Abstract

本发明提供一种手写笔,包括一笔头、一笔尖、一弹性元件、一设有通孔的缓冲体及一笔身,该笔头装设于该笔身的一端,该笔尖可移动地容置于笔身内,且其一端露出于该笔身,另一端凸设有一按压部,该弹性元件及该缓冲体容置于该笔身内,其一端抵持于该笔头,另一端抵持于该缓冲体,该缓冲体设置于该弹性元件与该笔尖之间,且该按压部容置于通孔内,当笔尖受到按压力时,促使该按压部穿过通孔抵持并按压弹性元件直至按压部与笔头抵持。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手写笔,尤其是涉及一种具有按键手感的手写笔。
背景技术
随着移动通信技术的发展,触摸屏式便携式电子装置越来越受使用者的喜爱。
手写笔是触摸屏式便携式电子装置进行信息输入的主要方式。现有的手写笔通常为一简单的按压杆,使用者通过该按压杆直接按压于触摸屏式便携式电子装置的触摸屏。
然而,所述手写笔使用时手感较生硬,而且还不能很好地让使用者感知按压的力量,如此使用者势必会出现用力过度的现象,并对触摸屏造成损害。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有按键手感的手写笔。
一种手写笔,包括一笔头、一笔尖、一弹性元件、一设有通孔的缓冲体及一笔身,该笔头装设于该笔身的一端,该笔尖可移动地容置于笔身内,且其一端露出于该笔身,另一端凸设有一按压部,该弹性元件及该缓冲体容置于该笔身内,其一端抵持于该笔头,另一端抵持于该缓冲体,该缓冲体设置于该弹性元件与该笔尖之间,且该按压部容置于通孔内,当笔尖受到按压力时,促使该按压部穿过通孔抵持并按压弹性元件直至按压部与笔头抵持。
相较于现有技术,所述手写笔通过该弹片的变形来使得使用者具有按键手感,并能感知按压触摸屏的强度,从而较好地改变了现有手写笔手感生硬的缺憾。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示本发明具有按键手感的手写笔的较佳实施例,该手写笔20用于进行便携式电子装置信息的输入,其包括一笔头21、一弹片22、一缓冲体23、一笔尖24及一笔身25。该笔尖24、缓冲体23及弹片22依次容置于笔身25内,并通过笔头21卡持装设于笔身25的一端。
请一并参阅图2至4,该笔头21的纵向横截面大致呈一“T”形状,其由一直径较小的第一圆柱体211与一直径较大的第二圆柱体212连接而成,从而于连接处形成一抵持面213。该第一圆柱体211远离第二圆柱体212的一端面开设有一圆形凹槽214,用于容置弹片22于其内。该笔头21的材料为塑胶,如丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,ABS)或聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)等。
该弹片22为一球面形弹性片体,其具有一凸面221及相对的一凹面222。该弹片22既可以凸面221面向笔头21的方式容置于该凹槽214内,也可以凹面222面向笔头21的方式容置于该凹槽214内。
该缓冲体23为一圆柱体,其上贯通其二端面开设有一通孔231。该缓冲体23的材料为橡胶等,其设置于笔尖24与弹片22之间,用于缓冲笔尖25按压于弹片22上的力。另外,该缓冲体23还起到填充装配间隙,防止笔头21、弹片22及笔尖24出现松动。
该笔尖24包括一头部241、一连接于该头部241一端的尾部242及一凸设于头部241另一端的按压部243。该头部241为一圆柱体。该尾部242为一实心台体,其较大的一端面与头部241的一端相连,并形成一抵持面244。该按压部243为一圆柱体,其端面直径与缓冲体23的通孔231的直径大致相当,以便容置于该通孔231内。该笔尖24的材料为塑胶,如丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,ABS)或聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)等。
该笔身25包括一中空圆锥台251及固接于该圆锥台251较大端面的一中空圆柱体252。该中空圆柱体252贯通其二端面开设一横截面为圆形的容置孔253,该容置孔253的尺寸与笔头21的第一圆柱体211的尺寸大致相当。该中空圆锥台251贯通其二端面开设一与该容置孔253相连通的圆锥孔254。该圆锥孔254的尺寸大小小于容置孔253的尺寸,由此于二者之间形成一抵持面255。该抵持面255用于抵持抵持面244。该圆锥孔254的锥度与笔尖24的尾部242外表面的锥度大致相当,以便较紧密地容置笔尖24于其内。该笔身25的材料为塑胶,如丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,ABS)或聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)等。
请参阅图1及图3,组装该手写笔20时,首先将笔尖24以其尾部242面向笔身25的方式插入笔身25的容置孔253内,进一步使得笔尖24的尾部242容置于圆锥孔254,并通过该圆锥孔254部分露出于笔身25外,此时笔尖24的头部241收容于笔身25的容置孔253内;然后将缓冲体23置入笔身25的容置孔253内并抵持于笔尖24的头部241的端面,此时,笔尖24的按压部243容置于通孔231内;接着将弹片22容置于笔头21的凹槽214内,并将带有弹片22的笔头21以凹槽214面向笔身25的方式插入于笔身25的容置孔253内;随后继续推动笔头21直至笔头21的抵持面213抵持于笔身25的端面,抵持面244抵持于抵持面255,此时笔头21的第一圆柱体211与笔身25的容置孔253过盈配合,并将该笔尖24、缓冲体23及弹片22稳固地容置于笔身25内,如此即完成了该手写笔20的组装。
使用该手写笔20进行信息的输入时,使用者可手握笔头21或笔身25,并通过该手写笔20的笔尖24按压触摸屏,当按压力达到所需的数值时,该按压力的反作用力将会促使笔尖24的按压部243按压弹片22直至按压部243抵持于笔头21的端部,此时,使用者将会感受到犹如按下某一键盘按键的手感,从而很好地感知按压触摸屏的强度,避免按压力过大而损坏触摸屏。
可以理解,该第一圆柱体211还可通过螺纹连接或粘接等方式卡持装设于笔身25的容置孔253内。
可以理解,该弹片22还可采用压缩弹簧等弹性元件加以代替。
所述手写笔20通过一弹片22的变形来使得使用者具有按键手感,并能感知按压触摸屏的强度,从而较好地改变了现有手写笔手感生硬的缺憾。

Claims (8)

1.一种手写笔,包括一笔头、一笔尖及一笔身,该笔头装设于该笔身的一端,其特征在于:该笔尖可移动地容置于笔身内且其一端露出于该笔身,另一端凸设有一按压部,该手写笔还包括一弹性元件和一设有通孔的缓冲体,该弹性元件及该缓冲体容置于该笔身内,该弹性元件一端抵持于该笔头,另一端与该缓冲体部分抵持,该缓冲体设置于该弹性元件和该笔尖之间,且该按压部容置于通孔内,当笔尖受到按压力时,促使该按压部穿过通孔抵持并按压弹性元件直至按压部与笔头抵持。
2.如权利要求1所述的手写笔,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为一弹片。
3.如权利要求1所述的手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔头的纵向横截面大致呈一“T”形状,其由一直径较小的第一圆柱体与一直径较大的第二圆柱体连接而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的手写笔,其特征在于:所述第一圆柱体远离第二圆柱体的一端开设有一凹槽,用于容置弹性元件于其内。
5.如权利要求3所述的手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔身开设有一容置孔,该第一圆柱体卡持装设于该容置孔内。
6.如权利要求1所述的手写笔,其特征在于:所述缓冲体的材料为橡胶。
7.如权利要求1所述的手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔头、笔身及笔尖的材料为塑胶。
8.如权利要求1所述的手写笔,其特征在于:所述笔尖的外周面具有一抵持面,该笔身为一中空体,其内周面形成一抵持面,笔尖的抵持面抵持于笔身的抵持面,以便所述笔尖不至于由该笔身中脱落。
