Abstract

本发明主要是收取水流能的一种直回水力机包括叶片、导流叶片、传动链、传动轮、传动轴、动力输出轮和支架组成,所述叶片、导流中片、传动轮、传动轴、动力输出轮和支架组成的直回水力机沉放并固定在具有一定流速水域中而受到水流冲击叶片而得到动力能输出,本发明具有适应性广,在任何有一定流速水域都可以使用,效率高,特别适用于收取大江大河中水流能和山沟里的高落差水流能。

本发明主要用于水流能发电的一种水力机特别适用于发取具有一定流速大江大河水流能进行发电的一种直回水力机。
背景技术
水轮机是常用的一种水力发电的机械,传统水力发电通常要筑坝来抬高水位得到落差冲击水轮机发电,所以这种水轮机不能利用江河水流能发电,这是不足之处。
发明内容
本发明要解决问题是提供一种直接利用具有一定速度水流能发电的直回水力机,该机为整体扁形立式,沉放并固定在水流中能连续发电。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明直回水力机呈整体扁形立式结构包括:叶片、导流叶片、两条传动链,两根传动轴、两组传动轮,链条滑动槽、支架组成。在支架内安装具有一定距离两根传动轴,传动轴两端各安装传动轮、传动链安装在两组传动轮上可以来回转动,叶片等距离安装在上下两组链条上、中间安装一组导流叶片,动力输出轮安装在传动轴上端。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、由于直回水力机叶片是双排直线回转与水流方向形成和自动调整冲角,可以直接受到水流冲击而来回转动输出动力能连续发电。
2、由于本发明的叶片安装有活动卡,叶片可以随时取下,免受洪水破坏,结构相对简单、维护容易。
3、由于本发明叶片是双排直线回转受到水流二次冲击,做功效率高。

具体实施方式:
参见图1-图2,该直回水力机支架呈扁形立式结构、传动轴、传动轮、传动链全部安装在支架内,链条滑动槽主要是保持传动链直线运行,叶片安装在两组传动链上而形成前后两排叶片,两排叶片中间安装一组固定导流叶片,两排叶片在运行中可以自动调整水流冲角,前后两排叶片的水流冲角是相反的,支架则固定在河底基础上。

Claims (3)

1、一种直回水力机,其特征是扁形立式由两根传动,两组传动轮、传动链,链条滑动槽、叶片、导流叶片、动力输出轮和支架组成。传动轴安装在支架内、传动轮安装在传动轴两端,动力输出轮安装在传动轴上端,传动链安装在两组传动轮上,叶片等距离安装在两条传动链上。支架固定在河底基础上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的直回水力机其特征在于自动调整叶片水流冲角为反转式装置。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述直回水力机其特征在于所述叶片中间安装有一组固定导流叶片。
