In the rough washing stage, large granular solids mixed in the chopsticks can be washed; in the fine cleaning stage, stains such as oil stains attached to the chopsticks can be cleaned; in the washing stage, sewage, foam and the like on the chopsticks can be cleaned. Furthermore, a device for spraying detergent is arranged in the chopstick washing machine, so that the detergent can be sprayed to the chopsticks in the rough washing stage, and the detergent can also be sprayed to the chopsticks in the fine washing stage.
The method for controlling the chopstick washing machine provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to any one or more of the rough washing stage, the fine washing stage and the scouring stage, for example, the method is separately applied to the rough washing stage, or the method is separately applied to the fine washing stage, or the method is separately applied to the scouring stage, or the method is applied to the rough washing stage and the fine washing stage, or the method is applied to the rough washing stage and the scouring stage, or the method is applied to the fine washing stage and the scouring stage, or the method is applied to the rough washing stage, the fine washing stage and the scouring stage.
Optionally, determining the washing stage of the chopsticks comprises: obtaining the image of the chopsticks on the chopstick tray, identifying the pollution degree of the chopsticks in the image, and determining the cleaning stage according to the pollution degree of the chopsticks. For example, when large-particle solids are mixed in the chopsticks, the rough washing stage is determined; the chopsticks have no large-particle solid and have stains on the surfaces, and the fine washing stage is determined; the surface of the chopsticks is free from stains, and if foam exists in the water or the water is turbid, the washing stage is determined.
Optionally, determining the washing stage of the chopsticks comprises: when the cleaning time of the chopsticks is less than a first preset time, determining as a rough cleaning stage; when the cleaning time of the chopsticks is longer than or equal to a first preset time and is shorter than a second preset time, determining the chopstick is in a fine cleaning stage; and determining the washing stage when the cleaning time is longer than or equal to a second preset time. The first preset time length is any one of time lengths from 5s to 15s, for example, the first preset time length is any one of time lengths from 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s and 15 s; the second preset time period is any one of time periods from 5s to 15s, for example, the second preset time period is any one of time periods from 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s and 15 s; the third preset time period is any one of 5s to 15s, for example, the third preset time period is any one of 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, and 15 s.
S202, adjusting the water outlet pressure of the spray head and/or the water outlet flow of the spray head according to the cleaning stage.
The water outlet flow of the spray head refers to the amount of water sprayed by the spray head in unit time.
The water sprayed by the spray head can turn over the chopsticks by adjusting the water outlet pressure and/or the water outlet flow of the spray head. For example, when the water sprayed by the spray head is not enough to turn over the chopsticks, the water outlet pressure of the spray head and/or the water outlet flow of the spray head are/is increased.
The following conditions are included according to the water outlet pressure and the water outlet flow of the spray head in the cleaning stage: in the first case, the water outlet pressure of the spray head is adjusted according to the cleaning stage; in the second case, the water outlet flow of the spray head is adjusted according to the cleaning stage; and in the third situation, the water outlet pressure of the spray head and the water outlet flow of the spray head are simultaneously adjusted according to the cleaning stage.
The chopstick tray and the spray head rotate at different rotating speeds or different rotating shafts, in the relative rotating process of the chopstick tray and the spray head, water sprayed by the spray head covers all areas of the chopstick tray, and the chopsticks in the chopstick tray are turned through the water sprayed by the spray head. In the process of continuously rotating the chopstick tray and the spray head by 360 degrees, the water sprayed by the spray head can turn over the chopsticks in the chopstick tray for many times.
In the process that the chopstick tray and the spray head rotate relatively, the spray head sprays water to the chopsticks at a certain water outlet pressure or a certain water outlet flow, the water can be sprayed to the chopsticks in an all-around mode, the chopsticks can be turned by water flow, therefore, the chopsticks are cleaned, other hardware is not adopted to stir the chopsticks in the cleaning process, and damage to the surfaces of the chopsticks is reduced.
Optionally, adjusting the outlet water pressure of the spray head according to the cleaning stage comprises: when the cleaning stage is a rough cleaning stage, the water outlet pressure of the spray head is a first pressure; and/or when the cleaning stage is the fine cleaning stage, the water outlet pressure of the spray head is a second pressure; and/or when the cleaning stage is a flushing stage, the water outlet pressure of the spray head is a third pressure; wherein the third pressure is greater than the second pressure, and the second pressure is less than or equal to the first pressure. In the rough washing stage, the water outlet pressure of the spray head is higher, and large particle residues mixed among the chopsticks can be washed away by water flow; in the fine washing stage, the water outlet pressure of the spray head is low, so that excessive washing agent is prevented from being washed away by water flow, oil stains on the chopsticks are fully emulsified by the washing agent, and the washing is more thorough; in the flushing stage, the water outlet pressure of the nozzle is higher, so that detergent foam and sewage between the chopsticks can be flushed. The water outlet pressure is adjusted in the above mode, so that the water outlet pressure is matched with the cleaning stage, and a better cleaning effect can be obtained.
