Abstract

本发明涉及造纸行业中的一种利用废纸弱碱性脱墨浆生产新型教材纸的生产工艺。其技术方案是:配浆工序原料组成及重量配比为:NBKP浆8%-10%,打浆浓度3.5-4.5%,打浆度30-50°SR,湿重6-8g;杨木浆20%-30%,打浆浓度3.5-4.5%,打浆度30-45°SR,湿重1.6-2.0g;BCTMP浆10%-20%,打浆浓度3.5-4.5%,打浆度40-55°SR,湿重5-6g;脱墨浆45%-50%;本发明的效果是采用弱碱性脱墨技术,提高了脱墨浆白度、尘埃度,采用脱墨浆的PH值为7.5-8的中性浆内施胶先进技术,使成纸表面吸水定量在20-50g/m2,降低了生产成本,实现了绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸行业中的一种生产工艺,尤其涉及一种利用废纸弱碱性脱墨浆生产新型教材纸的生产工艺。
背景技术
现在的造纸技术中,利用废纸弱碱性脱墨浆生产了出的成品纸,其纸面白度低,残余油墨多,且废水多,污染严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种纸面白度好、油墨点少、绿色环保的新型教材纸的生产工艺。
其技术方案是:包括配浆工序、抄前池、除砂除气、压力筛选和纸机抄造工序,所述的配浆工序原料组成及重量配比为:NBKP浆8%-10%,打浆浓度3.5-4.5%,打浆度30-50°SR,湿重6-8g;杨木浆20%-30%,打浆浓度3.5-4.5%,打浆度30-45°SR,湿重1.6-2.0g;BCTMP浆10%-20%,打浆浓度3.5-4.5%,打浆度40-55°SR,湿重5-6g;脱墨浆45%-50%;配浆后浆料进入抄前池的过程中添加轻钙10-20kg/t,浓度为10%,增白剂原液1-2kg/t;在抄前池中添加黄色染料0.01-0.1kg/t,浓度为0.2%,红色染料0.01-0.05kg/t,浓度0.15%,阳离子淀粉5-10kg/t,浓度3%;在上浆泵前加入AKD施胶剂原液20-25kg/t;在纸机抄造工序纸机的运行参数是:上网浓度:0.8-1.3%,成形区一区真空度:-1--2KPa,伏辊一区真空度:-50--55KPa,高真空箱真空度:-60--65KPa,出压榨部纸页干度:>50.5%,总蒸汽压力:3.5bar;第一组压光机:线压力:95N/mm左右,温度:70℃左右,第二组压光机:线压力:100N/m左右,温度:100℃左右。
所述的脱墨浆原料组成及重量配比为:8#美废:80-90%,10#美废:0-10%,白边纸0-10%,皂化钠0.3-0.5%,表面活性剂0.03-0.08%,脱墨浆的pH值为7.5-8。
本发明的效果是采用弱碱性脱墨技术,提高了脱墨浆白度、尘埃度,采用脱墨浆的pH值为7.5-8的中性浆内施胶先进技术,使成纸表面吸水定量在20-50g/m2,降低了生产成本,节约了木材纤维原料,实现了绿色环保。
具体实施方式
