本发明的一个实施例涉及无螺纹式端子装置,用于将刚性电线或柔性电线连接到断路器上。
现在参考图1,根据本发明的一个实施例的断路器大体上图示为10。断路器10图示为具有包括操作元件2的绝缘壳体1。绝缘壳体1具有至少一个端子隔室4,其中布置有电流条3和夹持弹簧5。

为了插入刚性电缆,安装人员可通过开口6朝向电流条推动暴露的刚性电缆。安装人员可按下操作机构/释放按钮2,并拉动电缆以释放电缆。当柔性电缆用于插入时,要求安装人员通过按下操作机构/释放按钮朝向端子推动柔性电缆的暴露部分。要求安装人员按下操作机构2,并拉动电缆以从端子中释放电缆。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于电气引线的端子,其包括:
壳体(1);
引导件(4),其由所述壳体(1)支承,并且包括引导表面;
电流条(3),其与所述引导件(4)互连,并且包括至少一个接触表面;
板簧,其包括在所述至少一个接触表面附近偏置的至少一个肢部;以及
可动的操作件(2),其成形并构造成用于接合所述板簧,由此所述至少一个肢部在远离所述接触表面的方向上移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于,所述引导件(4)包括构造成用于将所述操作件(2)引导到所述板簧上的两个表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于,所述端子包括锚定到所述壳体(1)上的凸缘(20)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于,所述板簧包括至少一个夹持肢部,其具有用于与所述操作件(2)相接触的单一的弯曲凸缘(43)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的端子,其特征在于,所述板簧包括两个夹持肢部(42)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于,所述固定的端子和板簧形成在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于,所述操作件(2)包括引导所述操作件(2)在垂直方向上移动的翼状突出件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)包括断路器外壳。
