本发明涉及一种电极,是一种陶瓷金卤灯电极。
背景技术:
现有的陶瓷金卤灯电极,工作效率低,有放射对人造成伤害,结构也不合理。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供引证安全环保、工作性能好的陶瓷金卤灯电极。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:钍钨合金材料的主杆,主杆的一端绕装钇钼合金丝螺旋体,主杆的另一端绕装高纯钨丝螺旋体;在绕装钇钼合金丝螺旋体一端的主杆端部,与外引线铌杆连接。
钇钼合金丝螺旋体及高纯钨丝螺旋体内的相邻螺旋之间间隙小于0.005mm。
钇钼合金丝螺旋体及高纯钨丝螺旋体的长度之和,占主杆总长度的70%以上。
外引线铌杆与主杆之间镶嵌式焊接。
钍钨合金材料的主杆中,按重量百分比计,含有钨97.8%,含有钍1.8~2%。钇钼合金丝中,按重量百分比计,含有钼99.4%,含有钇0.3~0.6%。高纯钨丝中,按重量百分比计,至少含有钨99.95%。
本发明为一种高效、安全环保型的陶瓷金卤灯电极,具有:
1、高效:主杆独特的化学成分比例,有效地保障了快速触发气体时的低电流要求从而避免了高电流对灯管的冲击,提高灯的寿命;同时电极触发时无溅射极大程度地延迟了灯管的光衰。
2、安全环保:采用高纯钨弹簧圈(螺旋体)在电极顶端放电,有效地防止了放射线对人体的伤害。
3、电极弹簧均匀:钇钼合金具有良好的高温性能,从而保证了电极无脆性;另外,钇钼合金具有良好的塑性,从而确保了弹簧螺距均匀一致。

具体实施方式:
一种陶瓷金卤灯电极,钍钨合金材料的主杆1,主杆的一端绕装钇钼合金丝螺旋体2,主杆的另一端绕装高纯钨丝螺旋体3;在绕装钇钼合金丝螺旋体一端的主杆端部,与外引线铌杆4连接。
钇钼合金丝螺旋体及高纯钨丝螺旋体内的相邻螺旋之间间隙小于0.005mm。钇钼合金丝螺旋体及高纯钨丝螺旋体的长度之和,占主杆总长度的70%以上。外引线铌杆与主杆之间镶嵌式焊接:先将铌杆端面加工一个深0.2mm的弧形内陷5,主杆与弹簧大面积接触引线端内孔后通电熔接。
钍钨合金材料的主杆中,按重量百分比计,含有钨97.8%,含有钍1.8~2%。钇钼合金丝中,按重量百分比计,含有钼99.4%,含有钇0.3~0.6%。高纯钨丝中,按重量百分比计,至少含有钨99.95%。

Claims (7)

1、一种陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:钍钨合金材料的主杆,主杆的一端绕装钇钼合金丝螺旋体,主杆的另一端绕装高纯钨丝螺旋体;在绕装钇钼合金丝螺旋体一端的主杆端部,与外引线铌杆连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:钇钼合金丝螺旋体及高纯钨丝螺旋体内的相邻螺旋之间间隙小于0.005mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:钇钼合金丝螺旋体及高纯钨丝螺旋体的长度之和,占主杆总长度的70%以上。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:外引线铌杆与主杆之间镶嵌式焊接。
5、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:钍钨合金材料的主杆中,按重量百分比计,含有钨97.8%,含有钍1.8~2%。
6、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:钇钼合金丝中,按重量百分比计,含有钼99.4%,含有钇0.3~0.6%。
7、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:高纯钨丝中,按重量百分比计,至少含有钨99.95%。
