背景技术
为了解决铁路散装货物的运损问题，本人发明了一种罩式货车车厢，但是这种车厢在装车时，需要对车厢的门扇打开才能进行天仓装车，为此，专门设计了这种开门设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于给罩式货车车厢实施配套，以便于罩式货车厢的应用推广。
本发明的罩式货车车厢开门机，结构由固定架、液压油缸、电磁铁三个部分组成。
固定架为一多面体柱形结构，固定安装在车厢两侧的地平面上。液压油缸的缸筒向下倾斜，固定在固定架的上面。缸筒内的活塞杆的下端，在伸出时能够接触到门扇的外面；在活塞杆的前端设有电磁铁装置，该装置套装在活塞杆下端的上方。通电时，活塞杆的下端带有强磁性。需要打开门扇时，伸出活塞杆接触门扇，活塞杆的下端则和门扇吸在了一齐，收缩活塞杆门扇即被打开，需要关门时，关闭电磁铁的电源，门扇即在拉簧的弹力作用下回位到关闭状态。

1、固定架，2、地平面，3、缸筒，4、活塞杆，5、电磁铁装置，6、拉簧，7、门扇。
如图1、2所示，在车厢的两侧的地平面2上，安装固定架1，在固定架1的上端倾斜安装液压油缸，油缸的缸筒3固定在固定架1上，缸筒3内的活塞杆4的下端在伸出时能够接触到门扇7的外侧，在活塞杆的下端上方设有电磁铁装置5，通电时活塞杆的下端带有强磁性。需要打开门扇7时，伸出活塞杆4接触门扇7，活塞杆4的下端则和门扇7吸在了一齐，收缩活塞杆4门扇即被打开，需要关门时，关闭电磁铁装置5的电源，门扇7则在拉簧6的弹力作用下回位到关闭状态。

1.一种罩式货车车厢的开门机，对车厢的门扇起开启作用，其特征在于：
在车厢两侧的地平面(2)上，安装固定架(1)，在固定架(1)的上端倾斜安装液压油缸，油缸的缸筒(3)固定在固定架(1)上，缸筒(3)内的活塞杆(4)的下端在伸出时能够接触到门扇(7)的外面，在活塞杆(4)的下端上方设有电磁铁装置(5)，通电时，活塞杆(4)的下端带有强磁性；需要打开门扇(7)时，伸出活塞杆(4)接触门扇(7)，活塞杆(4)的下端则和门扇(7)吸在了一齐，收缩活塞杆(4)门扇即被打开，关门时，关闭电磁铁装置(5)的电源，门扇(7)则在拉簧(6)的弹力作用下回位到关闭状态。
