转动定位结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转动定位结构,尤其涉及一种用于两元件之间活动连接的转动定位结构。
背景技术
现有技术中多采用转轴、销、关节轴承等连接两元件,从而实现两元件之间活动连接的目的。如一种工业上广泛应用的球头形关节轴承:包括一个具有扳手柄的球座和一个具有球头杆的球头,球头被包裹于球座中并可于球座内自由转动。扳手柄和球头杆可分别与机械元件相连接,从而实现两机械元件间的转动。由于球头的外壁与球座的内壁直接进行活动配合,导致球头的外壁与球座的内壁较易磨损,减少关节轴承的使用寿命。为此,现有技术一般采用在球头与球座之间涂覆润滑层或添加润滑油等方式减小磨损。但此类关节轴承在使用过程中,需要经常添加润滑油导致使用不便,同时此类关节轴承功能单一,仅能实现元件之间的转动,难以实现元件之间随机定位的效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种磨损小且可实现良好定位效果的转动定位结构。
一种转动定位结构,包括一转轴、一转动体及一旋转臂,该转轴与该转动体固接,该转动体容置于该旋转臂内并可于该旋转臂内转动,该转动定位结构还包括至少一个固设于该旋转臂内表面的摩擦块,该摩擦块的一表面为内凹球面,该内凹球面与转动体的外表面配合,该转动定位结构进一步包括一用以包覆于旋转臂外的套筒,该套筒开设有一通孔与一贯穿通孔的切口,从而使套筒可由切口处掰开,通孔周缘相对两侧设置有一对卡扣,该对卡扣卡设于该旋转臂。
本发明所提供的转动定位结构可以实现两元件之间的转摆运动,且通过在转动体与旋转臂之间设置摩擦块,可将转动体与旋转臂之间的直接摩擦配合转变为转动体与摩擦块之间的摩擦配合,从而减小了转动体与旋转臂的磨损。同时,通过摩擦块的内凹球面与转动体的外表面紧密配合所产生的摩擦力,可使上述转动定位结构具有良好的定位效果及稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及较佳实施例对本发明的转动定位结构作进一步的详细说明。本发明较佳实施例揭示一种用于连接工业机器人的腿与腰部的转动定位结构。
请同时参见图1至图3,本发明较佳实施例的转动定位结构包括转轴1、转动体2、旋转臂3及卡环4,转轴1通过卡环4与转动体2固接,转动体2容置于旋转臂3内并可于旋转臂3内转动,该转动体2的外表面与旋转臂3的内表面之间设置有两摩擦块5。
所述转轴1为中空杆状体,其至少一端邻近端部处沿圆周方向开设有一环形槽11,且沿轴向开设有至少一卡槽12,该卡槽12自转轴1开设环形槽11之端部向内延伸,转轴1中部的侧壁上开设有一用于穿设线缆的矩形槽13。
所述转动体2近似为一球体,其中部开设有一轴孔21,用以穿设转轴1。轴孔21内表面设有至少一卡条22,该卡条22可与转轴1开设的至少一卡槽12卡合,从而使转轴1相对于转动体2固定。转动体2外表面邻近轴孔21处向外凸伸有一限位块23。为减轻转动体2的重量,形成轴孔21的周壁至转动体2的外壁之间的部分为多孔结构。
可以理解,为便于制造及节约模具成本,该转动体2形成轴孔21的周壁至转动体2的外壁之间的部分也可为实心。
所述旋转臂3由基部31与配合部32卡合而成,基部31与配合部32的结合面上分别设置有若干用于相互卡合的扣合件311和扣合块321。该基部31内表面邻近端部设置有一螺纹孔312,该配合部32外表面相应开设有一通孔322。将扣合件311与扣合块321配合并通过一螺钉穿过通孔322与螺纹孔312相锁合,可将基部31与配合部32卡合并锁固为一体。
卡合并锁固为一体的旋转臂3包括本体310和球头杆301,本体310包括位于其一端的球面313和位于其另一端的平面314,本体310邻近球面313一端的内表面相对设置有两个安装座315,该安装座315内设置有多个凸条3151;本体310邻近平面314一端的内表面相对设置有两个止挡块316;本体310的球面313上开设有一限位孔317,本体310的平面314上开设有两固定槽318;本体310与球头杆301结合处开设有一对定位槽319。
所述卡环4为C形,其设置于转动体2一侧,卡环4可卡设于转轴1的环形槽11内,从而使转轴1固接于转动体2,该卡环4的两端部分别开设有一穿孔41,以便于借助杆状物进行拆卸和安装。
可以理解,转轴1还可采用焊接、铆接、胶粘等方式直接与转动体2固接或与转动体2一体成型,此时转动体2的卡条22、转轴1的卡槽12及卡环4均可省略。
所述摩擦块5采用耐磨塑胶材料制造。该摩擦块5的一表面形成多个沟槽51,其可与上述安装座315内的多个凸条3151相互嵌设,从而固设于安装座315内。该摩擦块5的另一表面为内凹球面52,该内凹球面52可与转动体2的外表面紧密配合。
可以理解,该转动体2的外表面与旋转臂3的内表面之间所设置摩擦块5的数量不限于两个,可为三个、四个等且该若干个摩擦块5均匀设置于旋转臂3的内表面,当摩擦块5设计为一环形时,也可仅设置一摩擦块5。
可以理解,该摩擦块5也可通过铆接、胶粘等方式固设旋转臂3内表面,或通过双色射出成型工艺与旋转臂3一体成型,此时旋转臂3内表面的安装座315可以省略。
本发明较佳实施例的转动定位结构还包括一套筒6,用来包覆于旋转臂3的本体310外,从而使旋转臂3的基部31与配合部32之间的接合更为紧密。套筒6采用弹性材料制造,该套筒6开设有一通孔61,该通孔61的半径与球头杆301的横截面的半径相当,该套筒6具有一贯穿通孔61的切口63,从而使套筒6可由切口63处掰开。通孔61周缘相对两侧设置有一对卡扣62,该对卡扣62可穿设于定位槽319并卡设于定位槽319内表面,从而使套筒6套紧基部31与配合部32的同时,相对于基部31与配合部32固定。
本发明较佳实施例的转动定位结构进一步包括一防尘盖7,其可扣合于本体310的平面314上,防尘盖7设置有一环形凸缘71,平面314相应位于环形凸缘71内;防尘盖7还设置有一对卡扣72,该对卡扣72可卡合于平面314上的两固定槽318内。
请同时参见图2至图4,装配时,首先将转轴1设有环形槽11的一端穿设于转动体2的轴孔21内,轴孔21内表面的卡条22卡于转轴1的卡槽12内,再将卡环4卡设于转轴1的环形槽11内;其次将两摩擦块5分别置于旋转臂3内表面的两安装座315内,再将转动体2置于基部31与配合部32之间,同时将基部31与配合部32卡合并锁固为一体,使摩擦块5的内凹球面52与转动体2的外表面紧密贴合;再次将套筒6掰开并套设于旋转臂3的本体310上,球头杆301穿设套筒6的通孔61,同时套筒6的卡扣62卡设于两定位槽319内;最后将防尘盖7扣合于本体310的平面314上,防尘盖7的卡扣72卡合于平面314上的两固定槽318内。装配完毕后,转轴1与转动体2之间相对固定,转动体2与旋转臂3之间可相对转动。
工作时,旋转臂3可通过转动体2相对于转轴1作转摆运动,由于转动体2的外表面与旋转臂3的内表面之间设置有两摩擦块5,故将转动体2与旋转臂3之间的直接摩擦配合转变为转动体2与摩擦块5之间的摩擦配合,从而减小了转动体2与旋转臂3的磨损。同时,通过摩擦块5的内凹球面52与转动体2的外表面紧密配合所产生的摩擦力,可使旋转臂3随机定位并具有良好的稳定性。
同时,旋转臂3内表面的两止挡块316对转动体2的限位块23起到挡止作用,从而限定旋转臂3相对转轴1作轴向旋转的角度,本实施例中,两止挡块316相对设置于本体310内表面的中部,故可将旋转臂3相对转轴1作轴向旋转的角度限定于特定角度内。可以理解,根据不同的设计要求,可改变止挡块316的位置从而限定旋转臂3不同的转动角度。
此外,通过改变旋转臂3开设的限位孔317的大小还可调整旋转臂3相对于转轴1作转摆运动的幅度,当限位孔317孔径较小时,旋转臂3相对于转轴1作转摆运动的幅度较小,当限位孔317孔径较大时,旋转臂3相对于转轴1作转摆运动的幅度较大。
虽然本发明以较佳实施例揭示,但其并非用以限定本发明,本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的构思和范围的前提下所作出的任何等同组建的置换,或依据本发明专利保护范围所作的等同变化与修饰,均应仍属本专利涵盖之范畴。

1.一种转动定位结构,包括一转轴、一转动体及一旋转臂,该转轴与该转动体固接,该转动体容置于该旋转臂内并可于该旋转臂内转动,其特征在于:该转动定位结构还包括至少一个固设于该旋转臂内表面的摩擦块,该摩擦块的一表面为内凹球面,该内凹球面与转动体的外表面配合,该转动定位结构进一步包括一用以包覆于旋转臂外的套筒,该套筒开设有一通孔与一贯穿通孔的切口,从而使套筒可由切口处掰开,通孔周缘相对两侧设置有一对卡扣,该对卡扣卡设于该旋转臂。
2.如权利要求1所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该旋转臂内表面设有至少一个安装座,该安装座内设有多个凸条;该摩擦块与内凹球面相对的另一表面设有多个沟槽,该安装座内的多个凸条与该摩擦块的多个沟槽相互嵌设,从而使该摩擦块固设于该安装座内。
3.如权利要求1所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该摩擦块采用耐磨塑胶材料制造,且该摩擦块通过铆接或胶粘的方式固设于旋转臂内表面,或通过双色射出成型工艺与旋转臂一体成型。
4.如权利要求1所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该转动体上设有一限位块,该旋转臂内表面相应设置有止挡块,该限位块被该止挡块阻挡从而限定该转动体在旋转臂内的转动角度。
5.如权利要求1所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该转动体中心开设有一轴孔,形成该轴孔的周壁至转动体外壁之间的部分为多孔结构。
6.如权利要求5所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该转轴一端沿轴向开设有至少一卡槽,该转动体的轴孔内表面设置有至少一卡条,该轴孔内表面的卡条相应卡设于该转轴的卡槽内。
7.如权利要求1所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该转动定位结构进一步包括一设置于转动体一侧的卡环,该转轴一端邻近端部处沿圆周方向开设有一环形槽,该卡环卡设于所述转轴的环形槽内,从而使该转轴与该转动体固接。
8.如权利要求1所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该旋转臂由基部与配合部卡合而成,该基部与配合部的结合面上分别设置有若干用于相互卡合的扣合件与扣合块。
9.如权利要求1所述的转动定位结构,其特征在于:该转动定位结构进一步包括一防尘盖,该防尘盖设置有一对卡扣,该对卡扣扣合于该旋转臂。
