技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于防止置于容器中的液体或糊状介质污染的漂浮装置。
背景技术
在与空气接触时，即使最纯净的液体也会被污染。在颠倒放置的只有一个开口的水罐中，向外流动的液体使含有分散颗粒的气泡流入，所述分散颗粒附着到仍然保留在容器中的液体上。换句话说，空气清洁了而液体变脏了。
在过渡区域中已经测得每立方英尺的静电颗粒量为4000000至5000000，如果使用过滤器的话，不少于150000。
发明内容
因此，为了克服所有这些不便，本发明组合了以下特征：置于容器内部的漂浮装置，该漂浮装置由密度小于置于该容器内的液体或糊状介质的材料构成，并且放置为插入该液体或糊状介质和能够污染该液体或糊状介质的周围环境之间。同样地，为了实现该目的，所述漂浮装置在液体或糊状介质和紫外线的作用下必须是不可变化的。另外，该漂浮装置的面积必须与放置它的容器的截面面积基本相等。
因此，本发明的一个目的是用于防止置于容器中的液体或糊状介质污染的漂浮装置，其中该漂浮装置的面积与该容器的截面面积基本相等，并且其中所述漂浮装置由密度小于所容纳的液体或糊状介质的材料构成，由此使漂浮装置漂浮在该液体或糊状介质上。

具体实施方式
更具体地，所述图1示出了容器1，在本发明的优选实施方案中，所述容器1具有圆柱形截面，容纳液体或糊状介质2，漂浮装置3漂浮在所述液体或糊状介质2上。
所述漂浮装置3的面积与所述容器1的截面面积基本相等，并且由密度小于所述液体或糊状介质2的密度的材料构成，由此允许所述漂浮装置3漂浮在该液体或糊状介质上。
所述漂浮装置3可以包括以环形(见图2A)、螺旋形(见图2B)或放射状(见图2C)形式布置的气室，以在将漂浮装置3插入该容器1中时提供柔性，并且使所述漂浮装置3膨胀以覆盖该容器1的基本上全部截面。另外，这种漂浮装置3必须是不可渗透的，并且在液体或糊状介质2和紫外线的作用下不可变化。所述漂浮装置3由柔性塑料材料(例如聚丙烯等)制成，这允许将其插入容器1内并随后在其内膨胀。

Claims (7)

1.一种防止置于容器(1)内的液体或糊状介质(2)污染的漂浮装置(3)，所述漂浮装置(3)的特征在于具有与所述容器(1)的截面基本相同的截面，并且所述漂浮装置(3)由密度小于容纳在所述容器(1)中的所述液体或糊状介质(2)的密度的材料构成，从而允许所述漂浮装置(3)漂浮在所述液体或糊状介质(2)上。
2.权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述漂浮装置(3)包括以环形、螺旋形或放射状形式放置的气室，以在将其插入所述容器(1)中时提供柔性，并且提供膨胀以覆盖所述容器(1)的基本上全部截面。
3.权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述漂浮装置(3)是不可渗透的，并且在所述液体或糊状介质和紫外线的作用下不可变化。
4.权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述漂浮装置(3)由柔性塑料材料制成，允许其插入所述容器(1)中并在其内膨胀。
5.权利要求4所述的装置，其特征在于，所述材料是聚丙烯等。
6.权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述漂浮装置(3)放置在包括至少两个开口(A、B)的容器(1)内，其中一个开口(A)用于倾倒所述液体或糊状介质(2)，而另一个开口(B)与所述开口(A)相对布置，用于空气进入所述容器(1)。
7.权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述漂浮装置(3)放置在包括单个开口的容器(1)内，因此必须倾斜所述漂浮装置(3)以允许空气通过所述单个开口的部分截面进入；之后，当水平时，所述漂浮装置(3)再次完全覆盖所述液体或糊状介质(2)。
