本发明涉及一种黑色金属材料合金钢及渗碳的技术领域。
背景技术
由于目前机械产品趋向于小型化和高性能化,所以要求组成产品的主要材料钢件部分的力学性能达到要求,而普通的渗碳钢常规渗碳在热处理时,渗碳层表面的含碳量为0.8%~1.0%,这种碳化物的存在使合金钢的硬度和强度都受到影响。只有改善目前渗碳层表面的碳化物才能使合金钢的性能良好。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提出了一种渗碳层表面含碳量少饱和渗碳钢。
本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明的材料为丙酮、甲醇、合金钢,其配比如下:
丙酮:1000ml~2000ml;甲醇:1000ml~2000ml:
所述合金钢的化学组份按重量组合为:铬:1.3~2.8%;锰:0.5~1.8%;钼:0.3~0.8%;硅0.2~0.6%;碳;0.3~0.56%;铁:94~96%。
本发明采用了一种特定的合金钢,使其表层的含碳量达到2~3%,渗碳层深度达到1.2mm左右,从而大幅提高了其硬度和强度。
具体实施方式
实施例1:本发明的材料为丙酮、甲醇、合金钢,其配比如下:丙酮:1000ml;甲醇:1000ml,合金钢的化学组份按重量组合为:铬:2.8%;锰:1.8%;钼:0.8%;硅0.2%;碳;0.56%;铁:96%。
实施例2:本发明的材料为丙酮、甲醇、合金钢,其配比如下:丙酮:2000ml;甲醇:2000ml:所述合金钢的化学组份按重量组合为:铬:1.3%;锰:0.5%;钼:0.3%;硅0.6%;碳;0.3%;铁:94%。
实施例3:本发明的材料为丙酮、甲醇、合金钢,其配比如下:丙酮:1500ml;甲醇:1500ml:所述合金钢的化学组份按重量组合为:铬:2.8%;锰:1%;钼:1%;硅0.4%;碳;0.4%;铁:95%。
