本发明公开了一种羽绒加工防静电的方法及其装置，所述方法是：使分绒箱内的温度控制在23℃-27℃之间，同时使分绒箱内保持一定的湿度，当气温在22℃以下时，利用恒温保湿装置向分绒箱内喷入水蒸汽，使箱内的温度回升，当气温在27℃以上时，向分绒箱内喷入水雾，使箱内的温度回落；所述的恒温保湿装置是由蒸汽发生器和水雾发生器组成，蒸汽发生器与分绒箱的两侧壁上多个均匀分布的蒸汽喷入孔相连接；水雾发生器与分绒箱的两侧壁上多个均匀分布的水雾喷入孔相连接。由于在分绒箱上设有恒温保湿装置，不仅能减少静电的产生，而且还能将产生的少量的静电及时导走，消除了羽绒自身所带的静电，提高了羽绒加工装置的生产效率，降低了能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种羽绒加工装置，具体是指一种羽绒加工防静电的方法及其装置。
背景技术
现有的羽绒加工装置，在羽绒加工的分绒环节中，羽绒与羽毛在上下运动的过程中，相互间发生磨擦，从而产生静电，特别是在加工时间较长的情况下，产生的静电更多，导致羽绒与羽毛相吸在一起，很难使之分离，从而降低了羽绒加工装置的生产效率，增加了能耗。
发明内容
为了克服上述之不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种能够消除羽绒自身所带的静电从而提高生产效率、降低能量损耗的一种羽绒加工防静电的方法。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种实现羽绒加工防静电的方法所用的装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种羽绒加工防静电的方法是：使分绒箱内的温度变化较小，温度控制在23℃-27℃之间，同时使分绒箱内保持一定的湿度，当气温在22℃以下时，利用恒温保湿装置向分绒箱内喷入水蒸汽，使分绒箱内的温度回升，确保绒箱内的温度在23℃以上，当气温在27℃以上时，向分绒箱内喷入水雾，使分绒箱内的温度回落，确保绒箱内的温度在27℃以下。
实现羽绒加工防静电的方法所用的装置包括有分绒箱，所述的分绒箱上设有恒温保湿装置，所述的恒温保湿装置是由蒸汽发生器和水雾发生器组成，蒸汽发生器与分绒箱的两侧壁上所设的多个均匀分布的蒸汽喷入孔相连接；水雾发生器与分绒箱的两侧壁上所设的多个均匀分布的水雾喷入孔相连接。
工作原理：运用恒温技术，控制分绒箱内的温度保持在23℃至27℃之间。当气温在22℃以下时，蒸汽发生器通过蒸汽喷入孔向分绒箱内喷入水蒸汽，使分绒箱内的温度回升，使分绒箱内的温度保持在23℃以上，当气温在27℃以上时，水雾发生器通过水雾喷入孔向分绒箱内喷入水雾，使分绒箱内的温度回落，从而保证分绒箱内的温度保持在23℃至27℃之间。以减少分绒箱内的羽绒与羽毛之间的磨擦，从而减少了静电的发生；由于向分绒箱内喷入水蒸汽或水雾，使分绒箱内保持一定的湿度，从而将羽绒与羽毛之间因磨擦而产生的少量静电及时导走，从而消除羽绒自身所带的静电，能使羽绒与羽毛在短时间内达到分离的效果。
本发明的有益效果在于：由于在分绒箱上设有恒温保湿装置，不仅能减少静电的产生，而且还能将产生的少量的静电及时导走，消除了羽绒自身所带的静电，提高了羽绒加工装置的生产效率，降低了能耗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种羽绒加工防静电的方法是：使分绒箱内的温度变化较小，温度控制在23℃-27℃之间，同时使分绒箱内保持一定的湿度，当气温在22℃以下时，利用恒温保湿装置向分绒箱内喷入水蒸汽，使分绒箱内的温度回升，确保绒箱内的温度在23℃以上，当气温在27℃以上时，向分绒箱内喷入水雾，使分绒箱内的温度回落，确保绒箱内的温度在27℃以下。
实现羽绒加工防静电的方法所用的装置，包括有分绒箱1，所述的分绒箱1上设有恒温保湿装置。所述的恒温保湿装置是由蒸汽发生器2和水雾发生器3组成，蒸汽发生器2与分绒箱1的两侧壁上所设的多个均匀分布的蒸汽喷入孔4相连接；水雾发生器3与分绒箱1的两侧壁上所设的多个均匀分布的水雾喷入孔5相连接。

1.一种羽绒加工防静电的方法，其特征在于，所述方法如下：使分绒箱内的温度变化较小，温度控制在23℃-27℃之间，同时使分绒箱内保持一定的湿度，当气温在22℃以下时，利用恒温保湿装置向分绒箱内喷入水蒸汽，使分绒箱内的温度回升，确保绒箱内的温度在23℃以上，当气温在27℃以上时，向分绒箱内喷入水雾，使分绒箱内的温度回落，确保绒箱内的温度在27℃以下。
