S. Patent No. 4,426, the example of the solid product dispenser that is fit to is disclosed in 362, No.4,687,121, No.4,690,305, No.4,826,661 and U.S. Provisional Patent Application No.60/795,340.Because this area has been known these solid product dispenser, therefore only how these solid product dispenser are operated and carry out general discussion description.
The solid product dispenser 100 that Fig. 1 shows comprise overhead guard part 101 and bottom covering department divide 111 and supporting member 102 for example divide the filter screen that supports between 111 in overhead guard part 101 and bottom covering department.Overhead guard part 101 comprises that product chamber 103, the first solid products 150 and second solid product 160 with cavity 104 place cavity 104.Supporting member 102 supports the bottom of the solid product that is assigned with.Top cover 105 can be placed on the cavity 104 to protect first and second solid products 150 and 160.Bottom covering department divides 111 to comprise the diluent inlet 112 that is communicated with nozzle 113 fluids. With diluent for example water through the conduit (not shown) be fed into diluent inlet 112 and subsequently by supporting member 102 through nozzle 113 spray to the bottom 151 of first solid product 150.Bottom 151 can comprise the lower surface and the side of first solid product 150.The also available diluent spray of a part second solid product 160, thus a part of second solid product 160 corroded.A dispense part first solid product 150 and a possible part second solid product 160 use solution to produce, and this uses flow of solution by cavity 114, by using taphole 115 and flowing in mop-pail stands (not shown) or any other suitable container by delivery channel 116.
Along with first solid product 150 is etched and diminishes, more most second solid product 160 is with diluted dose of spray. Finally, through behind several assignment periods, first solid product 150 will be distributed fully, only remaining second solid product 160 to be allocated.Along with first solid product 150 is etched and diminishes or along with second solid product 160 is etched and diminishes, the first new solid product 150 will be placed on second solid product 160.Therefore, along with solid product is assigned with, alternately product is placed in the product chamber 103 with supplementary.
How Fig. 2-6 illustrates in several assignment periods dispense solid product 150 and 160.Fig. 2 has shown first solid product 150 in the product chamber 103 that will be placed on solid product dispenser 100.As shown in Figure 3, after several assignment periods, 150 part consumption of first solid product and size are littler. As shown in Fig. 1 and 4, when another product was placed in the product chamber 103 in case first solid product 150 becomes enough little, second solid product 160 can be placed in the product chamber 103 on first solid product 150.As shown in Figure 5, first solid product 150 continues to be consumed.Along with first solid product 150 is consumed manyly and become littler, first solid product 150 is transformed into second solid product 160, and will distribute two kinds of products this moment. The erosion of first solid product 150 is not always evenly corroded according to the straight line that crosses the product lower surface shown in the accompanying drawing schematic diagram.Erosion can be carried out unevenly, causes substantially simultaneously solid product 150 and 160 being distributed. In addition, distributor can spray diluent to the side of solid product 150 and 160, causes substantially simultaneously solid product 150 and 160 being distributed. As shown in Figure 6, in case 150 full consumptions of first solid product only remain second solid product 160.Subsequently, along with second solid product 160 is consumed and becomes enough little so that another product is placed in the product chamber 103, the first new solid product 150 is placed in the product chamber 103 on second solid product 160.Proceed rotating of this product.
Should be understood that the solid product of smaller szie can be placed on make in the product chamber on first solid product that second solid product is placed in the product chamber before, needn't partly consume first solid product.Replacedly, the product chamber can be enough greatly to hold two kinds of solid products simultaneously.
If first solid product 150 is acid clean products, the preferably alkaline cleaning products of second solid product 160 then.During being transformed into second solid product 160 from first solid product 150, pH becomes neutrality (a part of solid product 150 and a part of solid product 160 are etched simultaneously and distribute at this moment) again to alkalescence from acidity. If first solid product 150 is alkaline cleaning products, second solid product 160 acid clean product preferably then.During being transformed into second solid product 160 from first solid product 150, pH becomes neutrality again to acid from alkalescence.
