Abstract

螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带杆部和至少局部设置在杆部圆周上的螺纹的螺钉,该螺纹规定螺旋线,其中在螺纹的缺口内设置由硬度大于螺纹硬度的材料制成的切削体。
背景技术
这种螺钉可直接拧入预先在基础上做出的钻孔内,这时螺钉的螺纹在基础上攻出或切削出对应螺纹或侧凹部。
对于野外应用,螺钉,如混凝土螺钉最好由耐锈蚀材料,例如由耐锈蚀的钢材制成。但是这种材料的硬度常常不足以在矿物基础上攻螺纹,因此例如螺钉的与杆部做成一体的螺纹在拧入时磨坏,螺钉或螺纹淬硬在耐锈蚀材料时只能在有条件时才可能。
由DE 19852338A1已知一种由不锈钢制成的螺钉,其杆部或螺纹设置向外开口的用来安装以由淬硬钢制成的圆柱形刀片销形式的切削体的安装孔,它使得切入硬的矿物基础,例如混凝土或砖墙更容易。刀片销具有纵向长度,并这样设置在安装孔内,使其纵轴线分别径向向外伸展。刀片销沿拧入方向形锁合地并在径向摩擦锁合地固定在杆部的安装孔内。
已知方案的缺点是,刀片销分别突出于螺纹横截面投影面同样的尺寸,并且螺纹的制造非常麻烦,因为必须单个后续加工大量刀片销。此外圆柱形刀片销这样突出于螺纹的横截面投影面,使得特别是在矿物基础内产生的侧凹部由于其不均匀性对于后面的螺纹过大,这降低所安装的螺钉的承载能力。此外按DE 19852338A1的刀片销产生大的拧入阻力,特别是在螺钉直径小时难以或者完全不可能无正常地安装攻螺纹的螺钉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,实现一种攻螺纹的螺钉,它改善螺钉在硬的基础,例如混凝土内的安装,并便于制造。
这个目的通过独立权利要求的特征实现。优良的改进结构在从属权利要求中表示。
按照本发明,具有沿螺旋线定向的纵向伸展方向的切削体这样定向,使使得切削体的纵轴线与螺旋线的有关切线夹-35°至+35°角。
通过切削体成一角度的布置决定性地减小至少局部突起于横截面投影面的切削体的压力尖峰,这保证在基础内结构优良的侧凹部或者对应螺纹。在切削体上的局部超过矿物基础耐压强度的压力尖峰导致基础局部有限的碎裂,这造成基础材料这样扩大的毁损,使得拧入所产生的侧凹部内的螺纹在这个区域内不能或只能传递有限的负荷。对于矿物基础切削体纵轴线与螺旋线的有关切线的夹角特别有利地等于-20°至+20°。
此外通过切削体成一角度设置,使切下的基础材料像用扫雪机一样去除。这种“扫雪机效应”强制切除的基础材料沿杆部外径方向,由此降低拧入螺钉的能耗。此外这导致钻屑在杆部外径和钻孔壁之间更好的压缩,从而提高装入的螺钉相对于迄今已知的螺钉的承载能力。
矿物基础如混凝土具有加强钢筋,它们有时在钻孔区域内。通过硬的切削体成一角度设置保证即使在碰到钢筋时螺钉的送进。
切削体有利地由硬质合金制成,并更有利地例如用电阻焊方法焊接在螺纹内。
此外本发明的螺钉除在碰到加强钢筋时更好的拧入性能外还由于与迄今已知的螺钉相比低的拧入力矩具有较短的安装时间以及即使在较小的孔径时仍具有较高的安装机率。
切削体最好在由螺旋线包含的平面内相对于螺旋线的相关切线倾斜设置,使切削体至少部分突出于径向外轮廓的曲线或螺纹的横截面投影面。这里正倾角理解为切削体纵轴线从螺纹起点出发相对于螺旋线方向朝杆部外径倾斜。相应地负倾角理解为切削体纵轴线从螺纹起点出发相对于螺旋线方向背向杆部外径倾斜。
切削体优先横向于由螺旋线包含的平面相对于螺旋线的有关切线倾斜设置,使切削体至少部分侧向突出于螺纹的横截面投影面。这里正倾角理解为切削体纵轴线背向螺纹起点相对于螺纹的至少一个侧廓的纵长方向沿螺旋线横向的倾斜。相应地负倾角理解为切削体纵轴线相对于螺纹至少一个侧廓的纵长方向沿螺旋线横向向螺纹起点倾斜。
切削体有利地在由螺旋线包含的平面内并且横向于该平面相对于螺旋线的有关切线倾斜设置。
沿螺旋线顺序设置的切削体最好夹不同的角度倾斜设置。除了所有切削体以相同的角度和相同方位设置的切削体布局外,这样的切削体布局同样是有利的,即顺序衔接的切削体不同地尤其是横向于由螺旋线包含的平面相对于螺旋线的相关切线倾斜地设置。通过切削体不同的定向使切削体的刀刃或切削面交叉,这保证优良地切除在钻孔内的基础材料,从而形成优良的侧凹部。不同定向的顺序设置的切削体最好交替设置,这保证螺纹的配备切削体的区域良好的切入性能。

具体实施方式
原则上在图中相同的零件用同一图形标记。
在图1、2A和3A中所示的螺钉11具有一杆部12和一与杆部12做成一体的和设置在其部分圆周上的螺纹13,其确定一螺旋线14和一径向外轮廓23及两个侧廓22。螺纹13从杆部12的具有螺纹起点16的自由端15在杆部12一个区域上向杆部12的第二端17方向延伸,在第二端处设置六角螺钉头作为拧动作用元件18。在图中箭头S相应表示螺钉11的拧入方向。
在螺纹13的缺口20内设置多个由硬度大于螺纹13的硬度的材料制成的圆柱形切削体26。缺口20从螺纹13的径向外轮廓23出发向杆部12的杆外侧19方向延伸,而不进入杆部12。向螺纹起点16方向看,缺口20在切削体26之前形成一用于钻末和钻屑的切屑空间。切削体26以沿螺旋线14定向的纵向伸展长度这样定向,使其纵轴线27与螺旋线14的相关切线夹±35°的角。如图2A中所示,切削体26的纵轴线27在一由螺旋线14包含的平面内相对于螺旋线14的相关切线夹+15°的角A,并在横向于由螺旋线14包含的平面与螺旋线14的相关切线夹+20°的角B。特别是如图3A中所示,所有切削体26在螺纹13的俯视图内向螺纹13的螺纹起点16的方向相同地定向。
在图2B中所示的切削体36的布局方案中,它与切削体26相比反方向倾斜。其中切削体26的纵轴线27在一由螺旋线14包含的平面内与螺旋线14的相关切线夹-20°的角C。向螺纹起点16的方向看,缺口20在切削体36之前形成用于钻末的切屑空间。
在图2c中所示的切削体46的布局方案中,它在图2B中切削体36一样定向,其中由缺口21构成的切屑空间,向螺纹起点16方向看,位于切削体46的后面。

Claims (4)

1.螺钉(11),其具有杆部(12)和至少部分设置在杆部(12)的圆周上的螺纹(13),该螺纹确定螺旋线(14),其中在螺纹(13)的缺口(20、21)内设置由硬度大于螺纹(13)硬度的材料制成的切削体(26、36、46、56、66),其特征为:具有沿螺旋线(14)定向的纵向伸展方向的切削体(26、36、46、56、66)这样定向,使得切削体的纵轴线(27、37、47、57、67)与螺旋线(14)的有关切线夹从-35°至+35°的角度(A、B、C、D、E)。

3.按权利要求1或2所述的螺钉,其特征为:切削体(26、56、66)横向于由螺旋线(14)所包含的平面相对于螺旋线(14)的有关切线倾斜设置。
4.按权利要求1至3之任一项所述的螺钉,其特征为:沿螺纹(13)顺序设置的切削体(56、66)在夹不同角度(D、E)的情况下倾斜设置。
