通过使中性皂经受各种加工步骤来制备轧制/压制条皂,所述加工步骤可将皂的结晶基质从框铸/模铸条皂所形成的Ω相转变为β相。更详细的论述可见于Bailey的Industrial Oil And Fat Products,第4版第1卷第558页以及后续页(1979)中。在转变之前,首先将皂的含水量从约30%干燥至约10%至约14%的范围内。接着,通常将干燥过的皂送至普通的桨叶式搅拌器中,其中可加入多种添加剂。然后,将皂从此搅拌器直接送至精炼器中,或任选送至三辊磨,然后再送至精炼器中。精炼器和磨均使皂经受轧压和强剪切作用,这趋于使皂晶体定向,并将皂主要转变为β相。精炼后,在压制操作中将皂轧压成致密凝聚的形式,这形成适于压印到条皂中的固体部分。
干燥步骤通常需要除去较高水含量下通常存在的皂体“胶粘”结构和过度的柔韧性。在轧制/压制条皂的制备过程中,为使皂体能够通过加工设备处理,需要干燥至具有约10%至约14%的水分。可通过若干不同的方法来实现商业化干燥。一种方法使用冷水辊与第二给料辊的组合,以将熔融的中性皂铺展成均匀的薄层。然后将冷却的皂从辊上刮下来以形成薄片,并在隧道式干燥器中干燥至特定的水含量。通过在上述被称为磨制的步骤中使薄片反复经受紧密式水冷钢辊(即三辊磨)作用来将已具有低含水量(约10%至11%)的皂片进一步干燥。用于干燥皂的相对现代化的技术被称为喷雾干燥。此方法通过喷雾嘴将熔融皂径直送至塔顶。雾化的皂将硬化,然后在热气流的存在下干燥。可施加真空,以有利于水的去除。
希望制备具有高含水量的条皂组合物以获得制剂和方法效率。然而,高含水量的条皂组合物存在的问题是很难在条皂和皂泡中保持高含水量,并且由条皂产生的皮肤感觉可能被降低至不能令人满意的水平。因此,仍需要研发一种高含水量的条皂组合物,其中在成品条皂组合物中可保持相对高含水量,并且所述条皂组合物提供令人满意的皂泡和供消费者使用的皮肤感觉。
发明概述
本发明涉及条皂组合物,所述组合物包含:(a)按所述组合物的重量计至少约15%的水;(b)按所述组合物的重量计约40%至约84%的皂;(c)按所述组合物的重量计约1%至约30%的碳水化合物结构剂;和(d)按所述组合物的重量计约0.001%至约10%的阳离子聚合物。所述阳离子聚合物在本发明的相对高含水量的条皂组合物中有助于增强皂泡和皮肤感觉至令人满意的水平。优选的阳离子聚合物包括阳离子多糖、糖类和合成阳离子单体的阳离子共聚物、阳离子聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子乙氧基聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子聚[N-[3-(二甲基铵基)丙基]-N′[3-(乙烯氧基乙烯基二甲基铵基)丙基]脲二氯化物]、以及它们的混合物。所述条皂组合物包含碳水化合物结构剂,如生淀粉或预胶凝化淀粉,其有助于保持条皂组合物中相对高的水含量。湿润剂可以任选地被包含在本条皂组合物中以改善条皂硬度。游离的脂肪酸可任选地被包含在条皂组合物中以提供增强的皮肤感觉有益效果。合成表面活性剂可被任选地加入到所述条皂组合物中以提供增强的组合物起泡特性。
优选通过轧制方法来制备条皂组合物。因此,本发明还涉及依照轧制方法来制备包含高水含量的条皂组合物的方法。
发明详述
水
本发明的条皂组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计至少约15%,更优选至少约20%,更优选至少约25%的水。水含量按所述条皂组合物的重量计还可以更高,例如30%、35%、或甚至40%,但通常不大于约60%,优选不大于约55%,更优选不大于约50%。
应当理解,在制备条皂组合物的过程期间,水量将会损失,即蒸发。而且,一旦制备出成品,由于水分蒸发、周围包装(如纸板盒)吸水等,水可进一步从条皂组合物中流失。
将趋于和水结合的物质掺入到条皂组合物中以将水保留在条皂组合物中是重要的。此类物质包括如本文所述的碳水化合物结构剂,以及任选的无机盐。其它适合的任选物质包括如本文所述的湿润剂,如甘油。
皂
本发明的条皂组合物通常包含按所述组合物的重量计约40%至约84%,优选约45%至约75%,更优选约50%至约65%的皂。本文所用术语“皂”为其一般含义,即烷烃或烯烃一羧酸的碱金属盐或链烷醇铵盐。适用于本发明目的的是钠阳离子、镁阳离子、钾阳离子、钙阳离子、一乙醇铵阳离子、二乙醇铵阳离子、和三乙醇铵阳离子、或它们的组合。通常,钠皂可用于此发明组合物中,但约1%至约25%的皂可以为铵皂、钾皂、镁皂、钙皂、或这些皂的混合物。可用于本发明的皂是熟知的具有约12至22个碳原子,优选约12至约18个碳原子的链烷酸或链烯酸的碱金属盐。它们还可被描述为具有约12至约22个碳原子的烷烃或烯烃的碱金属羧酸盐。
分配有椰油脂肪酸的皂可提供广泛分子量范围的下端。分配有花生油或油菜籽油脂肪酸或它们氢化衍生物的那些皂可提供广泛分子量范围的上端。
优选使用分配有牛油和植物油脂肪酸的皂。更优选地,植物油选自由下列组成的组:棕榈油、椰油、棕榈仁油、棕榈油硬脂酸和氢化米糠油、或它们的混合物,因为这些存在于更易得的脂肪中。尤其优选棕榈油硬脂酸、棕榈仁油和/或椰油。具有至少12个碳原子的脂肪酸在椰油皂中的比例为约85%。当使用椰油和脂肪(如牛油、棕榈油或非热带坚果油或脂肪,其中主链长为C16以及更高)的混合物时,此比例将更大。
优选的皂是钠皂,其具有约50%牛油、30%棕榈油硬脂酸和20%棕榈仁油或椰油的混合物。
根据市场可接受的标准,所述皂可包含不饱和度。通常避免过度的不饱和度。
可通过经典的锅煮方法或现代连续制皂方法来制备皂,其中使用本领域技术人员熟知的方法使天然脂肪和油如牛油或椰油或它们的等同物与碱金属氢氧化物皂化。作为另外一种选择,可通过用碱金属氢氧化物或碳酸盐中和脂肪酸如月桂酸(C12)、肉豆蔻酸(C14)、棕榈酸(C16)或硬脂酸(C18)来制备皂。
在一个实施方案中,条皂组合物将包含由连续制皂方法制得的皂。然后,经由真空闪速干燥方法将包含约30%的水的皂加工成皂条。所述皂条优选包含约73%的无水皂(50%的牛油/30%的棕榈油硬脂酸/20%的棕榈仁油(或20%的椰油))、约0.95%的游离椰油脂肪酸(或约0.95%的游离上等棕榈仁油脂肪酸)、约0.05%的DPTA四钠、约0.05%的HEDP四钠、约0.6%的氯化钠、约0.6%的甘油和约24%的水,余量是不能皂化的物质。这些百分比含量是按所述皂条的重量计的。然后,在轧制过程中使用皂条来制备如下所述的成品条皂组合物。
碳水化合物结构剂
本发明条皂组合物还包含碳水化合物结构剂,其趋于帮助保持本组合物中相对高的水含量。适于作为本发明组合物中成分的碳水化合物结构剂包括生淀粉(玉米、稻米、马铃薯、小麦等)、预胶凝化淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸/异癸酸乙烯酯交联聚合物(stabylene)、丙烯酸聚合物、角叉菜胶、黄原胶、聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烷等。优选的碳水化合物结构剂包括生淀粉和/或预胶凝化淀粉。
优选掺入到条皂组合物中的碳水化合物结构剂是淀粉。所述淀粉可以是生淀粉如生玉米淀粉,或者可以是预先胶凝化淀粉。作为另外一种选择,可使用生淀粉并在制备条皂组合物期间改性,以使所述淀粉成胶凝化或部分或完全胶凝化。预胶凝化淀粉是在作为本发明条皂组合物成分而加入之前已被胶凝化的淀粉。优选胶凝化淀粉,无论是部分还是完全胶凝化的淀粉,因为其可提供增强的皮肤感觉有益效果,如提供柔软和光滑的皮肤感觉。优选用作本发明组合物成分的预胶凝化淀粉是可从中国天津的天津顶峰淀粉开发有限公司商购获得的PREGEL-A M 0300。
在本发明组合物中碳水化合物结构剂的含量按所述组合物的重量计通常为约1%至约20%,优选约2%至约30%,更优选约4%至约25%。
阳离子聚合物
本发明的条皂组合物还包含阳离子聚合物以改善所述组合物的起泡和皮肤感觉有益效果。通常,本发明的条皂组合物将包含按所述组合物的重量计约0.001%至约10%,优选约0.01%至约5%,更优选约0.05%至约1%的阳离子聚合物。本发明优选的实施方案包含按所述组合物的重量计小于约0.2%,优选小于约0.1%含量的阳离子聚合物。如果阳离子聚合物的含量过高,则所得条皂组合物可表现出胶粘的皮肤感觉。
适用于本发明条皂组合物中的阳离子聚合物包括但不限于阳离子多糖、糖与合成阳离子单体的阳离子共聚物、阳离子聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子乙氧基聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子聚[N-[3-(二甲基铵基)丙基]-N′[3-(乙烯氧基乙烯基二甲基铵基)丙基]脲二氯化物]。适宜的阳离子聚合物通常包括具有季铵或取代的铵离子的聚合物。
适用的阳离子多糖包括那些基于5或6个碳的糖及其衍生物的聚合物,其可以通过将阳离子部分接枝到多糖主链上而制成带阳离子的。它们可以由一种类型的或多于一种类型的糖组成,即上述衍生物和阳离子物质的共聚物。所述单体可以是直链或支链的几何排列。阳离子多糖聚合物包括:阳离子纤维素和羟乙基纤维素;阳离子淀粉和羟烷基淀粉;基于阿拉伯糖单体的阳离子聚合物,如可以衍生自阿拉伯糖植物胶的那些;衍生自木糖聚合物的阳离子聚合物,所述木糖聚合物存在于诸如木材、稻草、棉籽壳和玉米块的材料中;衍生自岩藻糖聚合物的阳离子聚合物,所述岩藻糖聚合物作为海藻中细胞壁的组分存在;衍生自果糖聚合物的阳离子聚合物,所述果糖聚合物如在某些植物中存在的菊粉;基于含酸糖的阳离子聚合物,所述含酸糖如半乳糖醛酸和葡糖醛酸;基于氨基糖的阳离子聚合物,所述氨基糖如半乳糖胺和葡糖胺;基于5和6元环多元醇的阳离子聚合物;基于半乳糖单体的阳离子聚合物,所述半乳糖单体出现于植物胶和黏液中;基于甘露糖单体的阳离子聚合物,所述甘露糖单体如在植物、酵母和红藻类中存在的那些;基于半乳甘露聚糖共聚物的阳离子聚合物,所述半乳甘露聚糖共聚物已知为由瓜尔豆的胚乳中得到的瓜尔胶。适用于本文的阳离子多糖的非限制性实施例包括阳离子羟乙基纤维素(以商品名Ucare Polymer Ucare Polymer 或Ucare Polymer LR-得自Amerchol);阳离子淀粉(以商品名 100、200、300和400得自Staley,Inc.);基于瓜耳胶的阳离子半乳甘露聚糖(以商品名 800系列得自Henkel,Inc.,以及以商品名得自Meyhall Chemicals,Ltd.)。
适用于本发明的多糖和合成阳离子单体的阳离子共聚物包括包含以下多糖的那些:葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、岩藻糖、果糖、葡糖胺、半乳糖胺、葡糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸和5或6元环多元醇。也包括上述糖的羟甲基、羟乙基和羟丙基衍生物。用于这些共聚物中的合成阳离子单体可以包括二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、二甲基胺乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、二乙基二烯丙基氯化铵、N,N-二烯丙基-N-N-二烷基卤化铵,等等。多糖和合成阳离子单体的共聚物的非限制性实例包括由纤维素衍生物(例如羟乙基纤维素)和以商品名得自National Starch Corporation的N,N-二烯丙基-N-N-二烷基氯化铵组成的那些。
更多用于本发明的阳离子合成聚合物为阳离子聚亚烷基亚胺、乙氧基聚亚烷基亚胺和聚{N-[3-(二甲基铵基)-丙基]-N′-[3-(乙烯氧基乙烯基二甲基铵基)丙基]脲二氯化物],后者以商品名 A-15得自Miranol Chemical Company,Inc.。
本发明优选的阳离子聚合物是那些分子量为1,000至3,000,000的阳离子瓜尔胶类阳离子多糖。这些聚合物具有由半乳甘露聚糖单元组成的多糖主链,并且阳离子取代度的范围为约每0.04个脱水葡萄糖单元至约每0.80个脱水葡萄糖单元,其取代阳离子基团为2,3-环氧丙基-三甲基氯化铵与天然多糖主链的加成产物。实例为由Meyhall Chemicals,Ltd.出售的 C-13-S、C-14-S、C-15和C-17。

湿润剂
本发明的组合物还可任选包含润湿剂。本发明的湿润剂一般选自由下列组成的组:多元醇、水溶性烷氧基化非离子聚合物、以及它们的混合物。本文的湿润剂优选使用的含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1%至约20%,更优选约0.5%至约15%,以及更优选约1%至约10%。
湿润剂如甘油产生自通过皂化后将较少的甘油作为副产物移除以生产本发明的无水皂。因此,所述湿润剂可以是用于制备本发明组合物的皂条的一种组分。作为无水皂反应的产物,皂条中润湿剂的含量按所述皂条的重量计通常不超过约1%。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,有目的地将附加润湿剂如甘油加入组合物中可以是有利的。附加湿润剂可以被加入到用于制备本发明组合物的皂条中。加入附加润湿剂可以在包含约30%水的净皂的干燥过程前,或干燥过程后(例如:加入混汞机中)。在这个实例中润湿剂的总含量按所述组合物的重量计将通常为至少约1%,优选至少约2%,更优选至少约3%。将附加润湿剂加入本发明高水分条皂组合物中可以产生很多有益效果,例如改善条皂组合物的硬度、降少条皂组合物的水活度、以及降低条皂组合物由于随时间水分蒸发的重量损失率。
可用于本发明的多元醇包括甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、乙氧基化葡萄糖、1,2-己二醇、己三醇、双丙甘醇、赤藓醇、海藻糖、二甘油、木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、麦芽糖、葡萄糖、果糖、软骨素硫酸钠、透明质酸钠、腺苷磷酸钠、乳酸钠、吡咯烷酮碳酸盐、葡糖胺、环糊精、以及它们的混合物。
可用于本发明的水溶性烷氧基化非离子聚合物包括分子量最多为约1000的聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇,如CTFA名称为PEG-200、PEG-400、PEG-600、PEG-1000的那些、以及它们的混合物。

游离的脂肪酸
任选将游离脂肪酸加入到本发明条皂组合物中,其含量按所述组合物的重量计通常为约0.01%至约10%。可将游离脂肪酸掺入到本发明组合物中以提供增强的皮肤感觉有益效果,如更加柔软和更加光滑的皮肤感觉。适宜的游离脂肪酸包括牛油脂肪酸、椰油脂肪酸、棕榈油脂肪酸和棕榈仁油脂肪酸。优选作为本发明条皂组合物成分加入的游离脂肪酸是棕榈仁油脂肪酸。可使用其它脂肪酸,然而由于易于处理性,优选低熔点脂肪酸,如月桂酸。加入到本发明条皂组合物中的游离脂肪酸的优选含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.5%至约2%,最优选约0.75%至约1.5%。
无机盐
无机盐可任选地被用于本发明的条皂组合物中以有助于保持本发明组合物的相对高水含量和改善所述条皂组合物的硬度。无机盐有助于结合条皂组合物中的水,从而防止水通过蒸发或其它途径流失。本发明的条皂组合物任选包含按所述组合物的重量计约1%至约15%,优选约0.01%至约12%,并且更优选约2.5%至约10.5%的无机盐。更高含量的无机盐一般是优选的。适宜的无机盐包括硝酸镁、磷酸三镁、氯化钙、碳酸钠、硫酸铝钠、磷酸二钠、聚偏磷酸钠、琥珀酸镁钠、三聚磷酸钠、硫酸铝、氯化铝、水合氯化铝、水合三氯化铝锆、水合三氯化铝锆甘氨酸配合物、硫酸锌、氯化铵、磷酸铵、乙酸钙、硝酸钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸铁、氯化镁、硫酸镁等。优选的无机盐包括三聚磷酸钠、镁盐(如硫酸镁)和/或焦磷酸四钠。当用作包含皂的本发明条皂组合物中的成分时,镁盐趋于在成品中转变为镁皂。本发明组合物中三聚磷酸钠、镁盐(和因此产生的镁皂),和/或焦磷酸四钠是优选的。此外,由于当消费者使用条皂组合物来清洁皮肤时,三聚磷酸钠趋于促进泡沫的生成,因此三聚磷酸钠是优选的。
合成表面活性剂
任选在本发明条皂组合物中使用合成表面活性剂,以进一步改善使用期间条皂的起泡特性。可用于此本发明中的合成表面活性剂包括阴离子、两性、非离子、两性离子和阳离子表面活性剂。通常将合成表面活性剂掺入到本发明组合物中,其含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1%至约20%,优选约0.5%至约10%,并且更优选约0.75%至约5%。
阴离子表面活性剂的实例包括但不限于烷基硫酸盐、阴离子酰基肌氨酸盐、甲基酰基牛磺酸盐、N-酰基谷氨酸盐、酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸盐、烷基磷酸酯、乙氧基化烷基磷酸酯、聚氧乙烯十三烷基醚硫酸盐、蛋白质缩合物、乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐的混合物等。这些表面活性剂的烷基链为C8-22烷基,优选C10-18烷基,更优选C12-14烷基。

适宜阳离子表面活性剂的实例包括硬脂基二薄荷基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、壬基苄基乙基二甲基硝酸铵、溴化十四烷基吡啶鎓、氯化月桂基吡啶鎓、氯化十六烷基吡啶鎓、氯化月桂基吡啶鎓、溴化月桂基异喹啉鎓、二牛油基(氢化的)二甲基氯化铵、二月桂基二甲基氯化铵和硬脂基二甲基苄基氯化铵;以及本领域已知的其它阳离子表面活性剂。
可用于此发明中的非离子表面活性剂可被广义地定义为由氧烯化氧基团(本身亲水)与本身为脂族或烷芳族的有机疏水化合物缩合而产生的化合物。
优选用于本发明组合物中的合成表面活性剂是月桂基聚氧乙烯醚-3硫酸钠。月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠趋于提供极好的起泡特性,当与作为本发明组合物中无机盐的三聚磷酸钠组合时尤其如此。
抗菌剂
本发明的条皂组合物可任选地还包含抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂可用于进一步增强条皂组合物的抗菌效果。当存在时,所述条皂组合物将包含按所述组合物的重量计约0.001%至约2%,优选约0.01%至约1.5%,更优选约0.1%至约1%。可选用的抗菌剂的实例是二碳酰替类化合物(dicarbanilides),例如三氯卡班(也已知是三氯碳酰苯胺)、三氯生、以商品名DP-300得自Ciba-Geigy的卤代二苯醚、六氯酚、3,4,5-三溴水杨酰苯胺和2-吡啶硫醇-1-氧化物的盐。其它适合的抗菌剂被详细描述于US 6,488,943中(指的是抗微生物活性物质)。
增白剂
本发明组合物中可包含增白剂作为任选成分,所述增白剂的含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.001%至约1%,优选约0.005%至约0.5%,更优选约0.01%至约0.1%。本发明组合物中适宜增白剂的实例包括4,4′-二-(2-磺基苯乙烯基)-联苯二钠(可以商品名Brightener-49从CibaSpecialty Chemicals商购获得);4,4′-二-[(4,6-二苯氨基-s-三嗪-2-基)-氨基]-2,2′二苯乙烯二磺酸二钠(可以商品名Brightener 36从Ciba Specialty Chemicals商购获得);4,4′-二-[(4-苯氨基-6-吗啉代-s-三嗪-2-基)-氨基]-2,2′-二苯乙烯二磺酸盐(可以商品名Brightener 15从Ciba Specialty Chemicals商购获得);和4,4′-二-[(4-苯氨基-6-二-2(2-羟乙基)-氨基-s-三嗪-2-基)-氨基]-2,2′-二苯乙烯二磺酸盐(可以商品名Brightener 3从Ciba Specialty Chemicals商购获得);以及它们的混合物。
二氧化硅
任选在本发明条皂组合物中掺入硅石或二氧化硅,所述硅石或二氧化硅的含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1%至约15%,优选约1%至约10%,并且更优选约3%至约7%。二氧化硅可以多种不同的形式获得,包括晶状二氧化硅、非晶状二氧化硅、热解法二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅、凝胶状二氧化硅和胶态二氧化硅。本文优选的形式是热解法二氧化硅和/或沉淀二氧化硅。
与标准研磨二氧化硅相比,增稠二氧化硅通常具有较小的粒度,并且在本文中是优选的。增稠二氧化硅的平均粒度优选为约9μm至约13μm,与平均粒度为约20μm至约50μm的标准研磨二氧化硅形成对比。由于优选的增稠二氧化硅表面具有较大量的硅烷醇基团,因此它可集结水并构成适用于本发明条皂组合物的结构。硅烷醇基团趋于形成氢键,其中构成三维网络结构,在皂相中起到类似弹簧的作用,以提供良好的起泡性和良好的结构。增稠二氧化硅优选具有高吸油值(DBP),其通常指示多孔性和大表面积,并且优选大于约250(g/100g),更优选大于约300(g/100g)。
适宜增稠二氧化硅的非限制性实例包括:可从Degussa商购获得的SIDENT 22S;可从J.M.Huber Corp.商购获得的ZEODENT 165;可从Ineos Silicas商购获得的SORBOSIL TC15;可从Rhodia商购获得的TIXOSIL 43;以及可从W.R.Grace Davidson商购获得的SYLOX 15X。
本发明条皂组合物中的其它任选成分包括:香料;多价螯合剂,如乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA)、EHDP或它们的混合物,其含量按所述组合物的重量计通常为0.01%至1%,优选0.01%至0.05%;以及染色剂、遮光剂和珠光剂如二氧化钛;所有这些均用于增强产品的外观或美观性。
溶解于水中的本发明条皂组合物的1%溶液的pH通常为约7至约12,优选约8至约11,更优选约9至约10。
如本发明所述的条皂组合物的外观可以是透明的、半透明的或不透明的。在一个实施方案中,所述条皂组合物是不透明的。
虽然可将硼酸盐化合物掺入到本发明组合物中,如US 6,440,908中所述的那些,但是本发明条皂组合物优选不包含硼酸盐化合物。在一个实施方案中,本发明的条皂组合物不含硼酸盐化合物。
消费者可在沐浴或洗涤期间,使用本发明的清洁条皂组合物来清洁皮肤。
制造方法
本发明的条皂组合物可经由本领域已知的多种不同方法来制得。优选地,本发明组合物可经由轧制方法制得,获得轧制过的条皂组合物。
制备条皂组合物的典型轧制过程包括:(a)搅和步骤,其中制得皂,(b)真空干燥步骤,其中将皂制成皂条,(c)混和步骤,其中将皂条与条皂组合物的其它成分混和,(d)轧制步骤,其中获得较均匀的混合物,(e)压制步骤,其中将皂混合物挤压成皂段,然后切成皂块,和(f)压印步骤,其中压印皂块,以获得成品条皂组合物。
实施例
以下是本发明清洁条皂组合物的非限制性实施例。每种成分的量是按所述条皂组合物的重量计的近似重量百分比。

a用于这些实施例中的皂条具有以下近似组成:约73%的无水皂(50%的牛油/30%的棕榈油硬脂酸/20%的棕榈仁油(或20%的椰子油))、约0.95%的游离椰子脂肪酸(或约0.95%的游离上等棕榈仁油脂肪酸)、约0.05%的DPTA四钠、约0.05%的HEDP四钠、约0.6%的氯化钠、约0.6%的甘油,和约24%的水,余量是不能皂化的物质。这些百分比含量是按所述皂条的重量计的。

在这些实施例中,皂条可经由涉及搅和步骤和真空干燥步骤的常规方法制得。然后将皂条加入到混合机中。然后将香料、增白剂和二氧化钛成分加入到混合机中,并混和约10至15秒。然后将成分:水、无机盐(如三聚磷酸钠)、阳离子聚合物(如瓜耳羟丙基三甲基氯化铵)、湿润剂(如甘油)、碳水化合物结构剂(如粗玉米淀粉)加入混合机,并且然后搅拌约30至45秒。然后使此皂混合物经由常规的轧制、压制和压印步骤处理,以获得成品条皂组合物。
本文所公开的量纲和值不旨在被理解为严格地限于所述的精确值。相反,除非另外指明,每个这样的量纲是指所引用的数值和围绕该数值的功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。

Claims (20)
1.一种清洁条皂组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)按所述组合物的重量计至少15%的水;
(b)按所述组合物的重量计40%至84%的皂;
(c)按所述组合物的重量计1%至30%的碳水化合物结构剂;和
(d)按所述组合物的重量计0.001%至10%的阳离子聚合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物的含量按所述组合物的重量计为0.01%至0.2%。
3.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物选自由下列组成的组:阳离子多糖、糖类和合成阳离子单体的阳离子共聚物、阳离子聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子乙氧基聚亚烷基亚胺、阳离子聚[N-[3-(二甲基铵基)丙基]-N′[3-(乙烯氧基乙烯基二甲基铵基)丙基]脲二氯化物]、以及它们的混合物。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物是瓜耳羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
5.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计至少20%的水。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述碳水化合物结构剂选自由下列组成的组:生淀粉、预胶凝化淀粉、以及它们的混合物。
7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述碳水化合物结构剂的含量按所述组合物的重量计为2%至25%。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述组合物还包含按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至15%的无机盐。
9.如权利要求8所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述无机盐选自由下列组成的组:三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、镁盐、以及它们的混合物。
10.如权利要求9所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述无机盐是三聚磷酸钠。
11.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述组合物还包含游离脂肪酸,所述游离脂肪酸选自由下列组成的组:牛油脂肪酸、椰油脂肪酸、棕榈油脂肪酸和棕榈仁油脂肪酸。
12.如权利要求11所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述游离脂肪酸的含量按所述组合物的重量计为0.01%至10%。
13.如权利要求11至12中任一项所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述游离脂肪酸是棕榈仁油脂肪酸或椰油脂肪酸。
14.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述组合物还包含抗菌剂。
15.如权利要求14所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述抗菌剂选自由下列组成的组:三氯卡班、三氯生、卤代二苯醚、六氯酚、3,4,5-三溴水杨酰苯胺、2-吡啶硫醇-1-氧化物的盐、以及它们的混合物。
16.如权利要求15所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述抗菌剂是三氯卡班。
17.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂组合物为轧制条皂。
18.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂组合物是不透明的。
19.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物,其中所述清洁条皂还包含二氧化钛。
20.一种清洁皮肤的方法,所述方法包括用前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁条皂组合物接触所述皮肤的步骤。
