Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸质蜂巢芯天然石复合板的制造方法,它是一种多层叠结构的天然石复合板,厚度只有1-5mm的超薄的天然石板层完整保留原来天然石材的纹理质感,与经过增加强度和防潮处理的纸质蜂巢芯层和玻璃纤维树脂层层叠复合,成为强度大、重量轻、成本低的新型复合板材。特别适用于需要名贵石材纹理图案、质感及重量轻的装饰场合,例如:家具、厨柜、电梯等产品以及商场饰柜、建筑装饰的天花,壁板等。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及层叠复合结构板材技术领域,特别是纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板。
背景技术
目前,公知的天然石材如大理石、花岗岩石经加工成板材抛磨光后,可展现出自然的、美丽绚彩的纹理图案,被广泛应用于建筑、家具、装饰上面。但这些板材由于强度关系都需要有一定厚度,既笨重,也耗用了大量石材。况且,石材的纹色质量与价值关系很大,材质好的石材数量少,价值昂贵。因此,既能尽量减少优质石材耗用和自身重量,也能达到理想的强度和天然装饰效果,就成为人们追求的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于节省越来越缺少的贵重天然石材资源,提供一种以整块的超薄天然石板为表面层,芯层为纸质蜂巢层,芯层间复合有玻璃纤维树脂层成为强度大、重量轻、成本低的纸质蜂巢芯天然石复合板。
本发明所采用的技术解决方案是这样的:纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板,包括纸质蜂巢芯和超薄天然石板,所述的纸质蜂巢芯用普通纸制造成蜂巢形状并经过浸渍处理。所述的超薄天然石板切割加工成厚度只有1-6mm,正面抛磨光亮,背面多层交替涂复玻璃纤维和树脂成为玻璃纤维树脂层,复叠上纸质蜂巢芯,再复合涂有粘胶的玻纤底板或其它底板,成为层叠结构的纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明是一种多层叠结构的天然石复合板,其主要特点在表面层的整块结构超薄天然石板,完整保留原来天然石材的纹理图案、材质,大量减少天然石材的耗用。
(2)本发明的另一个特点是超薄天然石板复合了玻璃纤维树脂层和用普通纸造成的纸质蜂巢芯以及底板后成为一块综合了各层材料的不同物理性能,达到增强天然石扳材的韧性强度,大幅减轻比重并具有隔音、保温以及低成本、用途广的有益果。
本发明特别适用于需要名贵石材纹理图案、质感及重量轻的装饰场合,例如:家具、厨柜、电梯等产品以及商场饰柜、建筑装饰的天花,壁板等。纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板可以按使用要求使用普通手提电动工具任意裁割。

具体实施方式
图1中,超薄天然石板(1)的正面抛磨光亮在背面交替涂复多层树脂和玻璃纤维,形成玻璃纤维树脂层(2),再叠上用普通纸制造成蜂巢形状,经过树脂浸渍处理后增加强度和防潮效果的纸质蜂巢芯(3),然后将玻纤底板(5)涂复上树脂粘胶层(4)的一面与纸质蜂巢芯(3)叠合压紧粘牢,经边缘处理后成为纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板。
Claims (4)
1.纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板,包括纸质蜂巢芯,其特征在于:所述纸质蜂巢芯复合在涂复有玻璃纤维树脂层的整块结构光滑超薄的天然石板层,另一面粘合在玻纤底板层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板,其特征在于:整块结构的天然石板层的表面抛磨光亮,厚度在1-6mm范围。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板,其特征在于:纸质蜂巢芯是用普通纸造成蜂巢形状,经过树脂浸渍处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纸质蜂巢芯超薄天然石复合板,其特征在于:玻璃纤维树脂层在天然石板上多层交替涂复形成。
