背景技术:
现有的陶瓷金卤灯电极,都是三段式或四段式设计,这种结构工艺繁复,难以实现自动化生产,产品一致性较难控制。传统电极由于结构设计及加工工艺的局限性,目前尚未找到有效的方法将端面处理光滑,从而导致灯管起动时瞬时高电流将端面的毛刺及杂质挥发污染灯管,降低了灯管的寿命和光效。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,性能优异、使用寿命长的两段式陶瓷金卤灯电极。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种两段式陶瓷金卤灯电极,其特征是:包括铌或铌锆合金杆,铌或铌锆合金杆的前端与钨或合金钨杆连接,铌或铌锆合金杆的直径大于钨或合金钨杆的直径,钨或合金钨杆的前端绕有钨或合金钨丝制成的螺旋电极,钨或合金钨杆的后端装有钼丝绕成的螺旋电极或钼套管电极。
铌或铌锆合金杆与钨或合金钨杆通过插入式电阻焊形式连接。
本实用新型结构合理、简单,生产过程容易实现自动化;电极钨或合金钨杆头部端面平整、光滑,无毛刺及杂质附著表面,避免了电极启动时的溅射现象;由于钨杆与铌杆之间的紧密完美的连接,保证了产品电阻一致性非常高。
