Abstract

本发明涉及用于容器、尤其是瓶的封闭装置,这种封闭装置包括基底件和铰接盖,基底件可固定在容器的开口上,铰接盖可枢转地固定至基底件,从而所述盖可在关闭设定和打开设定之间往复运动以允许尤其从瓶中分配自由流动的介质。本发明还涉及生产这种封闭装置的方法。
背景技术
封闭装置已知有各种形式,通常用塑料制成。基底件通常包括用于将基底件固定至容器的开口、例如固定至瓶颈的装置,例如可设置内螺纹,从而可将封闭装置旋到瓶颈上。
圆顶状喷嘴常常延伸至基底件,在从容器饮用时,该喷嘴例如可由饮用者的嘴来封闭。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的封闭装置,其中,尤其可非常容易地封闭铰接盖,同时确保盖子关闭时分配开口紧密密封,即使在重复开关之下,也可保护相应的密封件不受损坏。
根据本发明,基底件构成两个部件,且首先包括基本环形的固定件,其次包括基本圆顶状的分配件,分配件设有分配开口且插入基底件中。此外,封闭装置的铰接盖包括基本环形的突部(有时也称为肩部),该突部构造成:在铰接盖的关闭状态,突部配合在分配件的分配开口中,由此封闭分配开口。
最后,根据本发明,铰接盖借助铰链装置固定至基底件,铰链装置形成至少两个相互独立且间隔开的枢转轴线。
诸特征的上述组合有以下优点:当铰接盖关闭时,可确保分配开口非常可靠的密封,还有,一旦借助枢转运动关闭铰接盖,尤其通过形成两个间隔开的、独立的枢转轴线,铰接盖的运动可防止或显著减少对于密封件、即一方面的环形突部和另一方面的分配件的与其相互作用元件的磨损。
尤其通过形成两个间隔开的、独立的枢转轴线,上述密封件、即一方面的环形突部和另一方面的分配件的与其相互作用元件可实现相对运动,该相对运动与可在仅仅一个枢转轴线情况下发现的纯圆周运动不同,从而当盖上盖子且形成密封时,必然有较小的变形,因此可确保较小的磨损。
两个部件的基底件包括一方面的环形固定件和另一方面的基本圆顶状分配件,这种两个部件的基底件的附加设置还允许固定件和铰接盖通过注射成型与分配件分开地生产,使铰接盖到达关闭位置,然后才将分配件插入基底件的固定件中。这具有如下优点:尤其在生产过程中,即在使封闭装置必需达到密封状态的第一操作过程中,可将分配件从下方以直线运动插入,即,在关闭操作中无需圆周运动的部件,这确保最小可能的磨损和高度的密封。
上述特征的组合尤其具有如下优点:尤其在生产过程中可获得高度的密封,这是尤其重要的,因为确切地说,生产过程中、即用户初次打开之前的密封对于防止液体逸出容器是尤其重要的,例如在要将充填的容器运输到销售市场时。因为尤其可确保在生产过程中各部件不发生磨损或错误定位,还较佳地使用不同的材料,诸材料中的一种材料可较软,还可省却附加的密封件、例如密封垫圈,这种密封垫圈在多种密封装置中是必须设置的,且直接设置在容器的开口上并由封闭装置固定。
在一较佳的实施例中,枢转轴线基本彼此平行地设置,枢转轴线的间隔距离较佳地为封闭装置或容器开口的直径的至少5%,在尤其较佳的实施例中为至少10%或甚至15%。
较佳的是,两个枢转轴线由一方面的主铰链和另一方面的膜铰链来实现,但是也可设置两个基本相同的铰链。
在一个实施例中,主铰链构造成能有至少90°、较佳地120°的枢转范围,在尤其较佳的实施例中是180°或更大,而第二铰链、较佳地是膜铰链允许仅仅较小的例如+/-20°或+/-30°的附加枢转范围,以允许“精确调节”该运动。带有较大枢转范围的主铰链因此可以说基本用于铰接盖的打开运动,而带有可能用户几乎不会察觉的较小枢转范围的第二铰链、较佳地膜铰链基本自动地控制对于铰接盖或设置在其中的环形突部(肩部)相对于分配开口的定位的精确调节,即带来最小的阻力,从而大大地防止磨损。
在一尤其较佳的实施例中,这是特别重要的,在该实施例中,分配件由与固定件不同的材料制成,尤其由更加弹性或更软的材料制成,然而也可设想提供可至少部分地塑性变形的材料。
在一较佳的实施例中,基底件和铰接盖由聚丙烯(PP)或聚乙烯(PE)构成。分配件可同样由PP或PE构成,在一较佳的实施例中,基底件和铰接盖由PP制成,而分配件由PE制成。
在一较佳的实施例中,基本圆顶状的分配件在其分配开口的外端或上端包括密封唇边,密封唇边较佳地设置在内部,从而在铰接盖的关闭状态中,这些密封唇边支承抵靠突入分配开口的环形突部,从而形成高度密封。较佳的是,这些密封唇边具有U形结构,较佳地沿着圆顶状凸部的内部方向且因此沿着容器开口方向向内和向外延伸,即远离外部分配开口延伸。
在一具体实施例中,铰接盖的环形凸部具有基本锥形的结构,从而它形成所谓的密封锥面。锥形的实施例尤其具有如下优点:一旦关闭铰接盖,就可确保尤其在利用两个铰链的枢转范围时自动定中心和调节位置,同样可防止损坏和磨损,因此即使重复开闭铰接盖也有高度的密封。
在一较佳的实施例中,分配件还包括附加的隔膜阀,该隔膜阀较佳地固定在分配件中。然而这种隔膜阀也可设置在不同的位置,例如设置在基底件中。
本发明还涉及一种生产上述种类的封闭装置的方法,其中,较佳地通过注射成型将基底件的环形固定件和铰接盖生产成一件且处于打开状态,然后使铰接盖达到关闭位置,然后才将分配件插入基底件中。尤其在原始生产过程中和在第一“密封过程”中,这确保只有以基本直线运动可将分配件插入基底件的环形固定件中,因此可将环形凸部直线地和精确地插入固定件中,从而尽可能地防止屋顶状分配件的变形,换句话说,只发生可靠密封所必需的这种变形。
较佳的是,环形固定件和铰接盖通过注射成型生产成一件,注射成型也适于分配件。在一尤其较佳的实施例中,在分配件还未完全结晶时,将分配件插入由环形固定件和铰接件构成的“关闭系统”中。

具体实施方式
图1示出本发明的用于容器(未示出)的封闭装置10的第一实施例,该封闭装置具有基底件100和铰接盖200,基底件包括环形固定件120和分配件140,其中,铰接盖200处于其打开位置,且从其关闭位置枢转过约180°。
基底件100的固定件120设有内螺纹122,从而它可旋到容器的对应开口上,尤其是瓶颈上。固定件120还包括独创的安全带130,该安全带设置在固定件的下端。
铰接盖200与该固定件120形成一件,该铰接盖200通过两个铰链装置来固定至固定件120,分别是主铰链20和膜铰链40。主铰链20用来确保铰接盖枢转过180°,而膜铰链40在图1所示设定中处于其中性位置,其中,不用考虑主铰链20的位置或设定,通过经受负载,膜铰链可枢转过附加的约为+/-20°的角度范围。
分配件140形成为与环形固定件120相独立的部件,分配件140插入环形固定件120的开口124并固定至其。分配件140是基本圆顶状结构,具有向上渐缩的外部轮廓。
靠近分配件140的分配开口141,在内侧设置密封唇边142,密封唇边142基本呈U形地向内向下延伸,从而当盖子关闭时,这些密封唇边142可与铰接盖的相关部件相互作用,具体参见图2。
此外,在该实施例中,已将隔膜阀150引入分配件140中,借助固定件146将该隔膜阀牢固地保持在分配件140中。
铰接盖200包括基本环形的突部220,该突部220设置在铰接盖的内侧上,该突部220构造成:在关闭状态,突部220与分配件140相互作用以密封分配开口161,在这点上具体参见图2。
图2示出了图1所示的根据本发明的分配封闭装置的实施例,然而其中,铰接盖200处于几乎关闭位置。在该位置,环形突部220已配合在分配件140的分配开口141中,且支承抵靠分配件140的密封唇边142。
图2具体清楚地示出了铰接盖的精确定位,这可能是两个不同枢转轴线的结果,其中,在图2所示的位置,主铰链20基本已经处于其关闭位置,而膜铰链移出其中性位置,从而如前所述,铰接盖的顶部相对于基底件和分配件稍稍倾斜。这确保分配件只需非常细微地“变形”,如上所述,即使在重复开闭铰接盖之后,也可确保非常低的磨损和高的密封。

图3示出了根据本发明的封闭装置的另一实施例,其中在该图中,铰接盖200处于完全关闭位置,而图3还示出了在根据本发明的生产方法中,分配件140如何只有在铰接盖处于其关闭位置时才被使用(见箭头A),为此,尤其在生产过程中可防止分配件的变形延伸超过密封所需的变形。
此外,图3的上部表示根据本发明的封闭装置的部件,其包括环形固定件120和铰接盖200,但不包括分配件140,其可在合适之处在市场上单独提供和销售,从而接着可将分配件140插入相应的用于封闭装置的部件中。图3还清楚地示出了凹陷148,可将分配件的相应匹配件149插入该凹陷148中。

Claims (3)
1.一种生产用于容器的封闭装置(10)的方法,所述封闭装置具有基底件(100)和铰接盖(200),所述基底件可固定在所述容器的开口上,所述铰接盖可枢转地固定至所述基底件(100)且可在关闭设定和打开设定之间往复运动,所述基底件(100)构造成两个部件,且包括基本环形的固定件(120),具有分配开口(141)的基本圆顶状的分配件(140)插入所述固定件(120)中,其中,所述铰接盖(200)具有基本环形突部(220),所述环形突部(220)和所述分配件(140)构造成:一旦所述铰接盖(200)处于其关闭位置,所述环形突部(220)就配合在所述分配开口(141)中且所述分配开口就被关闭,其中,所述铰接盖(200)借助铰链装置(20,40)固定至所述基底件(100),所述铰链装置(20,40)形成至少两根相互独立且间隔开的枢转轴线;
所述方法的特征在于,将所述基底件(100)的所述环形固定件(120)和所述铰接盖(200)制成一件式且处于打开状态,然后使所述铰接盖达到关闭位置,然后才将所述分配件(140)插入所述环形固定件(120)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的生产用于容器的封闭装置(10)的方法,其特征在于,所述基底件(100)的所述环形固定件(120)和所述铰接盖(200)和/或所述分配件(140)通过注射成型形成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的生产用于容器的封闭装置(10)的方法,其特征在于,在所述分配件(140)制成之后还未完全冷却时,插入所述分配件(140)。
