- 【权利要求1】硅砖热风炉凉炉方法,其特征是:由炉温检测装置实时观察炉温,通过并联送风将拱顶温度由工作温度降至相变邻近温段,由相变邻近温段降温到操作温段期间,继续通过并联送风进行降温并将温降速度控制在5.2℃/h~2.8℃/h,相变邻近温段温度范围为800℃~650℃,操作温段温度范围为300℃~280℃。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的硅砖热风炉凉炉方法,其特征是:降温到操作温段后,控制凉炉的温降速度在3.2℃/h~2.8℃/h直至炉温为200℃~180℃。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的硅砖热风炉凉炉方法,其特征是:炉温由200℃~180℃降到常温期间,温降速度控制在2.2℃/h~1.8℃/h。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的硅砖热风炉凉炉方法,其特征是:炉温由200℃~180℃降到常温期间,在蓄热室底部人孔设置轴流风机逆抽风。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求2、3或4所述的硅砖热风炉凉炉方法,其特征是:炉温由操作温段降到200℃~180℃期间,在热风炉点火人孔设置排气管,在蓄热室底部人孔设置鼓风机。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的硅砖热风炉凉炉方法,其特征是:炉温由相变邻近温段降至650℃期间,温降速度控制在5.2℃/h~4.8℃/h;炉温由650℃降至450℃期间,温降速度控制在4.2℃/h~3.8℃/h;炉温由450℃降至操作温段期间,温降速度控制在3.2℃/h~2.8℃/h。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的硅砖热风炉凉炉方法,其特征是:所述炉温检测装置采用测量范围在0℃~1000℃的至少一个热电偶,且至少一个热电偶接触拱顶的硅质砖体内表面。
